My sister came in to get her car repaired and after waiting 3 weeks, picked up today with everything gone out of her car and no explanation. The service department manager Scott stated this is not their responsibility and told her to file a police report. We've bought cars here for over a decade and recently got another car and this is the biggest problem we've ever had.
No resolution, No finding out what happened, nothing! Poor customer service. She checked the car and took pictures of everything. All her car paperwork is gone & personal belongings are gone! And they have done nothing to help. The men in the this place think women are stupid and talk to you any type of way, they give you the run around, & sell "new" cars that are broken.
They no longer get our business and will be reported. They steal and lie to you in order to get your business. Do not buy or service your car here! You trust them with your car but no accountability in when they have your car what happens. Update: After speaking with whoever John is about making sure my daughters car and what happened a priority it's been the exact opposite.
She got her car back still not fixed and had to bring it back today. No one including Scott knew about this as John stated they would. Now their saying it won't be done till Friday, offered no loaner and now how's to figure out how to get to work. Again they had already had the car a month. As Loyal and repeat customer's, I'm disgusted how this has been handled. Shame on everyone. She paid her money no problem and still problems.

I had a great experience here. Not only was Darrell very helpful but he made the experience very pleasant as we were waiting for paper work to come back. Very funny nice guy hope other people that go here to get a car get him and have that experience. Also had great help from Mario and the owner John as well. Everyone here was nice and super helpful. I highly recommend Roger's Auto group. This is the 2nd time buying a car there plus I referred a friend. I was assisted by Danny M. who was very helpful and very patient with me as I am very picky. Danny went back and forth with the bank several times to crunch numbers until I was satisfied with what I had. I was also able to trade in my old car that I thought wasn't worth a dime and he was able to get me back a pretty penny for it. I didn't get exactly what I wanted but he was able to assist with an even newer car than the one I was acquiring about. Here is my used low mileage 2019 Chevy Equinox.

I called to schedule an appointment for my Yukon Denali 2022 vehicle I purchased in December/January 2021-2022. I was impressed by the receptionist and her courteous demeanor. I was sent an email to confirm the my appointment which was scheduled for the next business day. I arrived at the dealership service department and observed a large volume of vehicles lined up in three separate lanes lined up by orange cones for (oil change, tire rotation, and diagnostic, etc.) I was directed to enter facility and met by a greeter who warmly said hello and how can we help you today?
He then listened to my issues with my vehicle, placed ticket on windshield and said someone would be with me shortly. Oscar Rivera, sales consultant was very friendly and asked what problems were I experiencing with vehicle. He wrote them down, placed tag on rear view mirror, took photos of vehicle and asked me to join him at his work station. I like that he was very honest when my vehicle may be returned to me due to diagnostic testing maybe today or 1-2 days.
He verified my contact information, scheduled a Lyft service when I requested transportation home. I received a call later that day and informed my vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up. He informed me that my vehicle required an update for the computer BCM system P032 and P037, the same diagnosis given to me by OnStar operator when I first experienced the problem. Oscar provided a car wash at my request. I was pleasantly suprised by this encounter. Thank you Oscar for the great service. I will return for any mechanical issues in the future. I traded in my 2019 Hyundai Tuscon for a 2022 AWD Tuscon. This is the second car I personally bought from Roger's. My salesman this time was Darrell. I have to say he was a pleasure to deal with. I really enjoyed my experience at Rogers Auto Group. This is my third vehicle, I have purchased from them yesterday. My salesperson Adnan Akar was very nice and professional. He was very patience, and didn't rush me in choosing a vehicle. He took his time, and explained every detail of the paperwork. I really enjoyed working with him. Every time they say "It will be done by Monday they just add on another week" This time Dwayne has said it's gonna be another week because it needs new parts. why do you keep saying all the parts are here if they are not. My wife and had a great experience shopping with Rogers Auto Group as we purchased our new car (2022 Hyundai Tucson). Working with Dan (Nino) was a breeze and he made the process very easy in the midst of a time when cary buying has become incredibly hectic, due to demand. Not only was Rogers Auto Group one of the only dealerships within an hour and half of us that even the car we wanted to buy, but Dan was also knowledgeable and helpful with every question we had about the car. Having shopped around for financing prior to coming in, the rate they were able to offer me was also the lowest I'd come across anywhere else. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car here again!

Roger's exceeded our expectations and earned our loyalty. My Husband and I are in transition moving from Pittsburgh back to Chicago and our Cadillac lease was just about to end. We did our research and decided to lease a Buick Envision. Our first salesman was Mario who was a good listener, patient and quick to respond to our phone calls and texts.
He then had a family emergency and put us in the good hands of Walter. Walter we can't say enough great things about. This guy is caring, friendly and a man of action! He went above and beyond with us. I also have to mention Justin in finance. We usually dread that part of the car buying process. He was amazing! He was timely, informative and efficient. Overall a very positive car buying/trading process and would highly recommend.

To make a long story short, I was SO SKETCHED OUT by this dealership. First, they were trying to charge me nearly $700 a month to lease a $32,000 vehicle. Several other dealerships told me the same vehicle was leasing for between $300-400 a month with some money down. Second, they were trying to uncharge the vehicle $2,000 over the MSRP. I was told it was for some "titanium" package that I never requested.
They gave some BS excuse like "there is a train track over the lot" which no, there is not. The general manager did not offer me any choices to get the price per month down to what I could pay. It was pretty clear they just wanted to make money. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a good deal. I ended up going to Piemonte Dundee in East Dundee and had a much better experience. They were able to get my lease payment at the price I wanted.

Service here has been consistent for a few years I have been bring in my in-law's car. I tried bring in the car without a appointment and with for basic oil change. Both takes 2-3 hours wait to do a 15min change. The waiting room consist of chairs not 6 ft apart but 1 feet during these Corvid days. I would wait outside. Customer Service is decent and they would text you when your car is ready to be checked out.
They are not that good on informing you on what you might need to keep an eye on your car but most of time I don't believe them either. They love to upsell you on stuff but most of time, I think I know what is best for my car and my pocket. The best thing I like about Rogers, is the location.

Gary Sadowski is an amazing sales man. Very personable, very knowledgeable and his customer service is beyond amazing. I absolutely recommend Gary when looking for a new car for you, or your family. I give AAGI one star for the abysmal way that they have handled my gap insurance claim. I have haggling with them for over 2 months and they are still "reviewing my case". A Roger's Auto Group employee told me that the process "could have been streamlined if I was purchasing a car from them." Avoid both companies if you can.

I came into the Hyundai dealership the week of 4/12/2021 looking to purchase a 2020 Hyundai Sonata. Approximately 3 years ago, my wife had purchased a Hyundai Sonata from this dealership and we had a great experience. However, this time that was not the case. We were working with the salesman Isaac. I do not think I have been treated so poorly, talked down to, or belittled in a long time.
His customer service skills leave a lot to be desired and that is putting it mildly. While trying to get me to come in to make a deal, Isaac talked to me as though I was a complete moron. I want to give Rogers Auto Group my sales because the first time we had such a wonderful experience, but Isaac has left such a sour taste in my mouth that I now am questioning that.

My car was towed here on Friday evening. It's now Saturday afternoon and I have called four times and left two messages with no response from anyone. I finally got a hold of someone by saying I have a new service request. This lady contacted the service department for me and they told her they don't look at new vehicles until Monday? So I am confused- what is the point of being open on the weekend if you're not there to work on the vehicles.
Now I am stuck without a car AND without an update on my towed car! I don't understand why they can't answer the phone and respond to customers to at the very least confirm that the vehicle has arrived at the location. I have never been more disappointed with a service.

As you can see in the response above the General Manager requested that I reach out to him in an effort to resolve my issue. I sent him an email to the email address he provided and he showed himself to be consistent with the dealership's behavior by never responding to me. If I could give Rodger's Chevrolet less than one star I would do so. Stay away from this place if at all possible.

An appointment was set for my car DAYS PRIOR at 8:30AM yesterday, car was brought inside at 10:30AM (yup, wild) and they had told my boyfriend, the car probably wouldn't be worked on (yesterday) and would have to be kept for the weekend JUST FOR AN OIL & FILTER CHANGE. I never received this call back from "Tony" who was the manager. I was told they were messing around instead of working. Thankfully, they didn't work on it at all because of how overpriced this place is.
This was my first time scheduling an appointment here since my schedule doesn't fit the times any other place is open, but my boyfriend was nice enough to take it for me on his day off. TIME WAS WASTED. So if you decide to take your car here, BEWARE.

Came in for an 7 am appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Still haven't received my car almost 3 hours later. See picture attached. When I asked the clerk, LaKosha, she explained that a wait time for oil change is 3 hours because it's Saturday. Even when I had an appointment. Please do not come here if you want a simple oil change and have other things to do on the same day.
