You explained every page you put before me. I have a recent bankruptcy and you managed to get me financed with NO MONEY down! Loving my 2017 Chevrolet Malibu with 14k miles. I named her Snow!

I initially didn't even know I could get a car loan in an active bankruptcy. My husband was in a car accident in which our car was totaled and it was a well over 10 years old, so we only had liability on it so needless to say we were out of a vehicle. With a new baby on the way, we didnt know what to do next, we didnt want to run out a get a $2000 car just to get around and end up putting far more work in it than its worth and I received a flyer from this company informing me they could help with an open bankruptcy.

I called and inquired about a car and I filled out the car application it's been two weeks I've only spoken to someone once I've called three times to follow up and no one has called me back. They already ran my credit very unprofessional!

I recently filled out an application and spoke with Michelle and she seemed really nice and caring. However once she was not able to secure me an auto loan I didn't hear from her. Course told me to give her to the end of the day to figure some other things out but I NEVER heard back from her. I left several messages for her with no responses at all.

That was a little disheartening. Working with the public for 20+ years myself I know what good customer service is. A person who you can help is just as important as a person you can't. I just feel like you shouldn't treat a person like they're nothing because you can't profit off their business a courtesy call to let them know takes 2-5 mins at most I wasn't given that.

I think with reviews it's hard to really determine because it's not enough of people with bad experinddes giving feed back. I'm sure I'm not the only person with this experience but hopefully I'm the last.

Economy Auto Mart are theeee BEST when I say they work with bad credit bankruptcy they dooo and you get a NICE car low miles when NOBODY ELSE APPROVES U THEY WILL! I just want to say, that my experience with Michelle and Economy auto Mart was a great one! Michelle walked my husband and I through all the paperwork and everything she was doing, she kept us updated on everything that was happening and never gave up on finding a lender that would work with us and was able to get a decent interest rate that would not kill us on our payments.

Michele helped me find the most amazing Ford fusion hybrid with 22,000 miles. It's like brand new. She was so nice and always let me know how the process was going. I had a great experience working with Michelle. I was referred to this company by my bankruptcy company after my last car died on me unexpectedly. They approved me over the phone without having to come in. Michelle was honest about the conditions of the cars. She helped me find cheaper insurance options. She got me in a pretty close to brand new vehicle.

It's beautiful, runs well, is still under the original warranty plus has a powertrain extended warranty. When I say Michelle jumped through hoops to help me I mean it. She was super friendly, easy to contact, and always returned my calls like she said she would. Her office was clean, her receptionist was friendly and helpful too, as she was the one to show me the potential cars. Overall, my experience was wonderful. No complaints. Come by take a look at the selection and speak to the honest and friendly folks at this small privately family-owned used car dealer. Selection of cars: Few dozen of mostly sedans including compacts, mid-sizes and full, as well as some SUVs.

Mix of Asian and American brands. Most are considered staples (workhorses) intended for the daily needs of the working and lower middle class. People behind it: Friendly, understanding and patient - through and through. Mike, the owner, a very charismatic gentleman that is very social and easy to talk to. He has owned the place for many decades. Despite all the years in the business, he remains humble and empathetic, down to earth.

When it comes to him, you can freely speak your mind. If you show him your genuine and good heart, he will do his best to accommodate and give you a good offer. Michelle, who is responsible for financial operations, and Nicole, assistant are friendly, helpful, patient and understanding. Christian & Julio, the handymen taking care of the cars. Friendly and hardworking fellows. Facility: Yes, the exterior looks much better and no doubt the interior definitely needs work and the carpeting needs replacement.

Personal story: I was in the market for an affordable vehicle that met certain criteria's like budget, mileage limit, and some tech spec. minimum like a rear-view camera. And I found the one that met all my criteria/expectations. I had some delays in procuring the car because my bank doesn't have a branch in Chicago and it took awhile to receive a cashiers check and then also because of my extremely busy schedule. Economy auto mart was very patient and understanding and held my car as sold for 2 weeks until I had everything ready to go.

Best experience ever. They got the important stuff out the way before I came in. And the process was complete in less then 2hrs. And got to test drive some nice car. All in all they will take care of you

This place is wonderful. First let me say Michelle is honest and very knowledgeable when it comes to getting a car in bankruptcy. Other places I went to gave me the run around, Michelle took me step by step, what to expect etc. My approval went quickly because I had a lease to turn in and I'd been working on this since March. Within a week of contacting Economy, paperwork was sent over and between the trustee and the judges approval I was in my new car in less then 2 weeks. I'm driving a car I've wanted for the past year. Did not know they had the make I wanted because several cars they have are not on their website.

Ignore the carpet comment the person wrote previously, hey what do you want it's a used car lot and you are not there to buy carpet you are there to buy a car. This place is busy because they are helping a lot of people in the same situation as yourself. Nicole who helps you look at the cars is sweet and helpful. This is a great place with great people. I'm telling everyone I know about Economy Auto Mart.

After being rejected by several places, I decided to call Michelle at Auto Mart. She was very helpful and informative. I purchased my vehicle and the process was smooth and painless. Adam was great and listened to what I was looking for. It also says a lot when they have positive things to say about their boss, keeping his employees happy. One word. AWESOME! When going through a bankruptcy one experiences a myriad of emotions. Frustrated because you are overwhelmed with mounting bills, afraid of the uncertainty of what lies ahead, and relief because you know that the creditors can no longer hound you for money you don't have. Let me tell you, I have experienced all of these emotions and then some.

One of my major worries was acquiring a reliable vehicle since I had to surrender my own because of filing. Let me tell you that Michelle at Economy Auto Mart is miracle worker! She played no "pre qualified " games that other dealers do. It took all of a week to apply, get an approval, and drive off the lot. It honestly only took that long because of my attorneys.

I can't speak for everyone. But upon entering the business. Carpet was disgusting. Filty water stained papers under the desk.as I was waiting to look at cars a gentleman came in to return a car for the second time. I politely said cancel my appointment. The atmosphere just didn't sit right. All the money your making off the people in the neighborhood. Yall selling faulty cars. Clean the carpet for God's sake.

These guys are so easy to work with. Michelle is great about staying on top of things in a businesslike yet friendly manner, Mike is like the awesome uncle everyone should have and Adam was super cool and relatable. And Bear the office mascot was so adorable! They all had such a genuine interest in helping you find the right car at the right terms. They're the Olive Garden of car dealerships. 'when you're here, you're family!'

This company is so awesome. Michelle is so professional and a woman of her word. I was dealing with her for the last 3 months and it was so worth my wait to get a practically brand new car very low mileage. Everything we discussed came true. Let me start off by saying I was on the urge to giving up on cars until I got Michelle flyer and I thought pst another lie but I didn't give up I called jacky her assistant kept up with me everyday did not give up on me Michelle is the sweetest person I know and worked hard to get me a approval. Ok people, these guys at Economy Auto Mart are about as good as it gets. I bought several new and some used cars in my lifetime from what were considered prestigious dealerships in Aurora and Naperville. Those guys always try to slip in a surprise or two in the finance office and to them you're worth expires with the deal. Not at Economy Auto Mart. Michelle is honest, straight forward, she really knows her lenders.

She makes the buying experience as quick and painless as possible. These guys aren't just playing nice. They are legit and friendly people. The atmosphere is no frills but don't mistake them from the typical Western Ave in Chicago dealerships. The cars are like new clean and are true low miles. not what others advertise as low. From Michelle at the start to Humberto's excellent detail job at the end, this is truly impressive service! Keep it up guys!

Car got repossed one day. Two weeks later we drive off the lot with a car, and in open bankruptcy. Did i mention car only has 9K miles! When i spoke with Michelle she was very professional and understanding. I did not have to do anything she had everything worked up and sent to my attorney. She is a woman of her word. If she say you are approved you are approved. Excellent Dealership.

Customer representative Michelle gave me the run around. She already knew I have an active bankruptcy. I stopped calling and come to find out I received a letter from the agency. Not accepted or able to help me because of my credit score. Really, after saying that her agency specialized in bad credit and open bankruptcy.

Omg. These folks are great! You become like one of the family. Michelle is a living example of excellent customer service and trustworthy. If she calls you and say you are pre qualified for a vehicle after many have said no or tried to get over, count on Michelle to restore the representation of dealerships. She called and said I would spend literally two hrs or less getting my paperwork done and that I would speak directly to her.

After many bad experiences where people would call and say they'll be the person to speak to and I get to the dealership and they aren't there and I end up dealing with someone else saying something totally different. Not so with Michelle. She took care of me from start to finish and shout out to her cute little puppy that made my heart melt!

To top it all off, Roberto, who assists at the dealership with car showings went over and beyond his job by assisting me with getting new tires and brakes which is normal wear and tear on car vehicles all covered by them. Also, the owner is so kind and sweet. He is a genuine guy who actually cares about what you drive and the cars he chooses. It shows.

Great service and a huge wake up call to all dealerships. Get you a Roberto, Michelle, and owner with the gratitude of these folks and you may increAse your reputation! I'm totally grateful! Not to mention, even the finance company was amazing in getting me started. Totally excited!

I went into the dealership on December 5th and I was given awesome customer service by Michelle, Mike the owner, and Humberto. The experience was great. I was able to pick out the car I liked; and, Michelle worked with me and got me a good deal with the financing. They were very friendly and personable. They helped me when no one else would in my situation with being in a bankruptcy and having credit issues. I highly recommend Economy Auto Mart. They really care about satisfying their customers. This place is awesome if you need a NEWER, RELIABLE car and you have BAD credit. This is not for people that have a 650+ FICO score. You have other options available. Go to Carmax and look through 1000's of cars. This service deals mainly with people that have bankruptcies, severe credit issues and can't get financing anywhere. They are very much needed in Chicago because they provide an excellent service to a community that is normally forced to buy cars with cash.

They have excellent cars and trucks but somewhat of a limited selection. But if they tell you that, "You're approved!" it is not like other dealers. that means you can come and purchase a car. for sure. I saw some previous posts about their bad insurance and GAP insurance. these are not controlled by the dealer, they simply resell a product. You have to understand what you are reviewing!

They took you and your bad credit and they sold you a great car. you got in an accident and now you are frustrated at them? Come on now. I've thrown up at a carnival and didn't leave a review about the popcorn making me sick. lol. If your credit sucks, you have repos, bankruptcies, liens, foreclosures.etc. Call these guys and get the info you need to buy. They will tell you how it is.

I have an open bankruptcy and no other car dealers would even consider me, they all turned their heads. After being turned down so much, I was reluctant to get my hopes up so quickly. But Michelle is a complete life saver. She worked days upon hours to get me approved. They put me in a 2009 up to date vehicle with very low mileage. That was 6 months ago.

I have not had 1 single problem. I live in the city and work in the suburbs, so they understood how a vehicle for me is a complete necessity. Economy cares about their customers. I would recommend them to anyone who just needs a break in these tough times.
