Gave vehicle to service. Asked what needed to be done and no one responded until I picked up the vehicle. Told them a transmission and an oil changed needed to be done but I still wasn't sure if both needed to be done. They changed both instead which I was fine with at first but I did not feel the service was professional since they did not tell me what actually needed to be done.
Instead they just did it. Not only that but they forgot to screw in 2 front bolts of the splash plate as verified from another dealership. Made my vehicle inoperable and had to be towed to another dealership for completing the service that Holmes did not. Manager did not provide solutions given my situation. Did not offer reimbursement for services or anything.
Only thing he offered was to take a look at it Monday which I don't understand because the vehicle is inoperable. Like how am I supposed to get it there without a tow and who is going to give me a rental? Also, tried to say I may have hit something. Attempted to shift accountability. Like I said. No solutions given for the designated situation. Scope of work not complete and not thorough. Multi point inspection was fraudulent.

Carlos Gutierrez was there for me every step of the way! I couldn't be more happy with the service provided and the salesman's knowledge of the cars themselves. I drove to Honda Shreveport with a old vehicle and left with a 2022 Honda Civic Sport that I could not be more happy with. We got a GMC Acadia 2 weeks ago and was having problems with it so our salesman put us in this 2017 Chevrolet Traverse. Chase Turner went above and beyond for my family and I. My salesman was Stephen Bryan and he was with me every step of the process. The vehicle we wanted to purchase was getting worked on at the local Ford dealership and he went out of his way to contact the dealership so that he could drive us up to see it. Stephen is definitely one of the best salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

We had to bring our car in for some maintenance work. We made and appointment to come in. Upon arrival the girl who help check me in was very pleasant and helpful. I had to wait to get my car fix so I sat inside and they always have coffee, drinks, and snacks, also have tv to watch. So, if you need your car worked on ask for Dallas the service advisor and he will help you out. Sure miss Shane Miears a Salesperson who left. Highly recommend this place.

Terrible experience at Holmes Honda Shreveport today! They advertise high dollar trade in values and price used cars $5k more than new cars. But what they offered? $5k LESS than Kelly Bluebook trade in value. So yes - charge $35k on a 2020 CRV with almost 14k miles and $30k on a 2022 CRV (pics below) with the same trim and package, but offer trade in value of half of what my car is worth so you can sell it 3x as much?
Essentially making me pay them to take my car. That's insulting. That's treating your customers like their stupid. It's morally and ethically wrong. Do not do business with Holmes Honda.

Brandon Dunn was an amazing car salesperson. This was my first time buying a car so, he was able to answer every single question I had. Which was a lot and was able to talk to me about the different features in the car. I literally walked in that morning and drove off the lot with the car by 3:30 the same day. Excellent service! In June, my husband and I went to Holmes Honda after checking out a few places and not finding what we wanted. We were looking for a car for my husband, and we ended up finding a great car with the help of a wonderful sales associate from Holmes. So come end of November, we come back to Holmes, looking for a car for myself this time, and asking for the same sales associate. Mr. Michael Price was indeed there, and just like before, he helped my husband and I to find an absolutely fantastic pre-owned SUV that I am in love with, and that checked all the boxes for this soon-to-be family of three.
The number one thing I can say about the staff, and especially Mr. Price, is that they listen to what you tell them. He never once tried to steer us in a direction different than what we said we wanted, and I am beyond grateful to know that I will be listened to the FIRST time. After a long day of searching for a new vehicle that fit my family and I perfectly. I was feeling discouraged, but Holmes Honda was definitely the light at the end of the tunnel. Out of every other place I went, Holmes Honda's prices were the only ones that were reasonable, and not thousands of dollars over fair market value. Brandon Dunn our salesman did a phenomenal job showing us all the awesome details about our 2022 Honda Pilot.
He went above and beyond. He made purchasing a vehicle so easy, and stress free. I already came pre-approved with a great interest rate, but with the help of Seth in finance department he was able to get me an even lower one. Thank you so much Holmes Honda! I love my new car!

Visit Holmes Honda for the best service and a great car buying experience. Ask for Sterling Ware and Jason Norman, both highly professional and extremely knowledgeable of all their products. Holmes even has their own in house Allstate representatives ready to give you a great quote on insurance for your new sled and hopefully save you some money. My wife loves her new CR-V and we can't wait to take it on the road.
Simply put, when you are here you get treated like a king by a team of caring for their customers, and finding the right solutions to all their needs. I arrived here to look for a Honda CR-V Tuesday May 18, 2021. I love most things about Holmes, but the one glaring issue that they seem to have is undervaluing your trade. Obviously, this is not just something unique to this dealership, but I've been very surprised at their trade prices and unwillingness to deviate from that at all. Printing out their "blue book" fact sheet seems to be how they respond when you question anything.
Just wish they would change this aspect of the dealership. We've purchased from them a couple of time, but the last time I dealt with them was not as smooth. Sad, as there are some great people there.

Absolutely incredible service! Driving through from Florida when the check engine light started flashing and our vehicle wouldn't go over 50mph. Thankfully we were 15 miles from this Honda dealership! We had 3 dogs with us that they allowed to bring in to the waiting area. We were here 4 hrs but they were able to get our prob fixed and get us back on the road!
Staff was incredible. They all stopped by to pet our dogs and gave them treats! Could not have had a better experience here and super grateful for their work and hospitality! Thank you all at Holmes Honda in Shreveport and a special SHOUT OUT to TYLER ORTEGA! He was phenomenal!

The service here is a little pricey at times but worth it because they stand behind their work. And that, I have learned, makes a real difference. I tried other mechanics, well recommended mechanics who charged a little less but did not do satisfactory work. Money lost. So, I came back to Holmes service with a problem I thought was fixed. I was expecting a big bill because of some suspension issues.
And upsells, of course. Instead, a bolt was found loose. That was it. They tightened the bolt that was left loose by a previous mechanic. Could've been very costly and potentially dangerous if I didn't catch this in time. Minimal fee. No attempts at upsells. Nice! Ashley and Rachael are also very professional and personable. You can trust that they are in it for genuine customer satisfaction. They treat you and your car like family.

Accompanied my cousin to Holmes Honda to buy a family vehicle. Johnny is a great salesperson. Despite my tough as nails personality he was able to remain professional and charismatic despite having to endure me having to smash someone on a phone call during the test drive. He was pleasant and supportive in conducting negotiations for pricing involving a trade-in vehicle.
We were able to meet the general manager during our visit which I am sure made the difference in this deal. Overall a good experience with AMAZING results. Everyone we encountered was kind: Johnny, the GM, Michah, and Jason. However, I am not a fan of finance people or their upselling, but it comes with the car buying event so some things even I have to concede. But, I abhor the sleazy salesman tactics that finance staff employ: fast talking, know-it-all, air of superiority type shysters preying to finesse you out of a buck by attempting to distract you with shiny objects. YES, there is one at EVERY dealership. But, we got a great deal anyway due to more quality staff overall.
I won't let one "over confident" apple spoil the bunch. See Johnny and let him know my review brought you in. I promise you a good experience. Try the hot chocolate & french vanilla mix. It's hot & ready!

Wonderful experience purchasing our XC90 at this dealership. Our initial contact with the salesperson was very professional. DJ, the manager, took over for the negotiations and did everything he could to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. We signed a lease for a smaller vehicle and experienced some "buyer's remorse" once we realized it was too compact for our needs.
We came back the next morning and DJ expressed how his greatest aim was our satisfaction. He proceeded to do away with our initial agreement, hand us the keys to a larger vehicle, and let us take it for the weekend to test drive it. We were extremely satisfied once we made our decision to purchase that one and DJ gave us a great price for it. I have leased many vehicles in my lifetime and this experience has by far been the most pleasant one. Highly recommend Holmes Volvo!

I don't usually post Reviews, But after dealing with Joe H. from Holmes Honda-Mercedes dealership I had to leave a review. Joe is a great salesman and I tell everyone about him. The Mercedes-Benz dealership family have all been great. I've dealt with them through two vehicles. One I had purchase through another dealership and the other I Purchased thru them.
There was no difference between the vehicles how I was treated. With my first car the service was treated as If I purchased a car from them. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone pass by speaking and asking Do you need anything. To be honest the way I was treated with my first car made me purchase my other car from them. I will not go to another dealership. Thank you Mercedes Family.

I had to have a repair on the front fog light of my Honda Fit, which I bought at Holmes Honda, Shreveport. I could not have been happier with the service provided by Jeremy at their body shop. He had me in and out in 10 minutes, was very polite and the whole experience was pleasant. I was so pleased with him when I went in to order the parts that I took a loaf of homemade bread with me for the staff when I went back for the work once the parts were in.
I compared labor costs with another recommended garage/body shop before I had the work completed and their labor per hour charge was much lower than the recommended body shop ($25 an hour less). The people at the front counter were also very nice.

Today's Holmes Honda is not the same quality of dealership we have been doing business with over the past 15 years, particularly the pitiful service department. Unauthorized work, lack of communication, and no regard for the customer after the fact has been our recent experience. Do not take your car for service or repairs at this dealership.

Second great experience! I don't live in Shreveport but have used this dealership twice while traveling for issues that had to be taken care of quickly. Once my AC went out and today I had a tire issue that D'Angelo and the service advisor quickly repaired. Both times the responsiveness and pricing have been outstanding!

I was referred to Mr. John Young from a good friend of mine. I made contact with John minutes before it was closing time and on a Friday. Upon my arrival, John greeted me as if we were family. He listened to my wants and needs and build that rapport. John could have turned me away due to being closing time, but he still completed the necessary paperwork to get started.
He was very knowledgable about the products he was selling and took the time to show me vehicles on the car lot. On Saturday, I was able to test drive the vehicle for the weekend in which I fell in love with. By the close of business on Monday, I was leaving with my new Honda Accord Sport. John Young and the financial team were extremely professional and I recommend him as any one's salesperson.

Their service department is top notch. Clear and upfront pricing, consistent updates, and extremely friendly customer service. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, the sales department struggles a little in comparison. They have very friendly and attentive salespersons, but the pricing and valuation is the lowest in the Shreveport area (my trade-in was valued $3,700-$4,500 less than other dealerships).
If you're specifically looking for Jaguar/Land Rover, I would recommend widening your search to the rest of Louisiana or the DFW area. Service - 5 stars (you will be very pleased) Sales - 3 stars (simply because the prices aren't close to being competitive)

Buying the car was a tedious process, but buying any new car is that way. Thats not why I am writing a one star review. The one star review is for the HORRIFIC post-sale service we have gotten. Just an absolute embarrassment and laziness on the customer service end of things. That's how I judge a business. Everyone is Mr. Nice Guy when they can get your money. But how are they once they do? Holmes Honda couldn't care less, from my own personal experience.
