I had two totally different experiences in a few weeks time. Therefore this review is solely based on my second experience which was a very pleasant one. I'm forever grateful that Zacc was placed in my path. HE'S the reason I'm now driving my "dream". Everyone that I came in contact with yesterday was nothing but good vibes. And for that. thank you all!

I met with Mr. Yarber to get my pre-owned SUV, with his knowledge, expertise and patience, He helped me and my family to get a vehicle that fit our budget. It was a relief that he identified what my family needed for a vehicle because I have two growing teenagers. He is awesome and the experience was smooth and superb. Please visit him and Orr Acura Dealership. This should be more than 5 stars!

I want to share with you the trust that I have in this dealership and it's service department. I can call ahead and let them know that I am coming in for service, and from the moment that I drive up someone is there to help me. The service is prompt, accurate, and fair. I always leave with my truck or car always shiny clean. Thank you for being there for me! Sincerely, Stephen Robinson

I bought my first Acura RDX this weekend. I love the car's agility; sleek design; comfortable and roomy interior; dynamic sound system; superior back-up camera; and cutting-edge technology (even though it was the base model). I cannot believe I waited this long to test drive an Acura; after test driving, I knew I wanted to own an Acura. Even better, the sales staff (Jay "Tony" Harrington) and manager (Tim Carlson) were extremely friendly and very professional.
This is my third car purchase from Gregg Orr and was definitely my best experience. the Bundt cake given to new buyers is a nice touch! Tim Carlson put the complimentary key chain on my keys. and Jay "Tony" Harrington assisted when I had difficulty finding the dealership. these people are assets to the Orr team! Gloria Shimanek

This dealership is the greatest. They always treat me like family. The lounge has the best premium snacks of any other dealership in town. When I have a service issue they are quick to call me back and get me in. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone., especially if you want to be treated like royalty.

Went in to get an oil change. The customer service was the best I have ever had at any car service anywhere. Not just saying that. Really nice waiting room, complementary coffee and snacks. Friendly staff. Water bottle in my cup holder when I got back to my car. Excellent over all. Will be going back every time.

This review is about their sales department, not the service one. I've loved my Acura for the last 5-6 years and the service center manager Jay has been wonderful. I stopped by to check out 2012 models as I plan to buy a new car this summer. Well. I was not with my husband and visited the dealership during the week, so I might have looked like a regular house wife in Shreveport rather than a successful career woman who could easily afford a luxury sedan with my salary.
They did not have the car that I wanted to try in stock. But the sales rep insisted that it is the same as the sedan trim and just the back of the car is different, so I decided to test drive. Also, he kept pushing for a crossover which I wasn't all that interested (Do you think I look like a house wife, hence a mom SUV?). Later, I learned that the sales rep had been in car business just over a month in his entire life and did not know about the previous Acura line-up including my RSX. So, I had to explain him the history behind why Acura discontinued RSX as they revamped Honda Civic and TSX back in 2007.
That should have given him a hint that I know something about cars. Anyhow, the whole time I was there, the sales rep kind of pushed me to just order the model that they did not have. Would you drop $40,000 on a car that you've never seen? I really did not appreciate the attitude and treated me like I was asking for something insane - "do you have a plan to stock a model I want in the future?" Besides, the trade-in value they offered was at least 2,500 less than the fair trade value I've looked. I'm just not impressed.
You know what? I found 5 dealerships that are outside of Shreveport that have the car that I want. Plus, now I'm looking into buying either Audi or BMW thanks to the poor treatment I received at Acura.
