Best car buying experience around. I've purchased 2 cars from them and each time has been exceptional. I most recently worked with CJ on a special order vehicle and help me every step of the way. He went out of his way to keep me well informed of details and delivery expectations so there were no surprises. When it came to the paperwork, he made sure everything was ready when I walked in the door. I was in and out within an hour. I will never buy a Kia anywhere else!

I can't recommend this dealership enough. Anytime I know of a friend or family member looking for a new vehicle, I send them this way. The people there are great; sales doesn't pressure you to the point of feeling uncomfortable and the service department does an excellent job of troubleshooting and servicing my vehicle. I bought used, so Mike R. on that side has taken very good care of our maintenance needs. Phil in sales is awesome as is Connor, who took us on a test drive this past weekend. Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. They treat you like family and it works! Chad runs a great crew, they've got us and our kids as customers for life!

This was the best service I have ever had! Chris was my technician and was so kind and genuine. He went above and beyond average customer service. The waiting room was not ideal, but because of Chris this place gets 5 stars and all of my future business as long as he works there. He took his time to call my warranty company, tried to make sure my 3 year old and I didn't have to wait too long.
He even walked me to the car to make sure the next oil change due sticker was in place (which it was not). Awesome attention to detail and compassion for other people. Great energy and attitude. It is so rare in this world to interact with a human that treats you the way they would want to be treated. Thank you for everything Chris and you are appreciated!

After months of trying to find the vehicle we wanted within reasonable driving distance, we found it at Kia Mall of Georgia. After putting in an inventory check online, we were instantly connected to CJ who went above and beyond answering any questions we had and even sent a an exterior and interior video of the vehicle. We couldn't come to the dealership until the next morning, but CJ kept us updated about the vehicle's status that night and we were in touch first thing the next morning to let him know we were on the way so he could hold it for us.
Once at the dealership, we did a quick test drive, worked through the financial details, and were on our way! CJ wasn't pushy and was very personable and entertaining as we waited to complete the finance paperwork and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Once paperwork was completed, he helped us set up the Kia Access app and gave us an overview of the tech features and various aspects of the car and has even followed up since then to make sure we're happy with the vehicle or if we had any questions. We couldn't be happier with our new Telluride or our experience with CJ! Thank you Kia Mall of GA!

I had an amazing experience at Kia Mall of Georgia. I am always so stressed when I go car shopping but their team (Chad, Leo, Zorro and George) made me feel at ease and found me the perfect auto to meet my needs with a payment program in my budget. Went to this location to test drive a car I had been interested in. I was immediately greeted & welcomed on the lot. We had a wonderful salesman, Brent, who walked us through all the features of the model we were interested in and worked very hard to make sure we were taken care of throughout the entire process. Carol was incredible as well while walking us through the financial aspects.
The entire staff here is kind & attentive from the time you walk in until the time you drive off the lot, and even after that they'll check in to make sure you're still happy! A great experience.

Stay away from the service department. They have at least one completely incompetent worker checking you in - I won't say his name because I have sympathy for him being new and clueless. and then in the wish-I-had-read-reviews department they scammed me. I won't list all the details but it's typical "we need another part" and "we found a major problem" and "it will take another day" and "it will cost you more money" and they had me helpless because my car was taken apart.
Otherwise I would have picked it up. Never ever again will I take my car here. Stay away. Also what is the point of sending a text saying " if you need any assistance during your service, respond to this text". During two visits there I texted 4 times and never got a response. Later when they knew I was angry, they put me in some sort of phone cycle where I could never connect with a supervisor. And then it disconnected me after about 10 minutes of that.
Otherwise I would have picked it up. Never ever again will I take my car here. Stay away. Talk about shady. Because I did not legally transact with this business, I cannot submit a complaint to the Georgia Dept of Commerce for a violation of the Fair Business Practices Act. Thus, yelp will have to do. When a business advertises a car for a price that is 20% below what it is actually selling for as an inducement to get you to call in or enter their sales funnel, that is a classic 'bait-and-switch' scheme.
We specifically chose to buy from another dealer based on this practice. I would encourage anyone who was lured into buying based on their pricing strategy but felt like the end pricing was suspect to review their rights under this act and to reach out to the Georgia Department of Law's Consumer Protection Division to understand if there is a violation or not.
In the meantime, Kia Mall of Georgia should go back to industry best practices and honor the price you advertise on your own website. A little give is understandable. 20% is a material difference. Respect our time and yours.

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle at Kia mall of Georgia in Buford and Omar was our salesman. He made our buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Hot garbage at this dealership! Avoid at all costs! Take your money, your time, and your effort elsewhere. There are dozens of dealerships within minutes of this place. Bought a lot of cars in the past, this place is a dump and the people working there should consider themselves lucky to be employed, lol.

Buyer beware! Sold a vehicle they said was good, passed inspection, changed oil, good to go. No! Beware! Liars! Oil filter was old and crusty causing major problems. Motor mounts were not connected to frame. Engine and transmission leaks. My mechanics said it looked like they just over tightened the oil and transmission pans to sell car. 150 miles later, major leaks. Pathetic. Mall of Georgia you should be ashamed!

They only get 1 star because no stars is not a choice. Im very disappointed with the customer service i received from the service department at Kia Mall of Georgia. I have a 2014 kia Soul with barely 40K miles and the engine like came on do i took it in several times for evaluation and was told its a cold engine light and that they crested a ticket for Kia because there's no fix for it.
Fast forward this past November same light and code appears when i take it in. To my surprise they are trying to charge me a diagnostic fee 125 plus now there's a fix to the problem that they previously had no fix for that will cost me over $800. I called Kia customer care which took care of me. They decided to cover the repairs. So I take the car in for the repairs after repairs are done they slap me with a bill.
I previously had spoken yo the Manager about my situation and he confirmed that they had the needed confirmations from Kia customer care. When i went to pick up the car after more than 48 hrs in their shop without a follow up call from the adviser Jenni i had to spend almost an hour there because they claimed they had no records of my prior approval for repairs by Kia customer care.
They proceeded to ignore and not tell me what the problem was. I gave them documentation if my case number. Instead of them trying to verify the information i gave them they had a attitude because they thought they weren't going to paid. They said they would give me my car back without any warranty on the engine work that they performed. This made me very angry so i called Kia customer care who verified all the information and prior authorization for the job.
As soon as they received this verification they started being nice. This experience has left a bad impression on me. There's no communication among the staff. When theres a problem they don't communicate with you instead they proceed to work like you are invisible hoping you will just disappear. Worst experience i had ever had at a dealership.
Fast forward this past November same light and code appears when i take it in. Would give 0 stars if I could. Their service dept. is the worst. Stay away! I cannot stress this enough. We bought our car in for a recall. They said we needed brakes and had a brake and license plate out. We had them fix that. We went to pickup car and the seat is pushed forward and the steering wheel is all the way down. My wife is the only driver of this car and she is tall.
She put the seat back but the steering wheel would not go up. They sent a tech out and they said the steering wheel column will need to be replaced. They said it would cost us almost 800 dollars. After showing the service manager Mark Personale that there is no way my wife could have driven like that, he would have to get permission to replace since they broke it.
He said he would call Monday by lunch. No call. Called and left message. Again no call back. It is now Tuesday and we have left 2 more messages and he has not called back. I would not bring in your car to get service here. I guess we will be taking our business somewhere else. I will update if we ever do hear back. Looking at the other reviews on Yelp.

I had let my fingers do the shopping for my next car when an incredible deal showed up at the top of my search feed. After submitting my inquiry, David Collins contacted me almost immediately. He was professional, personable, and a pleasure to do business with. David worked with me for several hours, long distance, through the process of deciding on the car and even submitting photos for an initial appraisal of my trade in.
Once at the dealership I discovered David was even more helpful in person. He made the buying process worth the three hour drive to the dealership. Yes, the deal was THAT GOOD! David took care with Covid-19 precautions which made me feel even more comfortable doing business with the dealership. Highly recommend.

Integrity. Honesty. Two expectations I had for Kia Mall of GA. I bought a used car from them 4 years ago. I was happy with my experience and purchase. I recently came to look at a 2013 Mazda 3, with an out of the door, agreed upon price via text message from one of their salespeople. I was not notified of any issues with the car. I was told that the vehicle went through a safety inspection only and not the 120 point inspection I was given the last time I purchased.
After my test drive, I asked for a full inspection before I made the purchase. The salesman went back to order one, and then came to me with the info that the shocks were out and needed to be replaced. This fact was already discovered but not disclosed. If I hadn't asked for inspection, it seems that they would've sold me the car without notifying me of the situation.
I told my salesman that I wanted to either pay the agreed upon price and they fix the shocks, or sell it to me minus the repairs for the shocks ($720) He said they weren't able to either. I am deeply disappointed with Kia Mall of GA. I expect this sort lack of transparency and dishonesty from small, shady little dealerships with 3 star ratings, not from a large dealership that sells $30-40k vehicles with strong reviews.
They should've done one of the following: A. Fixed the shocks before advertising it B. Disclosed the situation in the ad or at least when they show the car. I've bought used cars from large dealerships because of the expectation that they will be forthright in their dealings. I strongly suggest that management take a look at their practices and think about how being upfront and honest will keep their customers happy and coming back. As of now, I cannot recommend Kia Mall of Georgia, and will not being doing any further business with them.

I've bought several cars in my life and this has been THE WORST car buying experience yet. I waited several hrs because of their "computer problems." Then came the financing stage. Natalie Watson, the financial advisor, was rude as f*ck. I have no idea why she felt the need, nor why she felt it was appropriate to be degrading to a customer. She was pushier than a salesperson and she scoffed when I turned down her sales tactics.
But for the efforts of the (actual) salesperson assisting me, I would've walked out and taken my business elsewhere solely based on my encounter with her. Don't go to Kia Mall of Georgia unless you're looking for a difficult car buying experience. You won't walk out happy.

Went to Mall of Georgia Kia today to look at the new Telluride. Got there and looked at one of the top of the line ones. SX model. Noticed the price was about $4,000 more than the previous dealership we went to for the same one. And $2,000 more than the most expensive one KIA offers the Prestige package SC model. Was kind of confused and when I asked the salesman why it was so steep his answer was because we list it for $4,000 over the sticker price because it's a hard to get car. WTH?!
So he went to get the keys and I asked my wife if I heard that right. Which she agreed we heard him right. So when he came back out there with the keys we looked at the inside and I asked him if i heard him right and he said yes and repeated exactly what he told me about them ADDING $4,000 over sticker because they are hard to get. He said we don't want to lose your business over a couple thousand dollars tho?! I said well that's to late because with you telling me that you just lost my business! What a bunch of crooks!

Had a wonderful experience at this particular kia. phil davidson was extremely helpful, considerate, and honest throughout the entire car-leasing experience. him and david helped my "first time buyer" boyfriend lease his first car (a brand new 2019 kia forte) at a fantastic price. during the test drive, phil made sure to show us all the special features the car had. truly a wonderful experience! and the hot chocolate and popcorn were a nice cherry on top. thank you kia mall of georgia!

We own a 2015 Kia Optima Turbo we brought back in December 2017 so we started to notice the clear coat is peeling off bubbling up off the car now surely this isn't our fault so we figure we can take it in to where we brought the car Mall Of Ga Kia hoping they can help us, so my husband spoke with Scott the general manger which was rude and then he spoke with Jason General Sales Manager and he was very, very rude, loud and just out of character should have handle the situation alot better than the immature way that he did so with that being said they would not receive any more business from us and I hope you think twice before letting them earn your Buiness as well. This is my third time being here after buying my car 2 months ago, of which I forgot to do a review. So this review will cover my first empression which was 2 months ago up until now. Well! In March I was looking to buy a new car. I had been to several different dealerships, looking for a good deal. And of course when you pull up to the dealerships and the sellers see (A WOMEN) they automatic think "I GOT ONE, A SUCKER" and I think to myself DAMN!
Here we go with this elementary sellers guide pitch. I immediately STOP. whoever it is coming and tell them, "I don't need a pitch, I don't need financial, and I don't need any shit" I just need a car of my choice and nothing else. So! While at another dealership with GREAT SELLERS about to purchase a vehicle there, after getting there too late to purchase the vehicle I initially came for was gone I had to find another one. Well! anyway I did find one, and while thy was drawing up the paperwork I was looking online for Interent car specials.
And that's when I found the I e I've been looking for. At this time it was about 6:00pm and dealerships was closing, so all I could do was email the store leaving a ASAP messages in there inbox. About 5 minutes Ms. Holly called me back. She told the store was already close but she saw my ASAP on the email, so had to call. I told her the car I wanted and ask was it still there and if so pull it to the front.
I was be there to pick it up. Of course I felt bad about the young fellows at the dealership I was sitting at was doing such a fantastic job to find what I wanted. But! I found it myself and I HAD TO GO! That Monday morning bright and early, I was at Kia Mall of Georgia dealership. Ms. Holly quickly came to the desk, saying it's ready. Through the whole sale process everyone was very professional and nice. I can say I will buy another car here again.

The staff here is very friendly (sales, service, finance). Although it's a fairly small dealership, there's still a good bit of choices since they have to push the new and old cars out with the limited space they have. Go to Ryan Wilson if you're needing a car. He's really nice, honest, and willing to work with you. I remember buying my first (financed) car from him, and it was his first car sale too since he was new to this dealership. :) He said he's able to locate any pre-owned vehicle if you're interested in a particular one if you're looking to buying pre-owned.
The staff in the service department is very friendly as well. Some are even quirky. :) And since service prices vary from dealership to dealership, I believe the prices here are cheaper than the dealership in Gainesville and Alpharetta. Well, not everything, just some services. Overall this is a great cozy place especially if you're not into the big dealership where the sales personnel will pounce on you. Well, that was almost my encounter since the they here didn't have a crowd of customers to choose from. But, Ryan wasn't that type of salesperson.
