Kudos to my Service advisor, Ms. Danielle Barnard, for the friendly and very professional customer service that i received today and yesterday. Yesterday, Ms. Barnard got me through all the paperwork in no time at all and got me home in a very decent timeframe considering how busy the Service department was. She also made the follow up and shuttle service arrangement to ensure that I get to drive my vehicle today without a hitch.
First time ever to use the dealership shuttle service, which turned out to be very pleasant experience. Thank you to Priority Toyota for having Ms. Barnard on their Service Team and to the two drivers Mr. Allen and Mr. Ronald as well.

I was looking for a 2022 4runner in metallic gray. Honestly, priority Toyota was not my first dealership I called. I called First team Toyota first since my wife and I bought our 2020 rav4 hybrid XSE there. They did not have the vehicle color that I wanted. So I gave Priority a chance (had a bad experience with them in 2020 when my wife and I were looking our RAV4s).
They had the 2022 Metallic gray trd off road premium that I wanted. The vehicle still had plastic inside and not even put in the system yet. Took it for a drive around the lot and when we got out another customer started looking at it as well. Went back inside to work out numbers with David Mendez and it was all she wrote. He was relatable and upfront. Made the interaction easy and unnerving.
The other guy was upset when he realized we closed the deal (wish I could of seen his face) but I am so glad that I didn't let my past experience ruin it for me. David Mendez, Mary Hames, and Zeke Bodrick made my experience a AWESOME one. I would like to thank ALL of them for keeping it friendly, straight forward, and honest.

Avoid Priority Toyota Chesapeake unless you enjoy lighting your money on fire. Their best offer on a cement woodland edition sienna sitting on the lot was 7k over msrp. They started at 9k over. Priority Toyota's price gouging is 3-4 times higher than surrounding dealers. First team Toyota charges a 2500 protection package. Checkered flag charges 2k. Hall Toyota has offered as low as 1k. Priority knows this and doesn't care.

Richie was amazing and helped me out immensely during my car search. The car market right now is tough but he made it possible to get me exactly what I wanted and respected how much I was willing contribute. Richie and Rob are by far the BEST, most caring, honest, fair and personable people I have ever encountered in the sales business! In January, in the midst of working in a hospital as a nurse, during COVID, and with 3 elementary school-aged kids, with lots of extra curricular activities, my current vehicle died. TWICE! My son had an appointment for an oil change which it turns out he didnt need. He will need an inspection next month but due to the time we couldn't drop it off. Of course other recommendations were made which will will consider when its inspected. So long story short no service was done. Our appointment was at 3pm, if there is no service done to a vehicle why did we wait for over an hour to get the keys so we could leave? That can't be normal practice.

Scam artist. Period. Lied to by internet people to get you in the dealership for vehicles that aren't actually available for sale. Oh, but we have other vehicles that aren't what you inquired about available. We drove over an hour for an appointment to purchase, only to be told what we wanted was sold while we were driving. Almost a week later, another Priority location did it a second time.
It turned out to be the same vehicle with the same VIN # they were advertising falsely. That's not a mistake. Vehicle purchases are crazy right now, but you also see what dealerships genuinely care about a customer.

My first impression of this dealership was extremely sour. I came in looking for a vehicle that was still in production and not on lots, yet other dealerships had coming in soon and was showing up in their inventory. The original salesman outright lied to me and told me that they other dealerships were lying, and that the inventory they claimed they had coming was actually Priority's stock (huh? how does that even make sense).
I phoned and spoke with a sales manager the next day to complain about my experience and express concern for the lies this man was spreading to potential customers. He assured me they would make the situation right and assist me however they could. He assigned a new salesman to me named Daniel, who was FABULOUS and kept me in the loop on upcoming vehicles. that is, until he didn't.
He told me when they were anticipating the truck to arrive with a potential car we'd been discussing for months. and then nothing. I'm not sure if I had been forgotten (can't imagine that, as we'd been in fairly regular contact), but as I'd been keeping an eye on their inventory online I kind of knew when he should be calling me to tell me to come on in and see a vehicle. and he never did. I ultimately purchased a vehicle from another dealership, even though this one would have been much more convenient for me.

We almost bought a car from here until we were used. While we were looking for a car on the lot another salesman walked up to our salesman and said "here test drive this one" and threw him the keys. It was a 2015 Toyota Corolla going for 15k. We test drove the car and loved it. We said okay let's do it and while we were walking into the dealership to do paperwork that salesman walked back up to our salesman and said "thanks for your help I just sold that car while you were on the test drive." Apparently there was a customer that was trying to negotiate numbers on that car so they decided to scare the customer into believing if he didn't buy that car for full price that we were going to buy it at full price.
So they used us to make the sale. I asked the Manager that smelled of alcohol "isn't normally protocol to give us a chance to decide if we wanted the car before it could be sold seeing how we were already on the test drive?" He said "yes, normally it is but it didn't happen that way." Then he tried pushing a car on use that we didn't want for the same price.
I told him we would not be conducting business with this store and he smiled and said "I don't care your just a customer, there's millions of you out there." We bought from Hall Nissan Virginia Beach an hour later. Got a better deal and a nicer car too.

I'm a little behind with this one. I had service done in Oct, but also had a door ding addressed. I had put a deep scratch in our 2012 4runner. The paint shop was able to repair it, matching the old paint perfectly. Thanks for another job well done. Of course the scheduled service was it's usual excellence too. Thanks Kenyan.

I brought my Tacoma into to have a recall performed and the service department tried to charge me for it, when I refused to pay for it the service manager then lied and said they were unable to complete the recall on my truck and listed excuse after excuse. I was told twice if I had a problem with it I could contact Toyota through their 1800 number. Connie was rude and unprofessional.
I tried to reach the dealership manager multiple times but the receptionist could not get anyone to take my phone call or return my call. I was able to leave a message with Adam Brown voice-mail, which w as never returned. I found the customer relations managers information and sent her 2 emails almost 3 weeks ago and have not received any response.
I will not purchase another vehicle from Priority and I would advise you to look somewhere else. You will regret doing business with these people, they do not value their customers and do not care how you are treated. They only pretend to to care on websites like this to try to improve their ratings.

Buying a car here is simple, spending money always is. I purchased a brand new 2021 Highlander, fully loaded, my first Toyota. Less than six months later I had some issues with the gas needle and the wireless charger. Setting up an appointment for that on the site was difficult. I decided to wait to have the first tire rotation to have it looked at.
They said it would be a while. I asked for a loaner considering my car's age and mileage. They told me 45 dollars for a car rental. 3.5 hours later and counting I'm still waiting. I guess I expected what I had with my Honda care and Honda service team- who were amazing in three states I had my vehicle seen. You live and learn. My next car will not be a Toyota.

Great experience with this dealer. Especially with our sales guy Joey Balsamo! He was awesome. He knew exactly what I was looking for, and when the Tacoma I was interested in came in inventory he called to let me know. If you are looking for great customer services, truthful sales people, and good experience I would recommend looking elsewhere. If you were to purchase a vehicle from here Please ensure it's only based on pricing, not on the services they offer! I truly wish I would have gotten all of the services they offer with the purchase of a new vehicle in writing.
Service has been lousy, maintenance/service staff acts as through everyone owes them something for taking a phone call, answering a question, etc. Please read the warranty on the vehicle with a keen eye and get everything your sales person tells you in writing ( They will claim that everything is in the service book, but it's definitely not. Also if you hear or see any ads about what comes with purchasing a new vehicle from priority, it's only to get you in the door.
They do not honor most items advertised ).If you make the mistake I did, which was purchase from Priority because of services offered with a new vehicle purchase you will be very very very disappointed. I truly believe Priory was a great place to purchase a vehicle in the past, unfortunately that day has come and gone.

I would like to commend Russell Pena and his team in the service department for an excellent job on my 2020 4Runner. We had paint issue and Russell made sure we were takin care of. He made sure we were satisfied with the work that was done to the car. Russell went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Worst service ever, no wonder why they have 2 stars review. First of all website schedule is 9am-6pm. I called and they said I can walk in at 8am. I was on line before the service department opened with 6 cars in front of me. I was there for oil change only. The person who checked me in said it will take couple of hours. From 8am-10pm I received no update and ask how many more hrs she said couple more hrs.
At 12 I asked again she said they haven't started my car. I told I will take my car and go back next time. It took them another 20 mins to go get my car. When I was in TX when this Covid 19 started, their service was still amazing less than 1hr done.

Update 2/9/21: After speaking numerous times with Amber Alcaraz and again to financial manager Zeke Bodrick. I have chosen to move forward with the extended warranty after all, advised due to being a new truck owner. Priority Toyota went above and beyond to rectify the external blemishes on the truck in order to make a new customer happy. I sincerely appreciate the resolution and the persistence in getting down to the root cause of the miscommunication. Kudos to you guys. Look forward to working with you in the future.

First of all it pains me to have to write this because I like priority Toyota but today I went in for my 10 o'clock appointment for a recall for my 2005 4runner which was suppose to take one hour. when I got there at 10 AM I turned over my key and waited. 2 1/2 hours later I was called to the desk and they said they needed a special part to order before they can start the recall so I waited 2 1/2 hours just for them to tell me they need to order the part.

While I appreciate the opportunity to share my frustration, the proof is in the pudding, so to speak. The employees MUST step up and do their part. I currently bought my car in Toyota Camry 2011 waited about an hour hour and a half picked it up said everything was done took it home check the oil 2 quarts low of premium 0W 20 7.99/quart tires were 38lb pressure suppose to be 50 brake fluid low/ power steering low. The technician signed it off as being completed nothing was done I could've burn up my engine if I didn't check very poor service however very nice to not recommend this company this is the second time this is happened to meIn an update of the previous review the service technician signed off on the completion of the car even though nothing was actually done

I hate to do this but this is the second time Priority Toyota has dropped the ball. I brought my vehicle in March for an inspection and tire repair. Two days later it was NOT DONE so I took my vehicle somewhere else and done inn30 minutes. Today was for an oil change and routine maintenance 4 hours later and still here. I did schedule this appointment a couple of weeks ago. My advice is find a better option and don't bother with the appt. They did charge me for the service and gave a refund after I posted my

Everytime I come here for maintenance I have an issue. I have found that I cannot trust the Technicians or some of the individuals at the service desk. I should not have to check anyone's work. I should not have to lift the hood and check to see if they have topped off my fluids! I have the name of the female I talked to for the appointment. She gave me an appointment time of 11:30am.
I arrived at 11:15. I was told I was a no show for 8:30am! They are completely incompetent here! I have other complaints as well but I want to keep this concise! The service advisor I had today was horrible! A complete liar! I sat for an extra 90 minutes because I wasn't called or texted! She claimed she called twice and left two voicemails so I looked at my phone and asked her when she called and from what number.
She then insisted that there was a bad connection! Absolute liar! My phone didn't have any incoming calls for hours! The technicians don't care about your vehicle either! You have to ask a million questions and look at your paperwork closely. Tomorrow I am calling the manager and I am also calling Toyota Corporate about this dealership! I want to take my Prius somewhere else. I'm not at all happy with Priority and I am now in negotiations with a salesperson at another Toyota dealership discussing a future purchase. It's very sad when employees are improperly managed. When workers don't care and lack integrity. I just don't trust them.

I have never had my car serviced at Priority Toyota, but my coworker Mariah recommended I bring it there since I don't like Checkered Flag as she bought her trucks from them and was getting her recall done there. The woman on the phone was very polite when I called to set it up. When I got there, I thought my appointment was for 8:30am, but it was for 8.
The first tech I spoke with was super nice about me being late since I didn't realize it and they took photos of my car and brought me inside where I was delivered to Bob. Bob was super nice in checking that I was only getting my recall done and let me know that they would call me when it was done. I was in and out in under 15 minutes with my ride waiting outside.
