Was looking for a new truck for my son. From the first time I stepped in the dealership. I was greeted promptly and all the staff were polite and friendly. My salesman was George. I found a 2015 Dodge 1500 Big Horn. I looked at several at several vehicles and he was very knowledgeable of each. George and the Financial manger Joe made the whole process seamless and was able to get everything done in one day and we picked up the truck yesterday. We have visited several dealerships in the area in the looking for a new truck and none came close to the way we were treated at Romeo Chevrolet Buick GMC!

Bought a truck here online and had it shipped 1100 miles with the help of the salesman Troy Chadwell. I probably gave him a hard time but he was all business and a professional and took care of everything from start to finish! Great dealership!

In a time of inflation, short staff, and a punch in/ punch out mentality, Romeo makes it seem like that all stops at the door. Everyone is working with a smile. It's clear that customer service - in addition to vehicle service- is natural here. Staff are everywhere and eager to help clients in any way. Clients get a warm reception (especially from Scott), excellent parts help (Michael) and caring service advice (Miguel) in a clean and very well appointed waiting area. One could easily have whatever they need while waiting for service. I'll be recommending Romeo to everyone. 5*+!

I started out not expecting to trade my car in on a new truck because I was currently at the end of the second year of a three year lease. The way the market for used cars has been since covid I figured I'd give it a try. I met Chris T at the dealership and was impressed with how efficient, knowledgeable, methodical and patient he was with me. He made the car buying experience quick and easy with the help of his managers and the financial team, they were able to get me out of my lease and into a brand new 2022 Sierra. We stopped in yesterday to look at a newer vehicle option for our family and were completely blown away by how flawless and smooth our experience was. We not only found the truck we loved but was able to drive it home THE SAME DAY. Our sales associate Ashley was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she down to earth and helpful, she wasn't aggressive or pushy.

She was thorough and quick to get us answers, she listened to our needs and respected our budget. Not once in the experience did we feel pressured or question if we were pushed into anything. She understood our wants and needs and catered to us handling it with our 1 year old and 6 week old. I cant say enough great things about her. Also, I would like to mention Steve, the sales manager and how absolutely comfortable he made the financial aspect of it.

Not only was he kind and patient, but he just gave such a warm impression that you almost feel as if you're buying a car from a close friend; with your best intentions at heart. We couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.

Great experience last week at Romeo Chevrolet. I was helped by Kincaid Smith who was very patient with me while I test drove a few different variations of new trucks. Unfortunately due to the current truck market, the truck I ended up falling in love with was sold to another customer just hours before I arrived. It was thanks to Kincaid and Romeo Chevy that I was able to narrow down my search to a specific color/trim/spec and I was able to find one a few days later at another GMC dealer in another state. I wish I could have purchased from Romeo, but I am thankful they helped me find the one I wanted.

I recently visited Romeo Chevrolet in Kingston NY. And it was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. The sales associate Troy Chadwell was very helpful, answered all my questions. Let me take the car for a long test drive. And no pressure sales. I also dealt with Pat Duke who explained all options and technology in the car. He was very knowledgeable. And Jon Carpino the finance manager spent a lot time explaining extended warranties that they offer. Over all these three guys did a great job.

My wife and I worked with Tyler Hallenbeck, Jonah, and Stephen Vitiello and had an amazing experience. The entire staff was kind, friendly, and courteous. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly and we were given plenty of time and space to make decisions privately. I really appreciate how the entire staff was the opposite of pushy. Trying to find a used car in today's market is a very trying task. It appears you cannot trust any of the dealerships you go into they all have hidden fees. We were at the point of giving up on finding my daughter a car but then I decided to reach out to Ashley at Romeo Chevy. They had the exact Jeep we were looking for and in the color we wanted.

When asked about their fees Ashley said all they have is a $75 fee. So we decided to make the 2.5 hour drive to see what they had. Test drove the Jeep and a Ford Escape loved them both and my daughter picked the Compass. Sat with the business manager finalized the deal again no hidden fees. Since we were financing through our own bank we were going to have to come back to pick up the car. Ashley volunteered to deliver the car to us.

She took that 2.5 hour drive and Romeo Chevy sent an additional car to ensure she had a ride back. Talk about going above and beyond. Will give them all my business going forward. Ashley and Romeo Chevrolet are amazing.

Due to COVID-19 and low inventory, I found the truck I was searching for at Romeo online. Their staff was very responsive and helpful. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle from them, they made the process very easy and smooth over the phone and email. I am from out of state, so there was some small confusion at the dealership regarding out of state purchases, but the staff at Romeo made it well worth the extra time and I would highly recommend this Dealership to someone in the future.

There aren't words for how incredible the staff at Romeo was! Ashely and her finance team didn't give up on getting us in the perfect truck for our family. Well I had quite a day today and Romeo Chevy and Stuart were amazing. First my tire pressure went way down and I went to get air in it but got stuck at Quick Check as my key broke. Walked to Romeo and Stuart knew who I was and he was pleasant and very helpful. He arranged for a key to be ordered, drove me to Quick check, put air in my tire, I had a razor blade stuck in it, and started my car using needle nose pliers and hugged me and wished me a Merry Christmas all the while with a smile on his face. A number one employee for sure! Thank you

If you are not 100% knowledgeable about cars DO NOT go to Romeo. They Will take advantage of you. They have taken advantage of my mother who is 82 years old, in multiple occasions. They are horrible! They have No Conscious.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I felt that the salesperson needed to slow down a bit, she was awesome and clearly knew what she was doing, but I felt as though someone was rushing her or as if she was acting as though someone was watching over her like a hawk and she was nervous.

Waste of time! Went here to look at a used car. Test drove it and liked it a lot, so the salesman and I went inside to crunch numbers and see if we can make a deal. Going into this I was aware my credit score sucks and my trade-in was worth way less than what I owe on it. However, the salesman was well aware of this, as I told him all of this, and he asked me if I could afford a certain payment amount.

I said yes, he went to ask a finance guy, and returned. He said "We have a deal",a nd we shook on it. After filling out a mountain of paperwork, and waiting several hours for an answer, I was led into another office where a sour-pussed manager told me "I can't do anything for you".After being jerked around for literally hours, I left fuming in my old car. There is lots of car dealers to choose from. Choose elsewhere, unless you like being treated like crap

Very happy we purchased our 9th vehicle last week from this dealership. Matt Lopez always goes above and beyond in making sure his customers are getting exactly what they want. General Manager joe also went above and beyond any dealership in the area on giving us a very fair amount on your vehicle trade.

Llelwyn Boswell was a great salesman to deal with. Him and sales manager Mike worked up a great deal. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that's in the market for a new vehicle.

My review is late in coming because even though my horrible experience was several years ago I just saw yet another TV ad for the place and had a rush of post traumatic stress. I co-signed on a loan for a used car for my son, who did the legwork, and found they shopped the loan to EVERY lender they deal with- Notwithstanding my excellent credit they put me through an unnecessary hell.

All those inquiries are bad news for you the consumer. The credit manager at the time flat out lied saying he had not shopped the loan. Always go in with a pre-approval from your bank. And expect to be ignored once the deal is done. It happened immediately with us, as our afternoon appointment to pick up the car stretched to 7 pm with no apology. My letter of complaint to the owner fell on deaf ears. Could things have changed since then? I doubt it.

Second purchase from this dealership. I drove from NJ to the Romeo GMC for my first purchase. I was referred to Romeo GMC by a friend who raved about their great buying experience. I was so impressed with the buying experience that I purchased my second vehicle from them today and am having it shipped to Florida, where I spend the winter months. This business is a class operation. Again, Joe Romeo, Matt Lopez and Steve Vitiello went above and beyond my expectations to assure my buying experience was hassle free. I highly recommend this business.

This is my second truck I bought here at Romeo. Scott Daniele was a great salesperson, no pressure, knowledgeable and extremely helpful - even helped transfer all my stuff from the old truck to the new. The new canyon is exceptional - gets even better mpg than listed.

I was interested in a used BMW. The salesman was very nice. I met with the used car sales manager to discuss the price. He said he was giving me his "lowest price". I went home to think about it. The following day, I found the vehicle online for less than he offered it for. I visited again the following week to discuss the price of the vehicle. The used car sales manager gave me his second" lowest price." I arranged to bring the vehicle to my mechanic the following week.

I kept in contact with the salesman through the week and verified the appointment on Sunday night. I arrived on-time to pick up the vehicle on Monday morning to bring to my mechanic. I made a $500 deposit and signed the necessary paperwork. The vehicle was in front of the dealership, warmed up and ready to go. The used car sales manager needed to sign off on the paperwork.

He came over to the two of us and remarked that the vehicle had been sold several days ago! He made no apology but asked if he could find me another vehicle?! Clearly client satisfaction is lower on his list then making a sale. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication! This vehicle had been on the lot for a few months with no interest (per the salesman). The "lowest price" line was extremely implausible. I don't think I will return to this dealership.

I purchased a cert-pre owned 2011 GMC Acadia Denali from these guys and must say- what a stand up crew! Im not new to the vehicle market and am well aware of the complications it presents and how it is important for the buyer to have their ducks in a row; so I went in with my guard up. That was until Tim Dabrowski began walking me through this sale.

Him and his staff were determined to please the customer and we're quick to address any issues and provide customer friendly solutions to whatever problems and complications that were identified. Even in the following weeks after my purchase (being a NY resident, who currently is stationed active duty Air Force in NC) Tim was prompt to stay in touch and answer any questions in regards to my new vehicle.

It wasn't your typical sale, one that left me, the customer, insecure once the deal was made. Romeo Chevy was interested in my satisfaction until the very end. I was very impressed and would recommend.
