UPDATE: sorry but they just lost all stars and respect. On day 3 of having the car the Transmission needs service light came on. They were quick to put it on the computer but then refused to work on it when only a change of transmission fluid was needed. Very disappointed. EDIT after JS reply: do you mean contact your service people who refused to work on the car when I first told you about the transmission light? As I told Gayla yesterday, now the brake failure light is on as well as the transmission service light. Oh, and the AC that you "recharged?" It doesn't work now either.

Walked in looking to trade in my chevy malibu for something a little bigger for my family and left with a beautiful Chevy equinox. Has run and drove amazing. I am completely in love with my new vehicle. Gayla was awesome and took great care of us. Jerry was amazing as well in his help with our situation and handled my son's (age 6) restlessness very well and rewarded him for his behavior. We were there quite a while but happy with the outcome! Definitely my go to place!

I was recently in the market for a play car for the track. Jack Schmitt have a Porsche Cayman S for sale that was everything that I was looking for at the best price available in the country. Working with Gayla Porritt was a delight. Very quick responses, always pleasant, always professional. Anytime I thought of a new question or concern, I had an answer usually within minutes if not the hour.
I did end up finding an entirely different vehicle that I could not pass up elsewhere. But my experience up to the point of putting a downpayment stayed with me. An all around positive and not at all pushy experience. I've dealt with dealships in the past who just constantly pressure you. I absolutely recommend Jack Schmitt if the buying process and customer service is important to you. Today I bought a car elsewhere because it was a good investment, but I wish I could have bough it here. I will certainly be back the next time I'm in the market.

They make buying a car easy! I found a car on Autotrader from them that I wanted. I called & was connected to Jim, one of the salesman, he immediately got me more pictures and details. I put down a down payment & scheduled a flight to STL. When I arrived they had the car ready to go. I did a test drive & signed the paperwork. The whole process took less than an hour! Jim was the best car salesman I've dealt with!
He's helpful, friendly, and not the least bit pushy. If I didn't like the car, they would have given the deposit back. He even reached out a few days later to see how it's going.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a jeep in June was promised that they would fix the tire light that was on and replace the floor mats that were ripped. They were unable to get the floor mats in due to the pandemic and therefore told me to purchase them and promised to reimburse me. Obviously it took a long time for the mats to come in when I ordered them as well and now they are refusing to repay the money. Also, the paint of the hood completely peeled off as if a cheap paint job had been performed and cost over $1000 to repair.
The tire light that was never fixed is another expense I am going to have to pay on my own and now the jeep has a leak in the oil line. Fairly certain I was some a lemon as it had not even been a year since I purchased the jeep. When made aware of all of the problems after multiple conversations I have had with them especially Gayla the sales representative since the beginning they told me they have no documentation of promising to reimburse me.
They have a new manager of the sales department who told me he would only pay me for the floor mats if I promised to do business with them again otherwise he had no motivation to pay me. He told me there is nothing documented promising these reimbursements and when I told him I have voicemails ensuring this he again refused. I would NOT ever do business or recommend this dealership to anyone. Very disappointed in their customer service due to the lack of honesty.

Drove to the mechanic here and my car was completely fine, just needed an oil change. I leave the dealership THREE HOURS later (an oil change takes a half hour, one hour tops.) and my car throws 4 codes and stalls all the way home. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. I mean as far as possible away from this business.
