This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I bought a VW in October that I was not happy with, I mean totally not happy with. I was so afraid to try and trade after just buying it a few months ago but contacted Mark and he told me what to expect, what I could do and then it was full speed ahead to get me in a car that I wanted and would enjoy.
I've never had a general sales manager interact as much as Steve did. That was fabulous. He wasn't like most GSM and sitting in an office just sending numbers out on a piece of paper with the salesman. He was seen, involved, present and helpful. I will recommend Mark, our salesman, and Steve to everyone! Just a great experience. I love my Rogue. Thanks Neil Huffman!

Wed. March 2 2022 is when I started the process of buying a 2010 Ford Edge. I dealt with, and I am still dealing with Isaac Shaull. He has been good to work with and a good communicator. The first issue I had (and still isn't resolved) was with the remote start. I confirmed that it was sold with remote start and it doesn't work. I was told that the car was used and as is.but yet they advertised the option of remote start.
When I asked for a service person to call and help me troubleshoot the issue it took 2 weeks of my continuous calls and the issue is still a problem. When I text or call and ask about the title I continue to get excuses and 63 days later I do not have a title. I have been asked if I would like another temp tag 2 times. As I write this review on May 5th 2022 I still have NOT received the title.
I have not received a phone call, both of my issues are still lingering, And I haven't been treated as a customer, but been treated as if I am a thorn in their side. It seems customer service and getting what I paid for is not even in the equation. Again, Isacc Shaull did his job well, but he has no support from his co workers or management. The 2 stars are for Issac, Neil Huffman has yet to earn any. Update: 5/12/22 still no response or reply.

Update: 5/12/22 How ironic right?.the nice lady in the admin office contacted me and let me know they had difficulty with the previous owner and hopefully a title shows up next week. I purchased a 22 Frontier Pro4X. Zero headaches, didn't haggle like typical since I was offered good money on trade and didn't get played with addendums at all. I got to the dealer with everything ready for me, and they worked as a team to knock out even the smallest of details to where when I left the finance office, EVERYTHING was done. Every single detail! Was then offered a look at tech features and had a few things explained that I asked about and was on my way. I spent more time buying my groceries this week. Seriously.

From sales to service, A to Z, everything has been way more difficult than it's needed to be. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place. 1) They put MY vehicle under my wife's name, not mine as they were told multiple times and promised me it would be under my name. 2) They had multiple clerical errors and it took three months to get my license plate. Had to drive with expired tags for over a month. 3) Now this time they put the wrong oil in my truck.
I was promised full synthetic oil changes and my receipt showed a lower grade oil. When I asked about this they apologized multiple times but offered NO solution to fix the situation. I had to come up with a solution for them to fix their mistake. No accountability. Zero competence. Avoid at all cost.

Larry Rose was a pleasure working with, had lots of knowledge about the car I purchased and was able to answer any question's I had. Steve the sales Manager worked hard to get us a good interest rate and financing. No stress buying process. Would highly recommend someone wanting to purchase a car to give them a call.

We were tricky customers, we needed low monthly payments, low down payment and have fair/good credit score, we also needed a vehicle that my partially inmobile grandmother could get in and out of easier. Michael Taylor and Lance Nichols went above and beyond what salesmen do. ( I have previously have worked at a similar car dealership) not only did they they accommodate every one our needs our first van fell through. Michael and Lance searched their other deals history find us the best fit.
At this time it was getting late and we all needed break. The very next moriing they had found a van over an hour away and had it delivered to the frankfort location Michael and Lance were extremely accommodating and have lifted a very heavy burden off of our shoulderswe can now say that we have a dependable van that is affordable and easy for my grandmother. Plus we got into a newer car than we thought we could.

Recently purchased a Cadillac SUV from Neil Huffman Nissan and Mike Taylor was excellent. He had us ready too go, my husband and I drove from Louisville to purchase this vehicle and I fell in love. The customer service is on point. Hospitable, great communication, and professional! Thank Mike we will be back!

I worked with Aaron and Lance and they were both so so incredible. They traded my old car for what I wanted to get out of it and got me in the vehicle that I wanted. They kept me close to the payment I wanted to be in too! They both answered questions I had and Lance went to bat for me in financing to get me a bump in tier for a better interest rate.
I worked with Marcus to sign all my paperwork and he was super nice too. My 5 year old tagged along with me and everyone was so welcoming to her, talked to her, and listened when she spoke to them. She really wanted a Sprite from the coke machine and my debit card wouldn't swipe & the machine wouldn't take my cash. Without hesitation, Lance came and bought her a Sprite and wouldn't let me give him cash.
I have told everyone I've talked to that driving to Frankfort to shop for a vehicle here is 10/10 worth the drive. I live 2 hours away and would go back in time and travel here to purchase again 100 times over. -Hannah Tomes
