I BOUGHT MY VERY FIRST CAR HERE, A 2014 KIA SORRENTO, AND I AM AMAZED BY THE SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED. AMY AND DEVIN AND THE REST OF THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIND ME A CAR WITHIN MY PRICE RANGE THAT FIT MY NEEDS QUICKLY. Terrible service provided by pushy aggressive salesman who's ONLY concern is getting your money. I too was baited and switched for the little red Mazda and LITERALLY before I knew it I was signing off on a Ford fusion with the transmission on its last leg. I was handed a form to fill out to see if I was approved, and just a few more forms here. And Alakazam I just bought the car I specifically said I did NOT want.
The salesman was so aggressive that at one point I just wrote on the envelope containing the scam "cancel this contract and have a merry Christmas" (it was in December). I then left the lot only to receive a text message right away stating that if I did not return to finalize the paperwork the fusion would be towed to my address at me expense! What!?!?
I drive right back and was told that the sale was final and I now own this junker for the tune of 6000 bucks! Well I'll shorten it up for ya. Transmission went out seriously less than a month later and now in my driveway sits one of the biggest financial failures of my life so far. Thanks so much Luke and all the other hungry paranas down there at your friendly Titus will.

I called the Titus-Will main number yesterday and asked for the Service Department for an issue on my Chevrolet truck. I was transferred to the Service Department and left a message to call me as no one answered. Three (3) hours later I called the main number back and explained I was having trouble getting anyone to call me back. Was finally transferred to the Manager's extension where I was cut off from before I even got through to him/her.
I happened to ask my neighbor where to take my truck for a simple repair after explaining my concern with Titus-Will. He gave me the number for a great place to take your vehicle after explaining to me his horror story with Titus-Will. Titus-Will might as well close their doors. Forth generation ownership in this case is a serious detriment.

Used to remain on here because I can sit in the car now I can't do that just screaming children of which I don't have any have to make an appointment now and then you show up to the appointment and you still owe me 30+ minutes because they're behind and you watch the entire lobby clear out once before you get like you've been forgotten and I just called to their attention that we were like they were late and what was the point of making an appointment and they said shit happens only reason I came back is because he sent me a 50% off coupon because I knew they lost my business the first time around I think in a lose my business

Took my 2011 Ford Edge in last week found out I had to make an appointment. Had one today at noon. Speedy right? I was told I had to wait in the waiting room while they took my car into the bay. I told the attend that the power steering fluid, radiator fluid and window wash were all low. They said they don't have Ford radiator fluid, really! When I got home I checked under the hood and found the oil was a quart low and everything else was still low. Wow $63 for what. Been coming here for the last 5 years and now I'm done!

Well 3 years ago I gave speedy lube a 5 star. Not now Shouldn't even be a 3 star. I have bought three new Hyundai Santa Fe and one of the main reasons is the free oil changes. We I drive up to get a oil change three times in two weeks to hear it will be st least 2 hours. Then I call the service dept and I ask what shall I do I live in hoquiam and need an oil change I am told oh you can even go over 2,500 miles from the date suggested That's nuts. Figure it out speedy lube this isn't working

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS The service level of Titus-Will in Olympia and Speedy Lube working under the name of Titus-Will are absolutely terrible and outrageous! They refuse to take any sort of accountability for the damage done to your car even though it was caused by the negligence of their own employees. About two weeks ago, my father went in simply to get his oil changed as he gets free oil changes because he bought his car from there.
During his oil change the employee notified him that he needed to get a new battery. They told him it would take less than 30 mins so, he decided to go ahead with it. After waiting almost 2 hours, he went to the shop to check what the holdup was and it turned out they broke a part and it now needed to replace the part. They used a coat hanger wire to temporarily connect to the battery terminal and said it was fine to drive and wait about 20 days until they get the replacement part.
We then went to another mechanic to get a second opinion and were informed that driving the car with that kind of wiring is quite dangerous as it could cause an electrical fire. When my father asked if they'd provide a rental car, they bluntly refused to pay for a rental car cost, contending that it wasn't their fault as the part they broke was an "aftermarket" part when it, in fact, was an original part from the car's maker.
They made such a false allegation to avoid taking any responsibility. The total cost for getting a new part and labor was $520. We then reached out to the manager of Titus Will, but they now refuse to speak to us and are ignoring our calls and messages. To this date, no response has been received from them. The way they conduct the business and providing customer services with dishonesty are nefarious!
The Titus-Will has no professionalism and refuses to take any accountability with no understandable rationale. I must say that they sure seem to have a penny-wise and pound-foolish behavior in their business practice. Please be aware and avoid this place if possible, so this doesn't happen to you.

Brought our car into speedy lube for an oil change. During the process of the engine inspection, one of the plastic parts of the engine was damaged by THEIR technicians. When they asked if I had been seeing any check engine lights I said no and asked why. That's when they informed me of the broken part. The manager came back and told me that it was normal wear and tear and the part was $135.00.
I said, "let me get this straight, it wasn't broke before I came in, but it's broke now, and you want me to pay for it! Is that correct?" His response was that I couldn't prove that it didn't happen before I got there and if I wanted it fixed, I would have to pay for it. We have three vehicles that we only have serviced here until now. Never again.

Past review (1 star), update below. I have been going here for a couple of years. I tried yesterday, but the line was too long. I went back today, and the line was short (only three in front of me). They had cars in all their bays, yet it took 1 hour and 45 minutes. No one seemed to care, one girl was checking her hair for split ends, one boy was playing with a number from a car.
I hope they can fix this, I liked using them in the past for all my cars, I also recommended them to my friends and family. Please fix the problem. Update (Jan 2018) First, they offered me a free oil change to go give them another try. I think that is a good way to stand behind your service. I tried them again (I used the check in and got half off, I didn't want to use a free oil change as I wanted regular service), and it was much better. The employees were busy, they got me in and out, only recommended one thing I didn't need, and overall the value is there. Thank you for the improvements.

Read the fine print. You only get 3 oil changes a year if you buy into their "lifetime oil change" deal. Plus at the mandated 60000 years or 90000 or. You get the point. you have to use their services to get your transmission fluid change along with other car maintenance work which costs 1.5x more than the local car repair shops. I should have done my homework before being lulled into the lifetime change gimmick. I've been hustled I tell you! Hustled! But I can't deny their overall friendliness and ability to work quickly. You decide what you want to pay for.
