Gates is absolutely the best. Amazing honest people with amazing coverages and options they offer. No other company will do it like gates. On top of that. I left a large amount of money in my trade in car that I forgot I had and they were honest enough to hold onto it for me so I could get it back. The best service ever.

Trent was outstanding! We had a very specific list of criteria for our next vehicle and he did an awesome job with our search. He was patient, friendly, and wanted us to be completely satisfied. He had our best interest in mind and there was no pressure. Brian and Andrew were great through the closing process. My husband and I highly recommend shopping you next vehicle here.

On checking my vehicle in for service, Lexi gave me a accurate estimate of the cost and time it would take to complete the service. She checked me in quickly. The customer waiting room at the dealership was clean and a nice comfortable atmosphere to wait as your service was being done. My service was done quickly, the cost very reasonable and Lexi's attitude and professionalism made my check out process pleasant.

She answered all my questions about future vehicle service, and I was very satisfied with my overall experience at this dealership. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone.

I would recommend Gates Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle at a good price and a great experience! They want to earn your business the old fashioned way. My sales person Jeff went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted and did. Very polite and absolutely no pressure. The dealership itself was professional with the sales people dressing like business people AND without the loud music like other dealers.

The paperwork was explained nicely and the finance manage took the time to make sure I understood the numbers. I drove off the dealership very happy.and would send my friends and family there. One very happy customer. AAA*+++

Great experience. They offered me more for my trade than anyone else. I came in with my wife and 3 kids. They made everyone feel comfortable. Got extra chairs for us while we waited. I worked with Jeff Miller who did a great job for us. They did more for us then we even asked for. My uncle and multiple people from my work have used them and feel the same way. The process was pretty quick and they didn't waste time trying to get me to buy stuff I didn't want. Great place and again great communication and service from Jeff.

Very courteous service at Gates oil change service. The attendant reminded me that I had a coupon from my last visit to use for today's service. I was so impressed. I love saving money. I didn't remember the coupon. As always the waiting room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary coffee was back.

At first I was going to say that the labor price for what I had done was a little much. They only had my vehicle for about two hours and did a few things that literally anyone with almost zero car experience could do. But the shuttle service was complementary and the people were really nice, and it saved me a lot of hassle having to get rides to and from the dealership. So I'll give it 5* only because Keith, my shuttle driver, was incredibly nice and a sweet old man who made it worth it. Steven in service was nice too.

The person that took my information was very abrasive. I had a coupon for $8.00 off that I was told to make sure I brought back. He said: Yeah we don't honor that. It expired. When I was given the coupon I was not informed it expired, nor was it documented on the the previous oil change of an expiration date. I don't care about $8.00 and neither should he.

It was not worth sacrificing the quality of customer service. Perhaps it was the way that he communicated it to me but I almost just got in my car and left for an different provider check out was better.

Fast service for an oil change and friendly knowledgeable staff. The waiting area is nice if you do have to wait a while. I have had other work done there which took quite a bit of organization with my warranty but they took the proper steps and I was very pleased with how they handled everything!

Gates Toyota is the only shop in St Joseph County that has always treated me right. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lexi at the service desk was absolutely polite and pleasant through the entire experience and my truck was finished much sooner than expected! Would give six stars if possible :
