If you want a stress free experience buying a vehicle, go to Carter Subaru Shorline and talk with Mary, she will get you sorted. Making big financial decisions, like buying your first car, can be a bit overwhelming. Mary was one of the few people, and I went to a number of dealerships, that didn't pressure me to make any big decisions that I wasn't ready to make.

And that seems to be the general vibe of this place, they want to help you get what you want and be happy with what you get, not to convince you to buy something impulsively because it's a 'special deal only for today'. Also, their hot chocolate was pretty tasty, especially when you throw an extra creamer in it.

Solid humans. I've been coming here for years, and today I had my best experience yet. I came in for an oil change, and noticed a sizable scuff on my bumper as I was leaving. To me, this was new damage that I had never noticed before. I went inside to inquire, and Benny made everything right. He pulled up camera footage to make sure that the damage wasn't done by Subaru employees, which he was indeed able to figure out.

I had shown up with the damage but was unaware of it. That didn't stop Benny from buffing it out as best as he could, even though he knew it wasn't his/Subarus responsibility. He eased my concerns and went the extra mile. Thanks dude! I'll be returning for years to come.

I started at a different dealership this morning and the inventory was low and the service was non-existent- even though I had an appointment! My father in law took me here to see Debbie instead. Even though it was a busy day for her, Debbie gave us her time and let us see three amazing vehicles, one of which I ended up purchasing! Special thanks to Debbie and Skyler for all of your work today. I am so happy with my new car!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Carter Subaru Shoreline and with good reason. They are courteous, quick, and helped me get set up with the right vehicle for the right price.again. Stephen was particularly helpful, and kept me up-to-date every step of the way regarding a shipment of incoming vehicles from the Subaru factory, Japan. Thanks Stephen! Cant say it enough how wonderful our salesperson, Mary Philips, was to work with. Besides an extensive knowledge of her product, she was efficient, kind, and thorough. We just bought a car from them yesterday. Overall we had a wonderful experience. No high pressure sales and the process was relatively very fast. They were honest, straightforward and genuinely kind. We felt taken care of and appreciated. Highly recommend them!

I bought a car last year from Carter Subaru and was very happy with the service and the car. It ended up that the car, once bought, had transmission trouble. Mike in the service department took the time to work through it with me and they ended up paying for the full transmission repair. I even got a fun sports car as my loaner car while everything was fixed.

The actual sale process was exactly what I expected. I got a very good price and my only ding in the whole process was that the salesman was more concerned with his awards than with good service. Thanks, Carter Subaru.

I had an excellent experience shopping for my new car! Mary Philips was very helpful, personable, and answered all of my questions about the features of each car I was interested in. Buying the car was a very stress-free process and Mary really made her self a resource for me and kept me updated as I waited for my car to arrive. When my car did arrive Mary went over all of the features and exactly how to use them, so I could drive off ready to use all of the safety features of my car. Skyler walked me through all of the payment and warranty information quickly and efficiently and I was out of the dealership and on the road before I knew it. The dealership itself was clean and everyone wore masks and I felt comfortable while I was there.

Great place to buy a car! We worked with Josh K who was VERY KNOWLEDGE of the Subaru trim levels. Very patient with my wife and I over the course of the 1-2 month sales cycle. The dealership was even kind enough to work with us on increasing the trade-in value of the former vehicle to help offset the MSRP of the Subaru Ascent we acquired. An additional thanks to Skyler for receiving the method of down payment. THIS IS OUR NEW FAMILY RIDE! OUR KIDS ARE STOKED!

Wow is all I can say about this dealership. What a great experience I had when purchasing a car for myself and my family. The dealers were very helpful and informative. The finance department was super knowledgeable. They got me a great rate and a killer warranty. Let's not forget the beautiful 2020 wrx I drove off with as well. Super great company with great people working for them. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!
