Probably had the worst experience here ever. Buyer beware. Bought my vehicle here about 5 years ago. Salesman had the worst mount ever. Mostly because I was in the military and he thought we all talked that way. I had several run ins with their service department 1 for scheduled oil change and they told me they took walk ins before me so it would be a couple hours before they even got it in and I had my wife and new baby and father with me.
The lady was unreasonably rude. Anyway, I figured those people all weeded themselves out over time. Went and asked what the trade value was ballpark on my car. Told them I was not ready to jump into another quite yet just wanted to see where I was. A few moment of his "research" later my phone went ding and he was pulling my credit from my old information without telling me he was doing so. Asked to speak to the manager and wanted the hard pull off my credit and he refused to do anything.
To add it all up they were very rude about it all, and acted like it was my fault. Recently I took my car in for warranty work and was up sold a couple of things I was on replacing with the work they were doing. Now mind you, when they called to sell me a new serpentine drive belt it was already off the car because they had to replace the oil pump and take the timing cover off.
Would you believe they charged me for labor? Wow. Anyway, when I was there the service department was just kicking it up having a good time and complaining that one of their other service writers had to go help sales because their customer didn't speak English and were talking so bad about that customer. Then tried to play it off after they noticed I was waiting.
I will drive to Indy from now on if that's what it will take to get away from these people. The reason I finally came to google is because they sent me a survey and after I was honest and gave them a poor rating, the google link magically didn't work. So here ya go glenbrook Hyundai, yes I'm upset.

I gave them two stars because the buying process was very easy and quick, the reason why my review is only two stars is because of everything that happened afterwards. Within two weeks I was having engine trouble which they refused to look at until I payed the over $100 inspection cost. I was completely ready to pay for any and all repairs, but I figured since I had only had the car for a few weeks, they would at least look at it for me.
I received nothing but attitude and them blaming me for not buying the warranty that was never verbally offered or presented. After going somewhere else for repairs and $300 later, my car is running better than when I first bought it. I am from out of state and it took them over a month to get me my title, I had to reach out multiple times about it, and finally they said they found it because it had gotten sent back and had just been sitting on a shelf. They have good cars, but as soon as you drive off the lot any sincere help or care from them is gone.

Not at good experience. I was called Saturday morning and was told that the new car I had put a deposit on had arrived and I could come in to take delivery. First I had to sign paper work with the sales person which took some time since he was busy but it was not excessive. Then there was a three hour wait to see the finance manager. By the time I got home from my 3:45 appointment with the sales person it was after 8:00 PM.
I should not have come on a Saturday since the finance manager saw several people before he got to me although I was not with him very long since I was not getting any financing. I am retired so I could come any day while probably the other people needed to come on Saturday.

Ethan, the express lane manager, was AWESOME! He was very straight forward, non pushy, answered ALL my questions and was so nice! I've had my Tucson for almost 5 years now and this is the first Hyundai dealership between Illinois and Indiana that doesn't try to push things on me or upsell me on things. Super fast service overall. Thank you!

Excellent service. The technical advisor who gave me the overall service report was superb in his presentation. Suggest he be moved to a higher position because you don't find that type of talent often. Loosing someone of this quality would be a big loss. Only one person's opinion, but I'm guessing I'm not alone.

Evan was great. He reached out to me after i had spoken with the service department, set an appointment to meet with me, listened to what i was trying to get into and offered me the best options he had to what i was wanting and made everything quick and simple for me. whole experience with him was terrific. Evan was able to find an option very close to what i was originally wanting and close to the price range i was hoping for. All things considered i am very happy with the outcome of the deal. They were able to meet me half way on a couple details and we were able to come to a fair agreement.
