The salespeople are very down to earth and easy to talk to. Friendly, patient, & professional, never pushy, they immediately put my wife and I at ease. We never felt pressured. The best car-shopping experience I have ever had. I don't often write online reviews, but feel compelled to share my story. I normally dread automobile purchases, and was astonished at how pleasant it was to work with K-M. At every step of the way, the staff were responsible and courteous, and at no point did I feel any of the high-pressure atmosphere I normally expect.
I had driven a few hours to look at a vehicle that seemed very under-priced. While I was there, the employees discovered that the low price I had seen online was the result of a data-entry error. I braced myself for a story about how the car was actually going to cost $2000 more (putting it in the low end of fair Blue Book prices), but they said since it was their mistake, they would honor the original price.
When I quoted the loan rates my bank had offered me, the K-M rep said that he wouldn't even waste my time looking at in-house financing, because he was sure they couldn't match those of my bank. This kind of integrity feels rare in automotive sales, and their honorable practices will make me a repeat customer when it's time to purchase another car.

Purchased a Tacoma here years ago. One of the best sales experiences I have ever had. None of the games that larger dealerships play. I was very specific with what I wanted; when they could not find it, they said they could upgrade the package and give me a discount from that. I may have paid a little more than some other places, but the experience of going there was well worth it.

K+M Toyota did a fantastic job working with me and Toyota to repaint and repair some odd rust spots that had formed on the trunk of my new car. Even though it wasn't technically under warranty, they were able to get Toyota to Goodwill the work, and get everything covered. Gary especially in the service department did a great job with getting the ball rolling on this.
All this despite the fact that I purchased my vehicle at a competitor. Because the Service Department at this dealership was completely honest and straightforward with me, I will be continuing to go here to get all my extended warranty service done on this vehicle for the remainder of the time I own this. Furthermore, I will more than likely be purchasing my next new vehicle from here.
Anyone can sell a car. But if you're looking for a completely honest and ethical service department to service your Toyota vehicle along with it, look no further than right here.
