I went there recently and traded in my vehicle the entire staff from start to finish was awesome friendly definitely able to have a few laughs during the experience! But more than anything else I was extremely satisfied with my new vehicle and the awesome service! They worked with me and my husband and got us in a more reliable vehicle

Gave us excellent service. Very on top of things. Walked out after buying a car that we liked and wanted. Only down side was that we were able to pay the car off completely. They were pushing getting it financed. I had the money and wanted to pay off the car so if something.happened we didn't have to worry about payments. Everybody and everything was fantastic otherwise

I worked with JR today on 4/2/22 and he was absolutely phenomenal. I had both of my kids and wife with me. We walked in not expecting a whole lot due to a previous bad experience at a Ford dealership. But Zumbrota ford was amazing all the staff were great to talk to and didn't mind having a hyper three year old and seven year old. So good job Zumbrota ford. GREAT job jr.

The large inventory allowed me to find exactly what I was looking for, and within my budget. Jason Jr was very friendly, and greeted me in the parking lot before I even made it inside. Dara was my salesperson and my experience working with him was great! I was interested in purchasing a specific car and having it shipped to me. I was a bit worried about how the process would go but Dara answered all of my questions and made sure that everything was simple and smooth.
