Best overall vehicle purchase experience I've ever had! (And I've bought and sold a lot of vehicles!) Kyle was knowledgeable about the product, patient and super easy to work with. Finance office was laid back and not pushy. Trade in value on old vehicle was fair.

Tony the service greeter and future service advisor is an absolute gem! Incredibly friendly and accommodating and very personable. He told me he's being promoted in the coming weeks and I'm not surprised one bit. So far my experience with Buerkle Hyundai has been very pleasant all around but Tony definitely stood out. I got a flat tire and it was also time to replace all 4 tires. I called that morning to get an appointment that day. They were super busy and it did take 3 hours which is why 4 stars. They also got water and snacks for me and my dog. The mechanic recommended a warranty fix in the steering wheel that is making some noise. They had construction going on as well and the tent is where you pull your car for service which I thought was a little strange but with everything going on it does help to see where to pull in!

I recently leased a new Hyundai with the help of Michael Holm. He was incredible during the entire process. This was my first time leasing or buying and my questions were answered. I felt heard and understood and respected by Michael and the team. I would also like to thank him for going above and beyond to search for the make and model I wanted. It is not an easy time to find new models, so I appreciated the sincere effort he put in to making my experience fit my budget and my timeline. I highly recommend. I love my new Hyundai! I bought my SUV at this Hyundai. I used to like Buerkle Hyundai and the people there, now not much. The past couple times visit I brought my car in for service. They doesn't seem care much and wasn't did really good on the car service. When called to schedule an appointment they don't put down what I requested on the appointment. Also I got sale for things/service my car doesn't necessarily needs. And felt I got over charged too. I hope I can gain some of my trust back with this Hyundai.

Buerkle Hyundai is absolutely the best. I have been coming here with my Azera for about eight years and they never disappoint. Today I went in with my car and didn't have an appointment and they were able to service me and get me on the road within an hour. Adam was my tech and he was absolutely great. My car was having trouble starting in the cold and overdue for oil. I think I called every Hyundai dealer in the metro to try to get in, and all were booked out 2-6 weeks. Buerkle was the last one I tried. and they would take a walk-in? Unbelievable. I knew I might need to wait--but my car was seen immediately, and I was out in about an hour. And with a wonderful explanation sheet of the work done at (reasonable) cost, handed to me by a very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable service person. The Lord answered my prayers for help with my car--and provided abundantly!

We came to the appointment for an oil change and some questions about our tires. The staff explained very thoroughly how to determine if new tires were needed. We had been experiencing more slipping in the snow. Several options were given. We decided to get new tires and wipers. The price was very reasonable and we are very glad we got new tires as a recent snow created slippery roads and more snow is forecast for the coming week! Staff are always very friendly and service is very good.

I received a letter from the manufacturer to have something updated or changed in my vehicle so I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, someone took care of me right away. The lobby was spacious with some free snacks and drinks. They have a big screen TV to entertain customers and I was definitely entertained watching HGTV. I don't know if I got my car back in a timely manner as I don't know how long it takes to fix whatever they were doing (I was there for about and hour and half or a bit less) but they washed my car, which looked brand new again. I have no complaints at this time.

I don't have words to express how amazing everyone at this location is! Dave Brown was our guy I had to say I'm still speechless from his hard work and dedication to help us find what we were looking for. We are so happy and thankful to have came across this dealership I absolutely love my new car! And would not go anywhere else for maintenance or future car hunting! Megan at financial was amazing explaining things to us in detail.

And when the manager jumped in to help find the best value for our trade in. This place is a well working professional establishment and if your looking or checking what's out there you MUST come here you will not be disappointed!

Read paperwork & search hyundai recalls online. I purchased a vehicle from Buerkle Hyundai and had problems from day one. They have you sign an arbitration agreement in your purchase papers which notifies you from suing them in court if you have any problems. It has constantly been breaking down one thing after another going wrong in and out of the dealership my 2012 Hyundai sonata hybrid is a lemon and the dealership told me there was nothing they would do for me this was from the manager himself.

Make sure you purchase the warranty and do your research before purchasing from them. If you have major problems they will not care what happens to you. Please look at my attachment it's the real reply from the manager

Adam Thompson quickly got me signed in for service and repair of my cars collision warning system which had stopped functioning. The waiting area is pleasant with water, coffee and snacks available while watching tv. Bustle also has a quiet waiting area with computer stations and free WiFi available. Worst dealership experience I've ever had. I purchased a 21 Tucson and it took 25 days before I actually had the vehicle in my possession due to a string of failures from Buerkle. First it took 3 days before the car was cleaned to take possession, but the detailing was awful so they took another 2 days to detail it, then delivered it. On delivery the car had a new dent, and the console was not seated correctly so they took it back.

It took SIXTEEN days for the service department and body shop to fix my brand-new car! I made a few calls to check on the status, but every time they told me they would check and call me back, but I never received any return calls. When it was finally delivered again, the console was again not even installed correctly so they took it back yet AGAIN and then took another 3 days to fix it.

At this point the general manager Juston had offered to throw in some WeatherTech floor mats and extra oil changes, and our salesman Michael said several times he would be sending a gift card to make up for the inconvenience - but none of those things were ever received - such terrible customer service. The last time the car was delivered the low tire pressure warning was on, the gas tank was not full, and my own carabiner keychain that I had put on the key fob had been replaced with a Buerkle keychain.

I asked multiple times but my keychain was never returned.why the hell would someone at Buerkle take my keychain?!? It wasn't anything fancy, but the principle of them stealing it is just absurd. Absolutely the most frustrating and least professional vehicle purchase we've ever experienced. This was the second brand new vehicle we bought from Buerkle in less than two years (the first experience wasn't great either, but we thought it was a fluke.unfortunately we were wrong) - we will NEVER be a Buerkle customer again.

I did not purchase my Hyundai from Buerkley but the car came off their lot and I have all my service done there. I have not had any problems setting up appointments and am greated professionaly every time. I will continue to have my 2020 Hyundai serviced at this location due to the professionalism and outstanding service.

Got my car detailed here and fluid ended up in my engine. I had to have it towed back to the dealership the next day. Additionally, my oil tank started leaking and my gas sensor got wet. I have never had any issue with my car before, yet they never once took blame for the issues to follow the same day that they had my car for a full detail.

Buerkle Hyundai is my go to dealership for service for ALL of my vehicles. They are always incredibly fair and honest. I had a bent rim from a pot hole and they ordered it in within a business day and had me ready to go in not time.

My nine year old Santa Fe was sounding funny when I drove it down the highway. It just felt odd, so I knew something was not right. I had to get my 90 year old mom, who lives 200 miles away, to a few doctors appointments so I needed my reliable little SUV. When I went to Buerkle Hyundai for an oil change I told them it sounded and felt funny. They discovered it needed a ball joint replacement really badly.

They were able to fix the problem in short order and at a reasonable price. Now my Santa Fe feels right again and I can get my mom to her appointments without any delays. Thank you.

Worse customer service ever. We walked in trying to look at the new Palisade. I was super serious in trying to lock in a deal and drive out with a new car. We walked into the lobby looking at the display car then went over to talk to the secretary who paged a sales person twice and finally Bob walked up to help us. Bob obviously look too mentally busy to provide further information about the car.

Mind you this is my first experience at Hyundai and I'm stepping out of my comfort zone to give Hyundai a shot. But after what I felt was a negative blush off by Bob we left. I would never recommend this place to anyone who's never had any experience buying a Hyundai. I went over to Toyota and got myself a Highlander and great services along with a meal.

Not only is the dealership fantastic but the Service Department is equally as such as well! I have purchased 4 Hondas from Buerkle of Maplewood in the past years and now I have a Hyundai Genesis from them. The Service Department has never once failed to be representative of what superb customer service should be. I am always super impressed with each and every person I have met with there, including the wonderful drivers who have taken me to and from work when my car is in their shop. I just cannot say enough good things about them. They work extremely hard to make their dealership the best it can be for its customers.

I am on my third leased Veloster, been driving Veloster's and working with Buerkle since 2012. I worked with Brian Armstrong this time as my last sales consultant is no longer working at this location. I had a long list of must haves since I've become a Veloster conuseur over the last four years. Brian not only filled my wish list but exceeded my expectations by finding a Veloster even more top shelf then I knew was possible! I'm not easy when it comes to my ride, I expect perfection in a car and Brian was fun as well as made it happen. I've enjoyed every visit to Buerkle from service visits to just checking in to see what the new line of Veloster's coming in have to offer. Buerkle will be stuck with me for years and it's their fault for keeping me in awesome, problem free cars and treating me like a good friend when I am there! Bravo again Buerkle, I didn't think it was possible but I love my new Turbo Veloster even more than my last one, you guys rock!

My wife and I went in wanting to take a look at the Tucson. Brian Armstrong helped us and was so great to work with. He had a lot of information but we didn't feel pressured at any time. He even washed the car we brought while we were deciding on purchasing the car. The Tuscon we got is great and we are very happy with our purchase. Brian and the finance person were both extremely helpful and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai.
