We had the 12 month/10,000 mile service done on our 2021 Highlander, which consists of an oil change, tire rotation and some inspections. This service was included in the purchase price of the Highlander. In addition, we had the state safety/emissions inspections done. The Palmiero employees we interacted with were very professional and all the work was completed in 60 minutes.
As far as we can tell, everything was done well. The only reason we did not give 5 * is the price for safety/emissions inspection was $67 (plus tax), which in our world seems on the high side. I think Erie County emission inspection only involves testing the gas cap with a visual to ensure the emission controls were not bypassed; for that, the charge was $34. The main thing though is they did the work well and in a reasonable amount of time.

Bought a truck from them I'm December drove fine on the way home as soon as I go to start the truck the next morning starter is already slipping and idled rough then in the summer time when I used the ac it screeches tried to talk to the dealer to get the issues fixed they said they would call me back tried to reach out mutiple times no answer and never called me back love the truck and nice people but horrible customer service

I have always been treated like a valuable customer. I bought my truck, and have had is serviced for many years. I have recommended many to do the same, and they have. I had my rear breaks service last fall, then herd them rubbing this spring. I had them serviced ( $80 to put grease on one last week, they are currently rubbing just like before?) they are still doing the same.
I guess I'll have to call back, see if I can get in? This is not Palmieros fault just frustrating and expensive. Pa winters are hard on everything. So. Shop/ buy with confidence Service is tricky everywhere -kalobe miller

I called just inquiring on a truck I seen in the lot Just for pricing. It was the demo that they use, not for sale. The salesman after asking what I'm looking for proceeds to tell me that they have one on the lot. Spiking my interest I said email me info and figures. Found that it's the truck I wanted even before I had my old one. Needless to say 85% if the paper work was done over phone and txt, the rest was done there. In out fast and no BS, just how you want it. Everyone friendly and willing to help.

After coming up from Erie twice, having been told I could order truck. Ordered what I wanted, put 1000 down, only to get phone call on return trip home, that I could only order truck with certain option packages. So now my good deal turned out terrible. Peach street store in Erie also gives higher trade ins. 1500.00.

Once again, Palmiero provided excellent repair service and gave me a free loaner for two extra days when inspection revealed a few additional repairs and maintenance items that I knew needed to be done. I was telephoned with pricing and updates by Kim, the service associate, and there is never any pressure to have the service done that they recommend. Completely satisfied customer!

Had my 2006 Toyota Sequoia serviced and inspected 8/18/17, at that time the dashboard lights for ABS, VSC, BRAKE were lit. Technician checked codes, bled brakes, checked sensors and charged $180.45 for a quote for SKID CONTROL ECU at $966.72. Took car home, tapped on ABS computer, jiggled brake master cylinder float, disconnected battery for 1 hour.
Warning lights went out and have stayed out for over 3 months with many starts and stops. Discussed some refund for misdiagnosis, but was told they were sorry I was upset, but no help. Will avoid doing business with this company in the future.

I'd like to give a special thank you to Lance Hollabaugh for standing outside in the freezing cold with me to talk about cars, and for selling me my first Lexus. Furthermore, Lance has gone above and beyond to find recommended autobody shops to have my Lexus fixed after an accident. Everyone at Palmiero is very friendly and helpful.

Jim Britton at Palmiero did a great job helping me get my new Rav4. He was responsive and communicated well. He didn't bug me but did get all the info I needed and they were very fair with numbers. I am not fond of car shopping but Jim made it easy. I highly recommend him and Palmiero. Worth the drive from Erie
