I purchased my last vehicle at Rydell, and had such a wonderful experience I couldn't imagine going to any other dealership for my next. DAWN WAS AMAZING! She answered my questions, gave me all the information I wanted and needed and found the perfect car SUV for me! I was in a time crunch and she made sure everything was ready when I came to pick it up. Everyone at Rydell is just so nice. No high pressure like the other places. We drove to Rydell from 2 hours away, the Salesman Brandon was super awesome, and easy to work with. We went with cash in hand no loans just cash in hand to purchase a pickup. The one we liked was told was 33,819, but the website said 33,219. Our top dollar to spend out of pocket was 33,000. The sales manager Tyler wouldn't work with us much at all.
The truck is supposed to go to Auction this weekend. Pretty disappointing that we couldn't come up with something that worked for everyone. The truck has been sitting for over 200 days with no luck selling. Beautiful dealership and super nice salesman. No harsh words from us just disappointing.

This review is for the service center specifically. I've never had any issues with the collision or salesmen. I was a service center customer for quite awhile and was finally fed up with the chauvinistic attitude exerted towards me every time simply because I was a female. I recently tried a different place for my oil change and was met with top notch customer service along with much better prices. Will NEVER return. I have spoke with many woman who feel the same. Do better.

When our Traverse arrived on the car hauler, we received a picture of it pulling in. I was very impressed that our salesman took the time to send us a picture before it was even unloaded! As soon as we walked in the showroom to pick up our new Traverse, we were greeted and everyone was so friendly. The entire process went very smoothly and it was such a warm, inviting atmosphere. I would highly recommend Rydell!

Highly recommend this dealership! Dealt with Brandon Reyes on our new Chevy Equinox and was very pleased with how he helped us with our purchase. Pretty much dealt on it over the phone and was very helpful and always kept us informed on the arrival of our new vehicle and very nice in person when we picked it up. Two thumbs up!

Stay away from this dealership! I was called names by the sales manager after I questioned them on the warranty that they said the vehicle came with. They lied about what it covered and how many miles it was good for so they could make a sale and then the paperwork stated something different. I was also not told the truth about the terms of the free oil changes and tire rotations that the car came with.
I was told that they would be good for 2 years. Come to find out they have a very limited mile expiration so they are easily void before getting to use them. I will go elsewhere to buy vehicles and have service work done and I would suggest you do as well.

Just got a 2013 spark they told me they were checking everything completely out before it even ever left they only focused on the radio they let me leave with a nail in it windshield washer not working and when I hit highway speeds it's making sound like it's in the axel and the sales manager Tyler and sales representative Wyatt is trying to cover up for the unprofessional inspection saying it has to be a coincidence the sales guy Wyatt knew the tire was low before I left the lot so that's proof the nail was in it before leaving I will not remove this until rydell makes everything right I had kids in the vehicle when the vehicle was making the unsafe noise essentially rydell put me and innocent children in possible danger not fully checking out how it drove on all speeds the highway is literally right there about a 15 min drive to the cedarfalls highway at 65 mph (Edit) I don't want the owner to respond with this generic response with the rydell phone number like I'm seeing I want to talk directly to them I'm not dealing with Tyler Wyatt or anyone else they straight up lied to me and didn't do there job

Rydell Chevrolet took great care of us and our vehicle while it was in the repair shop for a deer hit. Mark Schmitz and his crew were polite and professional. All my experiences with the Rydell staff have been wonderful and I feel like I've dealt with almost every department! Their receptionist is always warm and welcoming, the sales team really cares and takes time to find the right vehicle for each individual person, the service department is quick and timely and the management/office staff is always easily accessible if needed. Highly recommended!

I took my car in to find a problem with why my car was overheating. They did a diagnostic on it and determined that it was my water pump. I had them fix it only to drive it off the lot and it was still overheating. The service department came to the conclusion that it was my head gaskets and said it would cost between 2200-2400$. I decided I did not want to spend that much on a vehicle that had that many miles on it and went to talk to the sales department about purchasing a pre owned vehicle with much less miles.
I was very impressed with the salesman that approached me (Will Frost) who was not pushy or demanding he make a sale. He was very patient as I test drove several vehicles. I then went back to the service dept to tell them of my decision only to be advised that I fix my car because I was told it was in great condition for the amount of miles it had on it.
I was concerned that my transmission was slipping as well and they told me they would test drive it as well as taking 1000$ off the top of my service bill to fix my car costing me only 1200 instead of the 4500 I was planning on spending to buy a pre-owned vehicle. I took the service departments advise only to receive a bill of 2200$ because they found other issues and problems with my vehicle that needed fixed.
I now have a vehicle that the transmission is regularly slipping, have invested over 2700$ into, and still needs major work done to it in the near future. I was very happy with the sales department but highly disappointed with the service department as they worked again their own sales department to get my business. Not sure why a company would allow their employees to work against each other to try and garner a customers business instead if trying to find the best fit for them so they become a repeat customer. In all, I would probably buy a vehicle from Will Frost but never use Rydell's service department to fix another one of my vehicles.

Watch out for 'bait and switch' where used cars are concerned! Called last night about a vehicle we saw on the internet and then again today before we drove the hour to get there and were assured the car was available. Then 6 min away, they called and said, "oops I guess that one sold, but you might want to look at this one only $1000 more." Very disappointing.

While I appreciate the promptness of being able to get my truck serviced, there are a few items that left me concerned. I gave the service department my extended warranty information, and also a service ticket from another local dealership, as to what was done to check the problem with my service ABS light coming on. While the problem was resolved quickly, and all paperwork submitted for my extended warranty company to pay for the repairs, I got neither my extended warranty paperwork ( which happens to have my contract number and warranty company contact information ), or the service ticket from the previous dealership.
I like to keep a copy of all repairs done to a vehicle with it at all times, but now that I never got one back, it's like that service was never performed. It would also give me a mileage, and date at which repairs were done. Also, I no longer have my service contract for my extended warranty, so with no contract, I not only wouldn't be able to get extended warranty coverage, and have to pay for repairs ( there is approximately 3 1/2 years left on the contract ), I have no one to call and get a copy of the contract. Like I said, the repairs were great, but it would be really nice to have all my documentation back. I didn't notice it was gone, until I got home.

Super friendly, great service. Except for the fact that I bought my car and then had three flat tires in the span of a week. They did however take care of it immediately and even gave me a very nice loaner car for the couple days it needed to be in the shop. (Not because they were slow, because I got off work later than they were open.)

I had made an online appointment for an oil change at 12:30pm on a Monday. When I arrived there were 8 cars pulled up to the doors. They said they would try to get me in sooner but it looked like a 2 hour wait. I appreciated the honesty and prepared to wait. It was 3pm when my car was finished. I learned many things while there waiting. The popcorn and snacks were very good and that some people can be very rude. I also appreciated the patience and friendliness of the staff during what seemed to be a stressful day. The service on my car was excellent and yes, I will be returning.

They are always very friendly when I take my car in. Both the service department and oil change department are quick getting my car in and out, and take the extra steps to vacuum the interior and make sure that my wait is pleasant. I have used to courtesy shuttle in the past and am always happy with how friendly the drivers are. I last brought my car in for a recall, and was expecting to use the shuttle to pick my car up over my lunch hour, but they were nice enough to drive my car back to work so that I didn't have to waste my lunch! I've always been very happy with their service and plan to continue bringing my Malibu there.

I was very nervous about buying my 1st car on my own from a dealer. I've heard countless stories about how pushy dealers can be. Not at one point did I experience that at Rydell! Every person I came in contact with treated me with respect! They answered all of my questions and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure I got what I wanted, which I did. When the time comes I plan on buying my next car from Rydell! They are what a car buying experience should be!
