I have never had a more professional, stress free experience with service at a dealership as I had recently at Schumacher Volvo. My service advisor Devon was exceptional. I received daily status updates and was given the use of a loaner vehicle while my car was in service for 3 weeks. Outstanding service!

I traveled from Orlando to buy my new XC60 Recharge. Steven and the rest of the team had the car I wanted and made it ready in advance to my arrival. They streamlined the process to make the purchase experience easy and efficient.

My experience with the Service Department of the Volvo of the Palm Beaches has been nothing short of exceptional, but it worth noting and giving credit for my experience to Erick. Erick defines professionalism, attentive customer service, transparency along every step in the repair process and something that you don't see often anymore, reliability.

If Erick says he will call, trust me, he will call. Erick is a rare gem and I am so appreciate for the manner and care he exhibited during my visits to the service department.

I drove in without an appointment because I noticed a nail in one of my tires. They took me with no problem, but since I had no appointment, it took a bit longer than normal. We understood and accepted that. But it would have been better if they had a vending machine. We took advantage of the coffee and water, but a snack would have been great. Thanks to Devin for squeezing us in.

Super impressed with my experience. My salesperson Steven was amazing. I told him over the phone exactly what I wanted, we talked numbers and he was waiting for me 30 minutes later with the car I wanted parked out front when I arrived. I can't say enough about Steven Henrique, who went above and beyond to ensure a 5 star experience. From his quick response to my email inquiring about a CPO vehicle I found online, to his transparency through the process; he made the experience easy and comfortable. He didn't have the typical 'salesperson' personality, he was honest and forthcoming with all that was involved.

It was apparent from our initial conversation that he cared about customers having a positive experience, and truly enjoys helping others. I would recommend Steven and this dealership to anyone looking for a Volvo!

I was here a couple weeks ago to get a key made for my '04 V70R and service advisor Chris went above and beyond making sure that I was taken care of. The process for getting a key programmed is normally a painful process that I was dreading but Chris made it so easy, and made sure that the work was done with my interest in mind. Usually not a fan of dealerships but this experience may have changed my mind for the outstanding service that was provided to me and I wouldn't hesitate on where to go to bring my 'R' anywhere else.
