Just got off the phone with Mike. Because I'd be arriving at closing time he asked if I would be buying the Range Rover I am interested in and was not willing to work with me today otherwise. Garbage customer service from the beginning. Lost a sale before it even got started. Never know what's in the bag.

I definitely would give 10 stars if I could. I've never had such an pleasurable experience buying a car. The car is everything they said it was and more! Came spotless with both keys, manual and Information book, not to mention Tommy Majok was extremely helpful keeping my husband and I updated calls, texts you name it. So Thank you Hiline! At first, I was leery. You know the whole "used car salesman stuff". But this was a great experience. My husband purchased a Porsche Panamera. Both salesmen who helped us were very nice, and professional. I didn't feel a pushy vibes. I would have given a 5 star rating, if they would have filled the Porsche with gas, as promised, & Provided a second key (which I understand that probably falls on the previous owner). Sammi and Tommy were excellent.

Most people have some reservations when dealing with a car dealer. I have bought more than 30 cars in my life time. So I have a little bit of experience in this area. I can tell you that HiLine Motors is in a class of its own. Specifically Alex. Great guy at a great dealership. U won't be disappointed when buying a car from them. David

My experience was the worst. I bought a car from your team all of them saying this is the best car Fax we have seen. Granted I fell for it. But I got it home and right away it started having issues. I hand brake pads done and it kind of expensive. Might bad again. But when I was looking at the car I said I am buying this for my son and he is driving it cross country next week.
Can you please tell me everything will be okay and you have looked at everything. They assured me all is good. In the middle of Kentucky on the way it breaks down and costs 3-4k to fix it. I am ghosted by Michael the sales manager and the owner tells me why would I do anything for you, you bought a used car. So it gets fixed and he drives it for a year and I sell it because it had more issues when he was in Pennsylvania. So there is nothing you can do now. Some of this is on me for trusting a car sales men. Your company is just not trustworthy.

I visited HiLine where I worked with Josh on the purchase of my vehicle. Everything about the process was tailored toward my needs and goals in a potential purchase. I arrived prepared and Josh recognized and acknowledged this. He gave me space and time to inspect the vehicle and answered my questions transparently. The building is setup professionally and is not your typical pre-owned dealer - all areas of it were clean and tidy. I completed the purchase, and I am definitely glad I took the time to stop by!

Gigi assisted my husband with my dream car! She and the owner were so helpful and accommodating while we filled out paperwork by giving cookies to us and our daughter. I highly recommend this particular dealership and Gigi as the salesperson. She was timely in her responses via text with my husband making sure every detail was taken care of. She was wonderful with my daughter and was very personable. Thank you so much for everything.

This was absolutely our best car buying experience ever! Gigi was awesome and made the process so smooth for us. The car we were there to see was ready for us to take on a test drive when we arrived. Gigi and the GM made us feel very comfortable and helped us make a great deal. We're absolutely happy with the vehicle and the service we got at Hi Line!

Pros: Competitive Price Cons: Untrustworthy Unresponsive Unaccommodating Unwelcoming Walking into Hi Line Motors you'll quickly see the remnants of what used to be a Subaru dealer. With 6 of the 10 offices vacant, a vacant reception desk, a vacant service department area, and an outdated waiting area you're sure to question if you should do business with this dealer.
I chose to take my business elsewhere. If you're looking for the typical "sleazy salesman" car dealership, this is your place. I would compare it to visiting the dentist, no one likes going to the dentist. Reply to HiLine response. Thank you for the response, Hi Line. However, don't try to make this out to be like I wasn't a qualified buyer. I brought my own financing to purchase the vehicle of interest.
I did apply for Hi Line's financing based on their promise of a lower interest rate than the 3.25% APR I had through my own bank. However, I never heard from Hi Line on what the status of my application was. A testament to there unresponsiveness. I would assume I was indeed approved and Hi Line is mistaken on which customer I am. The week after my interactions with Hi Line I went to Land Rover Frisco and purchased a CPO Range Rover Sport.
I also applied for credit with Land Rover Frisco and was approved for 2.99% APR. I for sure paid more, almost $10K more.but my experience was light years better, and I have peace of mind with CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) warranty until 2024.

Hi Line Motors provides excellent service. I just purchased my second vehicle from them. Sammy and Jason go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied with their purchase. I love the new location on Plano Pkwy and I look forward to buying more Porsches from them in the future. Thanks Jason, Sammy

I have dealt with many dealers over the years and I have become guarded in approaching them. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how honest, professional and efficient HiLine Motors in TX, is. I bought a used and beautiful Porsche 911 in perfect conditions, low milage and very fair price. I bought the car remotely from NY state in TX. Bob Tauber my sell contact person was just amazing. Bob was right to the point without sugar -coating, firm but very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
I start the deal on a Friday and the next Friday the car was in my driveway in Westchester with no problems whatsoever. The tile arrived within a few days and they even found the second key! Bob checked with me all the way from the initial inspection to the delivery - he was alway available and very responsive. I highly recommend HiLine Motors in Plano TX without any reservations.

I cannot recommend Hi Line Motors. I purchased a 2017 Mercedes CLA 250 from them back in April 2020. Issue number 1, the online description of the car on Hi Line's website listed features on the car that it didn't have. Wasn't a deal breaker, but its nice to get what you were expecting. Issue number 2. I was asked to complete paperwork and email it back to the dealership and was also advised to mail or bring the physical copy of it and so I did.
On the day of purchase, I decided that I wanted to put more money down to lower my monthly payment. I drive 3 hours from my home to the dealership, only to be told by Dare, my sales person, that he had already submitted and finalized my paperwork to the creditor prior to informing me and before my first time at the dealership. I was a bit annoyed because my monthly payment ended up being higher than I wanted it to be. Had he waited, I would've been able to pay more towards my down payment and had a lower APR and lower monthly payment. Also, got stuck with GAP insurance for an additional $800, which I was intending to decline upon arrival couldn't change that either which would've lowered my payments.
Issue number 3, I make the 3 hour drive back home in my new car. When I get off the highways, I notice a grinding noise when I brake indicating the brake pads were grinding on the rotors and extremely worn down. When I test drove it near the dealership, the grinding sound wasn't noticeable because the road in front of the dealership as, Rebecca put it, was "really bumpy" so you can really see what the car can handle.
It was so bumpy, it drowned out the noise of the grinding and the 3 of us in the car did not notice it. I sent a text to Dare explaining the situation the day after I purchased the car. I took the car into my local Mercedes Benz dealership service center, to get a confirmed reason for the brake grinding and also a maintenance service and inspection to make sure I wasn't sold a lemon.
I was told the rear brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced, the left front driver side tire was in the red and needed to be replaced, the other 3 tires were on yellow and would soon need to be replaced, the car failed the battery test and would need to be replaced and that the oil dip stick was broken. I paid out almost $1250.00.about $600 to replace the brake pads and rotors.$250 to replace the tire that was in the red.$200 for the maintenance service.
I still have to get the battery replaced which will be another $300 or so and replace the other 3 tires. I never did get a response to the text I had sent to Dare and instead of following up with the customer, I have had to chase him since to try and get reimbursed for the brake service. And I'm only requesting reimbursement for the brakes, because knowing I had to drive 3 hours back home in this car with faulty brakes and could've had an accident if they went out unsettles me.
And it's careless of the dealership to sell a car with damaged brakes. My calls often go unanswered and when I do reach Dare I'm repeatedly told that he has not heard from the owner and cannot give me the owners contact info. A week later, I was told they could only offer $150 because they believe they, as a dealership, could've made a deal with the Mercedes Benz dealership to have the repair done for less money.
If that was the case, Dare and the owner had a whole week to try and set that up. And then I'm told the car is sold as is and can't be put out on a lot to sell without having been inspected first. Well, your inspection guy did a shitty job of inspecting the brakes, which is one of the most important systems in the car. Needless to say, I have not heard from Dare in about 2 weeks.
I guess he's still trying to find this elusive owner. In the meantime, I did some internet digging to find who and how to contact the owner. I emailed the owner myself, Sami Shawwa, and have not had a response to my email either. The customer service here is mediocre before the sale and non existent after the sale. 1 star for the car being cute.

I purchased a car here. While they will sell you a solid car, everything else about this place was totally pathetic. 1) They registered my car in the wrong county. 2) They forgot to put my apartment number on the financing paperwork so I never received anything from them. In fact, before they submitted it, I let them know twice that the apt number was missing.
I was just told to contact the finance company. Lol 3) Shawn is a typical "tell you what you want to hear" type of salesman. I told him several times that I'm 100% interested in that particular car. but he continued his usual used car salesman talk. He was totally not personable whatsoever. 4) They only gave me one key. When I asked where the second key was, they told me that there was no second key. Lol, for a 2017 and no key?
About a two weeks later they called me saying I could pick up the second key. 5) They were super late in paying off the loan that was outstanding on my old car. Only go to this place if the car you're looking at isn't available anywhere else within 500 miles.

I had a very very good experience here looking for a new car. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite the one I was looking for. However, the saleslady that helped me was the sweetest most genuinely kind soul I have met in a long time. I was there quite a long time just bc we hit it off & had a lovely conversation. "Thank you again for your time! It was lovely meeting you! I really enjoyed our conversation! And yes, you def have some beautiful luxury cars!" XOXO Highly recommend.

Hi Line is not a company I would work with again. Michael the sales rep was not honest. We had a broken part on the car he said he would fix never did. Also, the car had tons of issues right away causing me to spend about 4-5K in rental and repair cost. They did not help at all. I work with Ryan and John originally and talked about honesty. I was sold on a false promise. Ryan and Michael were the worst. With the owner Sam not caring at all. As he said you bought the car why would I help you.

November of last year (2018) I bought a vehicle that have serious issues; front lower suspension arms on both sides installed wrong causing the right side to come off during Mercedes Benz inspection, total repair cost $1800. I was in Marshall store and after several hours with the family went back to the S550 and engine won't start, engine spins but won't start. Called towing company and take car to dealer, next day advisor call me and technicians found crankshaft hall sensor must be replaced and transmission module.
Another $2800 in parts and labor. While the car was in dealer they notice the front tires are new and the rear are below the permissible allowed red zone, well two new tires installed another $1200 and the disc break and pads system in the four wheels were replace with the worst aftermarket product that they can find. Today 1-17-2019 I notice that my registration and plates don't arrive to my house in Edinburg TX, went to tax accessor and the found that my car were registered since December 11, 2018, with the plates numbers LJC8069 and I don't have it yet.
My suggestion to anyone in the beautiful United State of America be aware of this dealership. I hope that the owners of Shawwna Investment LLC with the dealer number P129414 read this review and fedex next day my registration and plates.

I purchased a used 2012 BMW 740 LI from Hiline Motors this past September and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had! I inquired about a car online and promptly got a call-back from my salesperson Carmen, who scheduled a visit. I got my loan approved in advance, and there was absolutely no haggling. The original car I inquired about turned out not to be a good fit for me, but Carmen then introduced me to the BMW and I'm so glad she was able to get a good read on my taste and desire in cars and matched me up with the perfect ride.
The entire transaction took less than two hours and would've been quicker if I'd had gone with the first selection. Carmen also referred me to a reputable foreign auto repair shop where I can get the regular service completed far cheaper than the dealership. I've already been to the shop for a minor repair that Hiline Motors graciously covered 100% of the repair cost.
All in all I must admit that this was a great experience and I plan on being a return customer when it's time to upgrade again. I'd recommend Hiline and Carmen to anyone interested in getting a great vehicle for a great price without the arm twisting and pressure that's so prevalent in auto sales.

Just awful! Believe the other reviews you see. Rude. Obnoxious. Non responsive. Their sales team will outright lie to you. So do you homework on options, costs, et al, before you venture near this place. One salesperson tried to tell me how the original cost of a interior pkg was $15k despite the OEM showing something 30% lower. Not to mention that this was a USED car. The original price bears no resemblance to what it's WORTH today, 4 years after someone has been riding on it. STAY AWAY!

Please save your money and find another car lot to deal with even if you have to pay more for the car. I bought a 2008 Lexus RX 350 less than a year ago from Hi Line and in less than a year I have had to replace the A/C and struts in August 2016 for $4500, and now the transmission for $6500 in November. The car has less than 80K miles on it. When I called to let the manager know I was told too bad and good luck. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. You'll be glad you did.

I traded in a Jaguar XF and I purchased a 2009 Porsche Cayenne S at the very end of March from Rob (Sales) and Gabe (F/I). The truck was beautiful, had 67,000 miles on it. Since I have owned one in the past, I was pretty familiar with the truck. I also bought an extended warranty from Warrantech (not recommend). On the second day of ownership, the check engine light came on.
Off to Porsche I go. While I will not go into the sausage making - suffice to say it was expensive and something I fully expected the warranty company to cover. Well. The warranty company offered to cover less then half of the bill, but Sammi (owner) took care of it. One 10 minute meeting with a very nice professional and I was happy. I am not sure about the other reviewers and their unique situations.
But even though I had some expensive issues to content with, these guys never jerk me around, hid or did anything that was questionable. Net result: I will come back when we look for a used Boxster.

After purchasing a car this summer and buying the extended warranty, I need to have some work done. I had verbal promise AND a text from the general manager assuring me I had a zero deductible. Not true. After dealing back and forth for two weeks, today he told me on the phone that if I couldn't afford the deductible, I shouldn't have bought the car.
Of course, I am afford the $100, but the fact is they lied. He went on to say that "he is tired of petty customers trying to nickel and dime them." I will do everything in my power to be sure that people know what kind of bullshit lack of customer service they provide. If it were worth it, I would take them to court. Obviously they know that it is not worth it so they lie and mistreat people. Gabe is a HORRIBLE definition of ANY kind of manager.
