We bought a vehicle from this dealership and at time the owner didn't have the title. He assured us he would get it in the mail with the extra key to us right away. 45 days later no title, plates, and extra key. Frequently lied that he had sent in the paperwork and title should be coming in any day. I finally called my lawyer and corporate dodge dealership and filed a complaint. Terrible customer service and not honest.
