I loved the the communication and professionalism of this branch. I called on Thursday to inquire about an appointment, expecting a 2-3 week delay, but was given a next day appointment with the convenience of dropping it off overnight. While I was at work I was getting hourly updates on the progress of the work that was being done, all my questions were answered and it was extremely convenient.
I really appreciate the job the did and the service they provided. From dropping the vehicle off all the way through the pick up process, it was easy and quite enjoyable experience, without a doubt I will continue bringing my vehicle here!

I had an uneven brake wear that was caused poor workmanship from a previous dealer I went to for my car service. I searched everywhere to have my Car serviced and I happen to find Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn. They count finish the brake before my work time and so they loaned me a car to drive for free as they worked in my brakes. My brake used to squeak due to the uneven wear but they changed the brakes and took car of my car.
The squeaking was gone. They have the best in class people who are polite, willing to listen to your matter and take care of you and your car. They also wash your car after service which I don't see in many places. They have variety of beverages at the waiting room for you to enjoy and Overall I highly recommend this place to anyone living or passing through Washington.

Amazing experience! Right away Cherie made me feel so welcome when looking for a new car. Very hassle free and stress free buying experience. I was able to test drive multiple cars by myself. They knew I wanted the Outback Wilderness after test driving it and worked with me to get it to where I brought it home with me the next day. Shae and Leon also did a great job with going above and beyond with any questions or concerns I had. Overall, it was a great buying experience and would recommend coming here if you are looking for a new or used car!

I visited this dealership in Auburn to have my brakes replaced. It's the first time I've been here, and I have to say, it was a great experience. The customer service was awesome between making the appointment, to checking in, to communication throughout the process and finally checking out. I had to interact with several staff members and sound they all were stellar (wish I got names).
The facility was really clean and comfortable. Since I had to sit there and work in my laptop for several hours while my car was in the shop, on I really appreciated the comfort of the waiting room, which complimented the great customer service. This is my new go to shop for my Subaru.

I'm only giving this one star because of the sales person. I bought a used car from this place and it broke down after having it for only 8day. Now I notified the manager about the issue and he gave this speech about only fixing thing with safety concerns. I don't know about you but selling a car with oil filter hose leaking and oil changed pass due is a concern. Flushing the coolant.
I'm his words fixing these things would make it a new car. It cost me 895.00 to repair a car I only had for 8days. People work hard for there money to leave off a car lot thing you just bought a reliable car. To find yourself on the side of road it's crazy. With this economy it crazy to be just throwing your money away. Please make sure that if you shop there that you get that car service before 7days so you can return it. I don't want anyone to go through this and for them to remind you it is bought as is. Thank good the warranty paid for the major item or I would have been walking.

This was my first time to this Subaru Dealership. I was well taken care of and the customer lounge was well furnished, quiet, and comfortable. There were work stations if I needed to plug in my laptop and log in to work. The TV on the wall was tuned to a neutral TV station that was easy to watch. My service was completed while I waited and everyone was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend these folks!

This is an update to the same service mentioned below, but it took a few months for me to gather my thoughts. A day or so after the service mentioned in the first review, I noticed that fluid was leaking out of my car. I took it back and they told me they broke some seals in the differential system, so they repaired that. Then two days later, I was driving in the highway and my fuel pump lost pressure.
Do you know what happens when your fuel pump loses pressure? Your car dies completely. You can't signal, you can't turn, you just stop, right where you are, with almost no warning, which for me was in the center lane on 167 in the dark and rain in the middle of rush hour. I had to call 911 and was sure I was going to die.and probably would have if not for some Good Samaritan who got stuck behind me, but stayed and put his hazards on until the cops arrived.
I had been told that they didn't even touch my fuel pump, but apparently they took it out and then put it back in upside down.or something like that. Also, this was all for an oil change, some regular service, and a recall, my car was in good shape when I brought it in. Now it doesn't drive the same and I also hate driving it on the highway.
If I could give Rairdon's negative stars I would. Do not - under any circumstances - take your car to Rairdon's for any type of service. They are bumbling idiots of the first degree.

We purchased a commuter car from Rairdons because price of car was what we could afford. We have received NO communication from Rairdons since vehicle purchase. Wife told me today that temp license had expired so I called Rairdons asking if permanent license plates had arrived. The salesman at Auburn Subaru where we purchased said vehicle was rude and interrupted me and then hung up phone on me.
I merely explained to him that we had not received permanent plates from them and he told me "We have to pick them up at dealership". I explained to Rairdon employee that we live 80 miles away and because of this during transaction we were told that plates would be mailed to us. He then said that mailing them was possible but would not help us and hung up phone.
He must have not sold enough cars today. I hope that he doesn't sell another car. I called back and left message with complaint dept. NO REPLY as yet. Seems to me simple task. Customers need new license plates from WADOL since temp license have expired. WADOL only send to dealers so contact buyer. Disappointing business failure

Took my 19 WRX Limited here today for it's first service since ownership. Got me in right away for an oil change and tire rotation and out the door within about 30 min. They suggested a couple other services that I'm going to need soon when I get to my 30k and 40k mile mark, and the cost of each. Everyone was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Ian was great to work with. I'll definitely be going back and making this my car's service shop. Hopefully I'll have such a great experience every time I go here! Definitely recommend

I brought my new-to-me used 2012 Subaru Outback in for a new owner multi-point safety inspection. I was pretty sure that it had been maintained well by the previous owner. Malinda was very kind and friendly, and was able to confirm that based on the servicing records under the previous owner's name, all the recommended servicing had been performed, including service recalls.
The techs confirmed that everything was in great condition, and gave their recommendation on future servicing, but nothing was needed at this time. There was no charge for the inspection, and they even threw in a free car wash! They've gained a loyal customer, and I will definitely be bringing my Outback in for any servicing or repairs that I might need in the future.

I would give zero if I could. When I purchased the care it was a total pain and the staff were unprofessional.today I went for my oil change which I had an appointment for. They told me I would have to wait 2 hours before they would get to my car. That oil change is first come first serve.then why do you make appointments. I'm done with this place would not recommend to anyone.

We had a great experience with Auburn Subaru. Our sales rep reached out to me immediately following an inquiry I placed online. He found us the car we wanted, was reasonable matching an offer from another dealership for our trade-in and set up a time for us to come in and test drive our new Subaru. The day we arrived Leon answered all our questions, set us up for a test drive and made the whole process quick and easy. The whole team that we worked with made our experience smooth, friendly, and successful. We love our new Subaru! Thank you Auburn Subaru!

Highly recommend going elsewhere. Terrible customer service, zero communication, they don't follow through with the the agreement of the contract and the level of quality they accept back from a third party vendor for a repair is embarrassing. I 100% regret purchasing my vehicle from this dealership and will NEVER recommend any of their locations. Purchased my vehicle in June, and yet the repair per the contract has still yet to be resolved and I've been patient, kind and understanding- but after over 3 weeks of no communication since I had last reached out and still no resolution is unacceptable. Today I get a text stating the repair order is closed even though what they left me with, is a safety hazard. Please do your self a favor and shop else where.

Recently I moved to Downtown Seattle so I thought I should try the downtown Subaru dealership for an oil change. What a mistake. Three week wait at an inconvenient time. So I drove in to Rairdon with no appointment and was out the door with full service and car wash in less than an hour. Very cordial service manager. There were two chairs outside where we could wait comfortably after getting coffee.
All the service managers and staff were very careful to wear their masks tight and over both nose and mouth. I will continue to drive to Auburn for service from Downtown Seattle.

This place is amazing, everyone there is really nice and knowledgeable. You get a clear expectation of how long your service is going to take. The turn around times are usually super quick. They accommodated a complete pain in the ass like me. I really miss this service department more than I miss my Subaru. 6 star review if I could.

BUYER BEWARE! The Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn double dipped in labor charges, suggested a repair that wasn't needed, and gave me back my car making loud engine noises. I've been dealing with nonstop car issues for an entire month, and running around to get 2nd and 3rd opinions from other mechanics. My nightmare isn't over yet and I can't get my time back.
Still waiting for a resolution, but I wish I never trusted them to service my car. Came in to get whatever was left to do on their list for a tune-up at 150k miles, since I'd been getting my car repaired there since I purchased LESS THAN A YEAR AGO. They identified a bad serpentine belt after it was just replaced at 30k miles ago? I didn't notice at the time, I was too trusting.
So I agreed and paid crazy labor prices. Typical labor cost for replacing a serpentine belt is around $60-90 (even at another Subaru Dealership), they charged almost $200 for labor. I came in to get spark plugs and they identified all sorts of needed repairs with valve cover gaskets, valves, and ignition coil AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHECK THE VALVE ADJUSTMENT with everything open on a car with 150k miles?! Nope, instead, they double dipped in labor costs putting valve cover gaskets, ignition coils, and spark plugs at different labor lines topping $1000 before I applied my little costco coupon.
My car has been noisy ever since the "repairs." I'm a public school educator with limited funds and I was absolutely robbed and taken advantage of by the mechanics at Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn. BUYER BEWARE! I've spent about $5000 in repairs in 10 months and my car drives worse than when I bought it. THEY ARE A PREDATORY MECHANIC AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!

Awful experience. Maurice seems kind and unassuming, but he's not. He's a jerk and doesn't respect women. I spent 30min negotiating a new Subaru; he wasn't interested in dropping MSRP (not even slightly) and didn't even attempt to look for / provide another option within the range I was looking for. He was extremely uninterested in helping me.
He was very dismissive and handed me back my key the minute I said that the price wasn't where I was hoping. I'm not sure what's going on, but when did the consumer stop having any negotiating power? The dealerships are making profits on MSRP, holdouts, other incentives as well as trade-ins. So, unless you're willing to pay full price, I'd stay away from this dealership and venture elsewhere. Especially if you're a woman.

Be careful. This is one of those dealerships that does the stuff you hear about car dealerships doing. I found a car online at a listed price. We called them to verify and negotiate a lower price. We agreed on the final price. I got in the car to drive and pay for the car: in and out. But as I left the house they called me back. "I spoke to my manager.
We can't honor that price. If you want this OTHER car you could get it for that price, but if you want this one you will have to pay more." You read about this stuff in negotiation books but its pretty gross when it happens to you. The difference was not a lot in total cost (~1% of the cost of the car), but it worries me about their other practices.
I am glad that most car dealerships don't do this stuff anymore - but these guys are still doing that old school sketchy dealings to eek out a few more dollars from their customers. Be careful.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! They listened to my counter offers and did everything they could to get me the best value. They donate to charity for every car purchased, gave me a gift for buying with them, and made the process as streamlined as possible. I have nothing bad to say!

This review is for their service department. I had previously had nothing but good experiences with the service department at Rairdon's Nissan of Auburn, so when I traded my old Nissan in for a Subaru, it seemed only logical that I was going to use this dealership to service my vehicle going forward. I was generally happy with the service for the first few times I went there, though their constant attempts to push service items that are not recommended in the manufacturer's scheduled maintenance instructions were a bit tiresome.
It seems to be a store policy to push these unnecessary items; they even had stickers pushing them on the customer service desks. Sorry, but I trust the manufacturer to define the best maintenance schedule over a dealership with a conflict of interest. What made me stop going there though was the first service appointment after my car had hit 100k miles. Curiously enough, it now all of a sudden needed ~$2k in repairs for items that had never shown up as other than perfect on the inspection reports before.
Being a bit skeptical of this amazing coincidence, I declined and then took the car to a different dealership, which interestingly enough failed to find any of those issues themselves. Have been going there ever since, and not one of the components Rairdon's service department told me were broken have had any issues in the 20k miles I've driven the car since. Based on my experience, I do not trust the Rairdon's service department to be upfront and honest in their inspections and service recommendations, and I have no interest in rewarding these policies with my business.

Bad dealership/bad service : I had 2018 Subaru sti 15xxx mile. Got flat tire bring it here to get fix and I asked to rotate my tires too, I left my car there for 24 hour and got a loaner car. Next day I picked up my car after work, my tire is fixed. But the problem is I didn't double check my car and it's already dark. Because I trusted them to take care of car so i didn't bother to check.
The next week, I washed my car I notice my 2 calipers in the back got scratches. I emailed the manager and send the the pictures of my caliper, he called me back and he disagreed about the damage. They let those apprentice work on my car, one of the most expensive car they had and damage my thousand dollar Calipers. One more thing I bought my car here 2018 of June they sold this car with scratch on the rim and they lied about the mileage. I'm a new buyer so I didn't know the law and rules, I tried to return the car the next day, but the person that I talked to, he said I can't return anymore, Once you drive it home it's yours, that's what he said.
I like the car so much so I kept it even they lied about the scratch on the rim and my mileage, they wrote 150 mileage on the paper work but the exactly mileage in the car is 300 something.

We had a very pleasant experience buying our new Subaru Outback here. We arrived in Auburn after a frustrating experience with another dealer in Seattle. Tim Walker was our representative and he truly went above and beyond. We didn't feel stressed or pressured to make a deal in any way. It's our first Subaru and Tim is very knowledgeable and passionate. He sold us not only the car but the experience too. I highly recommend them and will personally return for any maintenance I have with this car.

COMPLETE NIGHTMARE IN SERVICE. I don't know if it's because of I'm a woman or what, but I have been COMPLETELY taken advantage of. I brought my 2011 Tribeca in for TWO separate issues COVERED by my extended warranty about 7 weeks ago. That's not a type-o, literally 7 weeks ago! They didn't fix either of the issues, but because they didn't fix the first one and opened the second warranty claim, I now have to pay two deductibles.
They replaced bushings, a vacuum pump, a vacuum pump hose, TWO ECMs, TWO O2 sensors and finally brought in an engineer to diagnose the real issue (which was that the hose was installed backwards). After they finally fixed the 2nd issue, I came to pick up my vehicle and was told because they messed up on the 1st one, I would have to pay a second deductible and that I have to talk to my extended warranty company. EXCUSE ME. WHY would I need to do that? Why not take responsibility for your actions? Have not dealt with anyone with the level of disrespect before.

Not a great experience with these guys over the weekend. After dealing with an internet salesman, who could really have given two F's if we purchased or not. I was done after only 30 or so min there. We have purchased several Subarus from various Subaru dealerships in the area. We would trade in a Subaru that would only be two to three y/o. We were used to getting way more than other dealerships for trade ins.
They only wanted to give 13k for our 2016 Outback with 70k mi. My wife's coworker took hers to Ballard Subaru and got 20k for the same car, but a year older and with more miles. We decided to leave there and look at Lexus of Fife. Wow, what a difference. The experience there set a whole new car buying standard for us from now on. I would say, I'm very disappointed in the way that our salesman was unwilling to make a better deal.
Oh well, Lexus was able to give us what we needed in order to satisfy our needs as a buyer. Plus, it's a way better car for what we would have gotten from Rairdon's.
