I initially left a five star review after buying a 2022 BMW S1000R because the two salesmen I worked with were great, as was the service department when I brought the bike in for it's initial service, but after dealing with the GM the past week and a half, my mind completely changed about this dealership. I don't leave many reviews and don't like to leave negative reviews at all, but after being told multiple times that something would be done only to have it not be, and then to receive no explanation after sending a lengthy message explaining the inconvenience this had caused, I wanted to post this as a warning to others. I had intended for this to be a place I came back for future services as well as bike purchases but now I'll be going someplace else.

Hat's off to Matt (MGR) and his Louisville Harley-Davidson teammates, on Arthur Street. I have to Spotlight my Salesman James. First off, he wasn't pushing or being annoying like some Salesperson can be. He casually came over and introduced himself and asked what i was looking for. I told him a Street Glide ST. He was as professional and patient throughout the entire experience.
Nonetheless I left with the Street Glide ST. His customer service was impeccable. This guy delivered my Motorcycle to me in the absence of their normal delivery person. What Salesperson would do that. Thats unheard of as far as that goes. If you're ready to purchase a new or used bike, go see James. I promise you'll get that same level of Professionalism and Respect as I did. Let's Ride!

Everyone was absolutely fantastic to work with. I've been to just about every dealership in town and none of them had the same level of customer service as they did here. I'd recommend checking the place out, even if you aren't looking into getting a Harley. Dealer even called to ask how the ride home was. Easy 5 stars, and thanks to James for getting me on my new bike

When Lance picked me up from the car rental lot so I could ride home on my new bike, I was hopeful this would be a great experience. Lance is a fine sales agent, but wow - the managers and finance department at this dealership are awful! Go elsewhere! The finance managers lied to me about the program they were signing me up on, another manager LIED TO ME ABOUT A DEFECT ON A NEW motorcycle, and then, to add insult to injury, overcharged me for a t-shirt!
I purchased my new BMW motorcycle in AUGUST and I am still waiting on them to obtain a paint code so they can supply me with a new tank cover to replace the defective tank cover they LIED to me about when I purchased the bike new! They provide BS reasons for not being able to supply a paint code and will likely supply with BS reasons to you for not being honest with a transaction you may have with them.
These are great bikes but this is far from a great dealership. I have been riding since 2004 and a BMW enthusiast since 2007 - even past President of the KY Chapter of the BMWCCA - and this is by far the worst transaction I have ever had with anything that bears the BMW roundel on it. Go elsehwere to buy!

The purpose for our stop was to inquire about the motorcycle driving/safety course offered for my son and myself. We spoke with Lance you actually took the time to explain the process where we could take the test and how it works. He showed us a few bikes and was extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this store and staff if you're in the market for a bike.

The whole team was very understanding and accommodating of all my newbie questions. Zero pressure to buy a bike. I bought a new BMW F 750 GS. After 3 visits. I recently purchased a used motorcycle from this dealership. They are very professional. Everyone seems to care about you as a customer and a rider. They made suggestions to me on motorcycles which would fit my riding style while staying within my budget. Good amount of riding gear, helmets, boots in stock. I have not used their service or parts services at this point. My salesman was William and he was great.
