I was traveling from Atlanta and needed an oil change. At first I had a hard time getting an appointment but the manager called me back and said my appointment time for the following day. When I got there he noticed some other things wrong and stated he would not feel comfortable with me leaving with them not fix. I felt so secure and well taking care of I definitely know where I will be coming when I travel again thank you!

These guys were amazing. I found a car on their website and sent them my info and they were quick to respond within 30 minutes to an hour. ready to set up a date to go look at the car. I eventually ended up getting the car I had looked for after they held it for me to go see, got to the shop and had zero trouble, test drive was great, the signing was easy and they made everything feel as easy as it could possibly go. while signing they got the car detailed and looking good. was impressed with how professional everyone there was and how everything was handled. definitely recommend going to these guys for new or used cars. you wont be disappointed.

They got it done pretty seamlessly. I live out of State and unless it's like Auto Nation or Carvana they usually don't want to finance you. This place did and without hesitation! Another plus is the communication, they weren't pushy at all, they answered every time i called even when he was off of work and didn't get mad or frustrated. Customer service goes along way in my book and that's something they believe in as well. I recommend this place Definitely.

Prompt and courteous service. I took my Audi A6 in, being that the nearest Audi dealership is nearly 100 miles away. Previously taken to an other service center and had issues. Now I feel comfortable knowing that there is a nearby service that can take care of my car. Thank you VW of Macon.
