Yesterday I purchased my 2nd car from Honda & 17 years ago I purchased my 1ST from this very same location and I receive both times great service! I was assisted by Jimmy via text constantly communicating until I arrived to the lot and Simon once I arrived. Simon was awesome he made my agony of purchasing a vehicle due to horrible previous interactions an ease he was consistent he was knowledgeable he was courteous he was transparent and a great conversationalist and anything he did not know the answer too he found out!
He didn't try to hustle me, insult my intelligence or hide things. I'd been searching since April and was left with many bad taste in my mouth until coming to Honda. He is a wonderful asset to have at this location! And I love my van which we named " Big BLESSING"! Thank you again Simon & Honda staff who also helped me see you soon for a 3rd Van!

I had a great experience with servicing of my Honda at Ed Morse Honda. I got my car washed while having service done which was great. The only thing I would like to see improved is more staffing available for the Saturday apointments. My service rep, Abraham was very helpful and informative. Again, great experience. Thanks so much!

I just did a lease buyout with them. Explored all options from trade in to buying lease. I have never had such a painless experience in a dealership. I woke up today still impressed with their transparency and just good will. It was just impressive how easy and helpful everything was. Please ask for Hector Morales when going in. Chris Prager, Sales Manager, sent me an email regarding my lease on my Honda. He was letting me know that my lease is up in 6 months and that I could come in a choose my new Honda or extend my lease. My lease isnt actually up for another 9 months. I emailed twice, called several times. He has not returned any of my emails or calls. Do these car salespeople just send out mass emails and dont bother answering them unless you say you want to buy a new car.
Previous to these emails, a salesgirl was calling me WEEKLY asking me to trade in my lease early. I imagine its because of the used car shortage. I decided after this "Sales Manager" can't be bothered to return calls or emails (which he initiated), that I will trade my lease in TO NISSAN. They said they will pay off the remainder of my lease, the buyout and get me into a new vehicle.
I was going to just extend my lease, or buyout my car but I cant get a call back. I will not deal with Ed Morse again. And this is how a Sales Manager handles his long time customers. NO THANKS!

Bought my first car from here. I was promised my signed documents would be sent to me. After over 7 days of waiting, I called to request a copy of my signed documents only to be told I did not pay the down payment. I, the customer, needed to provide them proof I paid the down payment. I was promised the car would arrive in 2 calendar days, I waited 4 days with no follow-up from them.
Then as if that was not enough, my tag came in and I was charged an extra $29 before I could get the tag for my new car. I will stick with Mullinax Ford for my future purchase. Prices are reasonable, service is good, and no $999 dealer fee.

I had some maintenance done. They noticed my warning lights were all on. I said it's been like that for 7 months, everything works fine, so I don't care to spend money to figure out the problem. Later, they said they figured it out- my battery is bad (it was only 16 months old, but I trusted them). So, I buy a battery to end the problem.
After they're done, hands me keys and proudly says "warning lights are all off!" I leave, and 5 minutes later, all the warning lights are back on. I paid $175 for an unnecessary repair. If they don't know what's wrong, they shouldn't make stuff up, just to make a buck.

I purchased a vehicle here and paid extra for the extended warranty. I ended up selling the vehicle and have tried cancelling the extended warranty. I eventually got ahold of someone that sent me the paperwork. I filled everything out and sent it back. It has since been 5 months, and I have yet to receive anything further. I have been trying for weeks to email and call leaving multiple voicemails and never get a call back trying to get a status of the refund. Leaving this review in the hopes that someone reaches out to me, as I live across the state, so I can't just stop in to try and get help and all other means have been disregarded.

Do not buy any cars from them they are terrible with cars they put you in a car then call you the next week and then tell you to bring vehicle back because bank didn't approve it because they want to try to make the sale when you get there so they put you in something nice and get your hopes up and then the car they put you in be in horrible condition scratches dents and everthing and then they want you to put money down i would never purchase another vehicle through them ever again

Horrible customer service. I purchased a new car here 6 months ago and traded in my old car. 5 months later I get a letter in the mail that my license is going to be suspended and a lien on my name because my car is in towing and no one has got it out. Turns out the resold the car I traded in and allowed the new owner to just never transfer the title.
So I call them to try and resolve the issue. That was last week. I have been given the runaround like you can't even imagine. Even after explaining the severity of the issue, (an issue caused by mistakes made on their end) it has taken me hours on the phone, multiple emails ignored, having to call nearly 40 separate times to get a hold of people because no one ever seems to be there, etc etc.
I have been constantly transferred to voicemails only to leave a voicemail and not get a return call. There's really not anything good I can say about my experience with them. They have given me the runaround so badly during a time where I really needed them to correct their mistake and get this figured out. Absolutely abissmal costumer service.

I have a 10 o'clock appointment and as I check in I am told it will be a two hour wait for an oil change. I say, "I have an appointment, I'm Not a walk in". He says "yeah, we are just busy".what! Totally unacceptable, what's the point of an appointment? I drive from too far away to get any kind of ride so I have to wait and of course I bought the maintenance plan so they have me stuck coming here! I lease and get new cars every 2-3 years. I can tell you that next time I will apply the money I spent on the maintenance plan to another place of business for maintenance.

Showed up for 7 am appt that was made & days prior online to get lol change. At 7:15 am rep comes up to me after I wait since arriving at 6:55 am. I tell him I'm waiting as that's what I selected when making appt online. He tells me oil changes usually take 1 1/2 hours. I suggest you go elsewhere unless you have time to waste. This is an inefficient service center with no management of appts.

Also Claudia as a receptionist failed to deliver a message to Guy and Dave M. You guys beat around the bush too much and never give a straightforward answer. I don't have time for this.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Impossible to get people on the phone, if you call they transfer you to another department or a manager that won't answer the phone. On my 5th call I begged the girl not to transfer me to the service department or manager again because no one is answering she had to put me on hold to physically walk over to see why no one was answering.
They finally called me my complimentary Lyft ride So I went to pick up my car, finally got a person to help me after standing around and walking around the place. Another lady showed up and the guy helping me said can I please help her first? He didn't wait for my reply as he walked away to help the lady that arrived 10 minutes after me. Another person came to assist me and I was so happy but as he presented me with the bill I noticed $300 extra dollars than what I was told I would be charged. Turns out they wanted to charge me for extra things and didn't think I'd notice.
After debating with the guy he finally got the tech who worked on my car on the phone and found that there in fact was a BIG issue with my bill. Being a young girl with little car experience they tried their best to take advantage of me. Only reason I went to this store in the first place was because I needed a Honda part. Don't come for service you will regret it.

I would definitely recommend anyone in search of a new or used car, my wife and I walked in a bit late to shop for a new car and we're very satisfied with their customers service, the salesman he name is Eric Beach walked us through the process without any hassle. We were there until 11 PM because there were only one finance guy was working but that's okay we understood. Anyway we are very happy that we decided to pay a visit to Ed Morse Honda.

I left a review in 2015 that describes these people as thieves. The reply from Ed Morse was to call Mike Scaglion the GM. I did. He sat for 15 minutes talking about a car he owned. Very self serving individual. He did not hear a word I had to say. Useless. Go to Coggin Honda in Fort Pierce. These people are good.

In October Third times was a charm. Well this is truly the best atmosphere if you are in search-of purchasing and or leasing new vehicle. Bert is hands down one of the most friendliest salespersons I know. This entire process was quick and hassle free. The staff made a point of being available even if you look like asking a question. We love our Honda. We did shop around to get the best deal. I did homework of getting all the details about the vehicle we wanted to buy. Requested quotes via online vehicle shopping sites. This place was very honest, friendly and direct. There was no bait and switch tactics. Make sure you know all about the vehicle and you know how you get the funds. Do not let finance department make deal with you to pay! Anyways, Leni, our salesman, was very direct and friendly. He did not waste my time.

We had an amazing experience at Ed Morse Honda on Blue Heron. I did a ton of research online before ultimately deciding that I wanted a Honda CR-V or Subaru Forester. When it came time to check out the exact vehicles I was interested in, Janell was incredibly helpful in showing me the different models and explaining the differences between them. We did our due diligence, comparing prices with other dealers in the area.but Ed Morse came out on top with the most aggressive quote (and price match policy) and ultimately won our purchase.
