I bought a 2010 Black Beauty: Mercedes Benz and I'm loving my car! Had a small issue with check Engine light first few days, but the OWNER: Mike Tobia was ABSOLUTELY REMARKABLE when helping to fix my issue, (which turned out to be small, something disconnected) they connected and corrected the issue and my "Black Beauty" is riding like a "Queen" should!
I also have to say my car had only 86,000 original miles and purchase and very very very clean! Thanks Mr. Tobia and Staff for quick relief and great sales of my 350E Mercedes Benz! I Highly RECOMMEND this Dealership and Mr. Tobia is a great guy who dealt with me patiently, and personally giving me his own private cell phone number until the business was handled! Had a wonderful shopping experience. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. Sal in particular was a big help in dealing with auto insurance and making sure the deal went through as smoothly as possible. Didn't expect to purchase a car today but I'm glad I stopped by. Had an amazing experience at Car Connection working with Phil! I had been searching and searching for a car for my daughter because her first car was totaled by a careless driver. The stress alone was enough but THANKFULLY I found Phil! He was pleasant, friendly in a genuine way. He didn't rush or pressure me at all. Randy the manager was awesome as well! *****BEWARE***** Before purchasing a vehicle from Car Connection, do your homework. Check the vehicle's history, thoroughly! After a wheel came off of the vehicle I purchased. I was informed by my insurance agent, that the van had been in a front end collision. After more research, I discovered the van had been in a flooded salvage yard in Florida, less than a year prior to my purchase. Also, I was promised an additional key fod and a $50.00 referral fee to the person that suggested them.
Of course neither happened. More recently, a family member took their car, still under warranty, in for repairs. 'Run Aroundidis' set in. The car was taken to a GM dealership for repairs. The dealership was told the car was for sale, not that it was a customer's vehicle.

My experience with car connection is always very very nice.the staff is very kind and make you feel welcome. I have been going to car connection for 15 years and the service has been the best. being a female you know they are going to treat you right. and do what they say.my late husband took me to car connection and he has been dead for almost 4 years but as far as car care ne left me in good hands

I'm a 66 year old kid. I've been looking for a perfect Porsche Cayman for weeks. I've seen and driven quite a few in those weeks. Long story short: I purchased the "Perfect" Cayman from Car Connection with no surprises and quick paperwork. I'd like to thank Sal, the best car salesman I've ever bought a car from (not kidding). Mr Randy is the sales manager.
He answered every question with honest detailed answers and this man knows his stuff. Honestly he pulled some strings to make this a great buying experience. Mr Michael, the owner of Car Connection walked by us (not knowing we were buying a car) and asked us if we needed anything. We ended up in a great conversation about Porsches. I got the idea his favorite car as well. These people are low pressure but willing to answer your every question. Enough of long story short; I definitely give the whole staff my "5 Star" rating. Thanks guy.

DON'T buy from Car Connection. My 21 year old daughter used her cash that she saved for years to buy a 2014 Nissan Sentra. I referred her because I bought a car from them over 10 years ago and had a great experience, boy was I wrong! She bought a LEMON! Just bought it in May 2021 and nothing but problems and now the transmission is blown. I called there and of course it not covered under warranty. Spoke to Mike(service manager) he did finally offer a low mileage transmission, so I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. We were not offered an extended warranty by Sal which we would have gotten.
