Was just told over the phone that "struts have to be changed in pairs" funny, they aren't sold in pairs? This is the kind of dishonest scamming that makes me go to Centsless Creations LLC, where they don't lie to their customers to make extra money for nothing. Centsless Creations motto is Making every penny count, and it shows when I call places like 5his and get lied to over the phone in an attempt to upsale repair work that isn't needed. My last oil change was at a franchise business, fast isn't always best. I called Dale's yesterday afternoon and they were able to fit me in this morning. Very professional, affordable and with a showroom like theirs I won't mind the wait.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value They're always hiring staff. Is not a good representation of a good business. You won't get good services and good stable quality. Therefore it's either poor hiring and/or poorer employer. Do your research on businesses before employing business.

When I dropped the car off I told them it may be wheel bearings.so that's what they went with. The time before this I dropped off woth same problem and I told them it might be the tire cupping.so that's what they went with.$500 later I'm still having same problem.now they did offer to bring back but at this point. I'm done

They're awesome. Came here the 1st time because it was the closest place and my car was completely out of oil. They were close to closing and still got me in and fixed it. Been back a few times since and won't go anywhere else. They're always super nice and helpful and very knowledgeable.

I had a low tire and stopped in. they we're so very nice to me. I even had the pleasure of chatting with owner Dale as well while I waited. They wouldn't even take my money for helping me with my tire. I would highly recommend Dales for the people and the wonderful service they gave me.

Critical: Quality, Value I brought my truck in to be looked at they didn't even call me to tell me the problem before they (fixed) it. They really didn't fix the issue they rigged it up by putting a plastic piece that doesn't even go to my vehicle in my gear shifter and charged me 300 dolllars then told me my dealership has a recall on the part

I had car trouble on my way to work, and pulled into their garage hoping they could help. They took care of my car right then and there, and I was able to make it to work on time. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the price was fair. I would take my car here again even though it is quite a drive from my home, and I would definitely recommend to anyone.
