Pre-ordered a Rav4 Hybrid XLE Premium. It finally arrived and Kemran called me that it's ready. Great person, professional, and responsive to messages. Finally made an appointment the next day to fill out the paperworks. David was awesome. He's very knowledgeable about the vehicle; also friendly, and professional. It was a very pleasant experience. This is the friendliest and most hassle-free dealership experience I ever had. We were shopping for a new car and went to Burien Honda first. The sales guy there is a super aggressive drama salesman, with all kinds of strategies to get us in for an Accord that nobody knows when it would arrive. We felt pressured and manipulated, and went to Burien Toyota, and that's when we met Dylan, a new salesman who just started weeks ago. Dylan was honest, easygoing, and welcoming.
He listened and understood that we need a new car that can be taken today on the spot. Because there was no new car in inventory, he showed us a few used cars that we were like, meh, but then he showed us a Toyota Rav4, and it only has 3000 miles. Its trim looks great, we liked it a lot. Most importantly, the final price is on the sticker and there was no exhausting negotiation needed.
We were sold, another technician Pape came along and explained all sorts of details of the deal, including "GAP", a protection plan that we didn't know we need. Pape's explanation is very clear and easy to understand, no bullshit whatsoever. We finished the deal with Tony, and everything just went super smoothly. I have never had this easy an experience car shopping. Before I came in, Kelley, called to confirm the car I wanted to test drive was there. He never suggested a car above my budget. Kelley was the nicest salespeople. Tim who handled the test drive and all the loan paperwork was very nice and helpful. He walked me through all my options and there was zero pressure. I left with the car I wanted and it was a great experience. I am a very happy customer!

Bought a used 2018 Toyota 4Runner in Feb 2022. The vehicle had 64,601 miles on it, the asking price was $43,464? I do believe that what it was.anyhow had this vehicle for 2 months, put 1015 miles on it. Anyways I would after a few weeks we notice it was making this squeaking noise. We didn't think anything about it, because we only would hear it backing into our parking space.
One day my husband had to pick me up at work and while was waiting for me he said he notice the sound going forward as well. I had already made a service appointment with Toyota in Renton, because I was told I could go to any Toyota dealership for all my servicing. I work at a dealership and asked some of the techs there if they could check my right rear rotator & brakes.
They removed my tire and saw that the rotators was bad. I asked if they could resurface it, unfortunately they couldn't. Then I asked him to see if he could check them all. After awhile the tech came up to me and told me that the left front was good, but the others was really bad. And that the rear brakes was worn out and the front brakes was at 1%. Toyota at Renton wouldn't include rotators & brakes to my appointment, claiming it's a separate issue which requires a separate appt.
I had a vacation coming up for the second week of May so I had to get them done sooner. My oil appt was May 2nd. Knowing that I was driving around town with bad rotators & brakes, I was left with no choice but to get them done at work. $1600 later. The following day we went to Burien Toyota to let them know what was going on. Getting the run around for 2 weeks, just got off the phone with one of the managers (not saying his name, because I don't want to point fingers) Only to find out that Burien Toyota refuse to accept any fault. Don't tell me I can go to any Toyota dealership to get my car serviced.
And I tried to take it to a Toyota dealership near me and I tried to add it to my appointment. What other choice did I have. I will never buy a used car again and I will NEVER go back to Burien Toyota again. I wasn't asking for the full amount, I would of been ok with half the amount or something that showed me that you accept the fact someone failed at their job and you are sorry it happened.
I guarantee that if I worked there it would of been a different story, only because I am an employee.but I don't. So I accept that I made a bad choice and should of waited until the the rain stopped and should of asked them to do another Multi inspection of the used vehicle. This is my lesson learned. I hope that you learn from my experience and have them clarify every word they say & promise when purchasing a used vehicle from any dealership.

Thanks again to Tim Holmquest for my 10th vehicle purchase. I'm loving my new RAV4 XSE Hybrid SUV. Gets amazing MPG with just the right amount of power and I'm loving the JBL sound system and all the options it has. I have been working with Kemran N., he has been wonderful to work with. From the beginning when I called to inquire about a vehicle he was very kind and patient, and was helpful in finding me what I need for my family. I have been waiting for a vehicle that should be here soon, and I appreciated his communication during the process. He has been so quick to respond to my texts/phone calls/emails.
He has informed be of steps along the way to make sure I am aware of what is going on and that my car IS coming. He is kind, and most of all, helpful! I came in with a pre approval but Kelly and the finance manager (last name Vasquez I think) insisted they try to get a better rate.

Overall, they were very helpful throughout the entire process, and NOT PUSHY which is so important to me. I would definitely recommend Kemran who was helpful and communicated everything along the way, and I would listen to the finance guys trying to get you the better rate, because you'll be pleasantly surprised with what they come back with. Oh and did I mention I only paid MSRP, no markup on my sienna? Overall I am a very happy customer. Here is my new mom car!

I know dealers and dealer service departments often get a bad rap, but these folks did right by me, especially Rich at Burien Toyota's parts department. I needed new wiper blades and there are SO many after-market products, I wasn't willing to engage in trial-and-error, so I decided to go the OEM route. A couple of pleasant surprises. Rich hooked me up with new rubber inserts (the business end) instead of entirely new wiper arms.
This meant two things: it was cheaper than buying two replacement arms, and there was a WHOLE lot less waste. The third thing was that he installed them for me. In and out, 10 minutes tops, and several extra bucks left in my pocket. You guys rock!

The absolute best car purchase possible. I believe going to Costco is more challenging than purchasing a vehicle from Burien Toyota. I ordered a 2022 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Limited in September 2021. The professional communication from Christina throughout the 5 month build and delivery process was outstanding. The entire sales team kept me informed of the process all the time.
I was never asked to purchase something that was not necessary or not part of the original vehicle description. The original price was the price I paid, no mark up or hidden tags at the end. The show room and offices may not have that country lodge feeling, but the staff members are warm, friendly, and very respectful. I highly recommend Burien Toyota and the sales team, especially Christina. Thank you for an outstanding car buying experience.

They will want to get commission any way they can. I was approved for a loan from a bank and they still ran my credit report. They said that they wasn't going to, they were just trying to have the correct person buying the car. Maybe i don't look like I have good credit, who knows. They keep insisting me that they need to get information from me with and SSN And that's how it suppose to work.
Like I said before, I was approved for a loan from a bank already but they don't care, they want you to go through them. all I need from them was the purchase price and invoice so I can show my bank to cut a check but they didn't want to do that. this is for a car I factory ordered and had told them from previous months that I be using my own bank for the loan.
I also told them that I can walk to my bank and have the bank call to verify My approval. Again they insist that's not how it works. regardless of the outcome They need to not pressure you into doing what they want but rather what we want as a customer to what works best for us. be careful of the pressure.

Bought a used car from Burien Toyota two months ago. As Tim, who sold me the car, says "To be certain--every used vehicle Burien Toyota sells goes through a vigorous safety inspection prior to sale.no exceptions", His words. Well, the front right wheel detached from my vehicle while on the freeway. Could have caused a terrible accident but, fortunately, it happened early in the morning and no one was near me. Took it to my mechanic, a trusted and reputable one.
He feels this is something that should've been caught in a safety inspection and that the ball joints were not installed properly. Cost me $1400. Tim at Burien Toyota offered no support when I told him of this. Why would I ever recommend these guys?

Scheduled routine maintenance with a gentleman over the phone. Discussed high-level pricing in the range of $350+ tax. Sounded reasonable and made an appointment. Upon arrival, estimate increased to ~$520 based on recommendations for a 30k service. Decided to proceed. When picking up my vehicle and ready to cash out, total due was now ~$710. Explanation I received was there was a typo when preparing estimate. I didn't receive any prior notice of price increase. Do what you will with this information.

Their service was awesome. I have been to other Toyota Dealerships in the area but not really impressed so I thought I would try this one. Basically diagnostics were done and they recommended me to not do anything about the alignment because using their machine showed that everything was aligned. First time I have ever been told don't spend your money here because your car is working as expected. I will be back to this location.

Abdullahi Sharif mentioned I can test drive Toyota Highlander hybrid with V4 engine. I commuted from Issaquah, WA to Burien, WA with my young kids for test drive only to find out they don't have Toyota Highlander hybrid with V4 engine to test drive. Instead they were offering me to test drive Rav4 with V4 hybrid engine. I was very clear over the phone when I made the appointment, that I didn't want to test drive Rav4.
His other explanation was there was a used highlander hybrid with V4 engine for me to test drive, but it got sold. I would have liked to be informed about it before I made the drive all the way to Burien. They are just using the supply chain constrained market to hassle customers.

I don't take my car to any other dealership. They are very quick and efficient. They also have a shuttle to take you home and pick you up or they can send you with an Uber. They seem to have great deals on items that you need to keep your car in shape. But I mostly use them for maintenance like my oil change, tire rotation, and things like that.

Matthew Short (salesman) has been a family friend, all of his life. His Grandmother has been a close friend of mine since about 1988. Matthew is very knowledgeable and professional, with the Toyota product. I'm proud of Matthew. He took the time to explain everything to me. He even stayed late. I'm extremely happy with my RAV4. Burien Toyota is pet friendly! I was happy that we could bring our two small dogs, in the showroom. They also have a small grass area with poop bags, out front.
