Tim himself was a good guy, but I can't get over the fact how terrible this vehicle is. I bought a 2012 Chevy Equinox as is. About 2 months of owning it the engine blows, because there was a oil leak. 3,000 to replace my engine. I only had a 30 warranty so unfortunately there's nothing I could do. Over & over I keep replacing things wrong with this vehicle & it's tiring. I hope everyone else has a better experience & a reliable vehicle.

Worst service center experience ever. Went in for a timing belt change and they forgot about some of the cover screws - ended up chewing up the timing belt. Were out of state when it finally failed - took it to another Chysler dealer that told us what happened. Whiteside said it wasn't them! Did nothing for us! Never going here again.
