We stopped into South Tacoma Honda to take a look at a used 2020 4Runner, we met up with a lovely gal named Kat. She ran use through the process to test drive the rig, it is super clean, low miles, and setup the way I was hoping for. She made the process easy and painless. Bought 2018 CPO Honda Accord LX. In/out in 2 hours (no trade or financing though so your experience may vary). Couldn't haggle much other than spending time having the sales person remove pre-added items in the initial quote: extended warranty and vehicle tracking equipment/service. Car after detailing seems to have a funky chemical/cigarette smell.

Not a big fan of the smell and the kids are complaining about it. Found a small dent and scratches on driver side front door that was hidden until car was rolled up for me to take. One final note: that car tracking device? It's a dongle that just pulls out under the dash. I know this because the dealership forgot to do so and asked that I unplug and drop it off to the dealership next time I'm in town. That about covers the day-1 experience at South Tacoma Honda Used Car sales.

I bought a car here yesterday and the staff were up front, polite and very attentive. Frank was my main salesperson and he was very helpful. They did not play games, as I've experienced at a few other dealerships. The transaction felt straightened and transparent. I also appreciated that throughout the different steps of the purchase, they didn't leave me just sitting there - they communicated well. Every 5 to 10 minutes I would receive an update on what was happening. Overall very satisfied with buying a car at this dealership.

My wife and I were looking for a new car or possibly a trade-in and we came to this dealership. Let me begin by saying Phillip was amazing on helping us find the vehicle that was right for us and our needs. He was very approachable and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get us a great deal on our new 2022 Honda Hr-v. I was pleased with the service that was provided by South Tacoma Honda. I actually arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. They still took my car in. This was definitely a great service experience from start to finish. I was even more pleased with the video from my tech. He sent me a video of everything he checked out and showed how dirty my cabin filter and the air filter were.

I think that is an A+ touch to the service. I am no stranger to turning wrenches on cars. This service was done in a very timely manner. Thanks to all the friendly guys in the service department

AWESOME service! I've gone to this location for my past 2 cars, they never let you down. If your needing a car, ask for (Tim Allen) cause he is your guy! I had the most positive experience working with him to find my second vehicle. He listened to my needs and didn't try to force me into something I didn't want. He was patient, attentive, and just all over amazing!

Car buying has never been so easy or fun. I hadn't planned on buying the day I visited the dealership as the car I saw online that I was interested in was in transit and not on the lot yet. I went with the expectation to look around and maybe test drive. Lo and behold I came home with a new car (that checked all the boxes and then some), despite the low available inventory on the lot, and it was so easy and fun.

Fun because Manny and Joseph made me feel at ease with their knowledge, friendliness and great personalities. I had many many questions and they walked me through everything. I'm a big fan of Tacoma Honda now. Thank you!

Joseph Horne helped me out and successfully helped me find my Brand New 2022 Honda Civic Sport.very patient, understanding and flexible worked with me completely. I never felt pressured at all the whole time I was there. Which was multiple times due to me being picky with vehicles and colors but he was awesome the whole time.
