Am a VIP member since I purchased my car in 2019, but I've always paid out of pocket - mixture of forgetting and thinking it would pull up in their system (their systems don't talk to each other). Fast forward to yesterday, had a few things going on: oil change, two filters, low battery and two tires that had a slow leak and a nail. Total bill almost $1000, but remembered my VIP card and through talking it out and understanding why they didn't know about my membership, I not only knocked almost half of my bill, but they'll honor two free oil changes that I paid for last year and the year before.
Also received free wiper blades and car wash that were about to expire. Part of this was my error for not speaking up sooner, but it got worked out and I greatly appreciate their customer service, attention to detail and patience. Because of my experience, it may be that going forward customers are asked if they have a VIP status so other customers can benefit from services they signed up for when they purchased the membership.

Ray was our salesman and he was Awesome! Pushy salesman are a BIG turn off for me. Buying a new car is stressful enough without feeling like it's the end of the world if you don't make a decision that minute. Ray was very nice and really took the time to explain the different features of the different models without being pushy. I will definitely tell my friends to shop here for their next new car!

It was absolutely a delightful experience purchasing a car with Walsh Honda. All the staff were friendly and efficient in placing the order, communicating and transparent during the whole process. They had fair prices during this inflation unlike other dealers taking advantage of during these uncertain times. They're not trying to sell you something and I felt the honesty of the staff to give their best possible customer experience. Customer service and communication is excellent. I'd definitely would recommend Walsh Honda.

The team at Walsh Honda is exemplary. Handling the details of the pandemic and our complete lack of chips in the world has been a big mess. But Paul Walsh came through for us. Our salesman Rodney was amazingly knowledgeable about automobiles. He was helpful and patient and tried to put us in the vehicle that we needed to have. My fresh brand new Honda pilot is an amazing vehicle and I love it.

I started my experience with Paul Walsh and Tony Tennyson way back at Paul Walsh Nissan. When Nissan swapped names, I knew I had to get back to Paul Walsh. This is my third vehicle under the Paul Walsh name, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Tony is top knotch and knows exactly what I will want. This process was seamless thanks to him! Our family has been getting our cars serviced here for 13 years now. My current vehicle was purchased at this dealership and my experience with their sales and service teams has been phenomenal. They've earned my trust over the years and it's the only place I'll bring in my car for servicing. I recently visited for a service and was thrilled to see they've implemented safety measures to keep their team and customers safe during the pandemic. It's reassuring to see everyone (even mechanics!) wearing masks and to see seating inside and outside of the dealership if people need to wait for their vehicles. Shout out to Ricky, Hunter, Shawn, and the gentleman checking in cars (so sorry I didn't catch his name) in the service department! You guys rock!

William and Shawn in the service department did an outstanding job assisting us with our 2008 Accord repair. It was a very difficult situation that required William to make a bunch of calls to other Honda/Acura stores and Honda's tech line. Over the course of several days he communicated with us regularly and was straight forward and honest regarding the status of the repair.
He took ownership and was our point of contact throughout the process. Outstanding job by William, Shawn and all the mechanics "behind the scenes" who revived my Accord. Very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Walsh Honda's service team to everyone!

We were working with Kevin, the manager at Walsh Honda, to assist a relative living in Macon with a purchase of a Honda Accord. Kevin and his staff gave first class treatment all the way with great knowledge about the vehicles and his team's customer service skills were top notch! I got my car's oil changed here when I first moved to Macon. I had called the day before and the lady who answered said I could try coming in as a walk-in. When I drove up to the service lanes a woman smiled and told me they'd take care of me right away. Talk about great service! Some of the service men seemed a little "annoyed" that I did not have an appointment but then I informed them the woman told me I would be helped and there were no problems.
The gentleman who helped me set up my account, I can't remember his name at the moment, was very nice! He chatted with my fiance and I discussing Florida (where we both were from) and made us feel right at home. The waiting area is nice and the coffee machine is a nice choice! The gentleman checked on us and informed us that our vehicle was ready - quick service!
He gave us his card and told us not to hesitate to give him a call for anything. For my initial service survey I did include his name so he can get the recognition he deserves. I will definitely be making this my Honda location for all my needs!

There's a lot that can be said about a car dealerships. More times than not, the anxiety of buying a vehicle and feeling the pressure of the salesperson makes for an unpleasant experience. This is NOT THE CASE with WALSH HONDA and JENNIFER MILLER. Jennifer is a reliable, down to earth person who takes the stress out of buying a car. She makes the dealership feel as if they are all patient and understanding of your needs.
She will go above and beyond to try to accommodate your financial needs. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I recommend swinging by Walsh Honda and ask to speak to Jennifer Miller.

Went into Walsh Honda with pre-approved financing ~ Their Sales Manager refused it! ~ Then offered higher financing! = Lawsuit Fodder. Stated clearly I do not pay, "$699.00 Documentation Fee" or "$79.00 Filing Fee". This is all dealers "demand" for zero earned, free money dealers attempt to put over on customers, in varying amounts, that has zero to do with the value of the vehicle or the mere filling in blanks on paper or e-mail forms There is no reason whatsoever for any "documentation or filing fee": A 0.52 Cent stamp or fill in the blank e-mail form, for title and tag. Refuse to pay these fees with Honda and all car sellers everywhere. I look forward or not to Honda's response wording: Stay away from Walsh Honda.

I am a disabled veteran due to a back injury. It was Veterans Day and I was told there would be great deals on this day for veterans. When I arrived I was told that if I bought a car that day and financed it with Honda Finance I would get $500 check or $500 Off the price of the car. I listed the male model and year of car I wanted. I made my list of accessory items I wanted on the car. Gave the list to the salesman.
It should have been in and out. Was kept at the dealership for over five hours while they kept changing the configurations of accessories to the car. I finally told the salesman he had 10 minutes then I was leaving. I was in pain and ready to go home. I gave him 20 minutes. I went to my car and backed out then the salesman came running out along with the manager and promised to have me out in 10 minutes.
I was so damn tired I did not notice that they removed more accessories on the car but did not reduce the price. Now I will have to buy them on my own. I generally got the car I wanted but they messed me over on the accessories. I should have kept driving when I got in the car. I had my dream wish list and did not get it. I financed with Honda Finance and did not get any money off or a check.
These are words of Buyer Beware of their deceit and games. They are not there for you, they do not care about you. I discussed issues with dealership. We could not resolve issues. They offered to install options if I paid almost full price for all work. Stay away. They say at cost, but it was with labor markup. $15 Off $530.00. Not a deal. Stay away.

WOW! Is all I can say about this place. Jennifer Miller makes car buying fun again. From the moment I came into building she put ALL of my nerves to rest and handled everything efficiently and professionally. I even got lunch! If you want someone who makes you feel like family and is completely transparent in the process Jennifer is your girl. Thank you so much for all of your help and patience with me! When I went to the dealer in Warner-Robins, I was treated like an idiot and they tried to blindside me with fees and taxes. They saw military and new to area and felt they could rush things. Huge mistake. I took my business to Walsh and got the service and deal I expected. They clarified my tax exemption, gave me 4k more on my trade-in and gave me the advertised deal from Honda. I have since referred 3 people to Walsh to buy cars.

Never bought a car here, but my family has taken their total of 4 Hondas over the last 2 decades to get serviced at Walsh Honda. The staff is professional and kind. They'll give you an honest estimate of how much it'll cost, and rarely will try to sell you on an additional service. My most recent trip, I had to ask THEM if I needed to add anything else and they said not to worry until the next tune up.
Of course I would recommend calling ahead to make an appointment. I've rarely had to wait more than a few hours to get a basic service done. They do have a courtesy shuttle if you need to get back somewhere. The prices are good too. My 0W-20 oil change is right at $30! I've had some crappy little oil change place charge me $75 before, for the very same service! This is why I keep coming back to Macon even though I live in Atlanta now. I know that I'll get good service, and that I won't get ripped off.
