We have given Crocker's two opportunities to sell us vehicles. Both times they sold it out from under us. The first time we went in, looked at a truck and said we would be back the next day to fill out papers because they were closing and we did not want to keep them. we showed up early afternoon and they had old the truck that morning. They did not call us to let us know it was sold OR help the truck for us, instead the sold the truck as fast as they could.

We said oh well and moved on. This we decided was our fault for not staying and filling out the paperwork. AND THEN! This happened. We went in, found a car we wanted, filled out the paperwork, was told they would work on it on Monday, our credit report was checked on a Sunday, Monday was a bank holiday, I called Tuesday and was told they have not heard back from the banks and they will get back to me soon.

I called Friday for an update and they had sold the car out from under us on Thursday without ANY kind of notice. This is just bad business. We will NEVER try to buy another car from them again.

Great experience. Corey was very helpful and answered all of our questions and was very customer service oriented. We purchased a truck and travel trailer and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly paperwork was done. Would highly recommend for previously owned vehicles.

They lie and speak falls promises. When you buy what seems to be a good looking clean truck for over it's highest market value, and they say they will fix whatever problems are there later cause its the weekend and there's no mechanic available. You take it home and find a huge list of problems and things not working and really bad front end parts, so you take it back and they got it for weeks and don't even know where it is and feed you more lies, about what's getting fixed or what needs fixed.

When you finally get your truck back and get it home and find only one part changed. I took it to a trusted shop the next day and just did most of it myself cause you can't trust the guys at Crocker's to do anything, and there's still stuff that needs to be done, but I did the important stuff first.

I came to the realization quickly, that I made a huge mistake in trusting Crockers. Many vehicles are purchased in Spokane at auction - most come from Canada, Northern Washington, and Idaho. Others may be distressed merchandise that the owner of Crockers purchased for pennies on the dollar. The "Owner" has been taking advantage of customers for years and could care less about the local community.

Many vehicles may have been in accidents, acquired rust damage, or have known mechanical issues. Beware of paint, and clear coat issues. Several motorhomes and trailers may have previous water damage. Do yourself a favor. Before you purchase anything from Crockers, have a trusted mechanic due an inspection. Get a carfax. Know the book value of your trade, and the value of the vehicle you want to buy.

Look for rust damage, new undercoating, and water damage. Know your credit score and interest rate! Absolutely do not purchase any warranty offered by the Owner, Sales Manager/Finance Manager. I learned the hard way. Hopefully I can save some folks from being taken advantage of.

Looking for a car so glad i went here, the people are warm and they are not pushy. I couldnt be happier with my 2007 jeep commander. They come highly recommend, They have went way out of their way for me and I got what I was looking for. They spent time getting me the right loan for my needs. Thank You Crockers, and Thank You Tim #1 in my book Linda Sterzinar of Albany

We've recently been looking for a new truck. This location has a large inventory of used pick-up trucks so we decided to visit in hopes of finding one. As luck would have it we found a beautiful Dodge Ram 1500 that had a large sticker that stated, "One owner." Like most car lot experiences, negotiations is where everything turned sour. At most locations there's a system in place, a way of doing things.

First negotiations on your trade, initial investment, monthly payment and sale price are established. Only after those 4 things are worked out should your credit be run to qualify for a loan. ALL NEGOTIATION WAS SKIPPED. We were told to pre-qualify for an auto loan, and after providing our information, it still took over an hour before we were addressed.

During that time we had plenty of time to inspect the vehicle. While looking through everything I decided to inspect the owners manual which was in the glove compartment. That's when I found a purchase order back from May of 2013. Turns out, 2.5 years ago the vehicle was sold from this location for just under $19,300. Kinda unnerving that I'm told it's only had one owner.

On top of that, the currently listing price (2.5 years after it sold for $19,300) is $19,995. The sales person Tim, was very low pressure (thanks Tim), but when it comes time to work the numbers, I dont need an education when it comes to Kelly Blue Book. For anyone that doesnt know, KBB is nothing but a guideline for banks to know how much to finance a vehicle for.

When Tim had based his whole negotiation tactics on that fact, I had to stop him short (of his 10 minute demonstration of wholesale book vs retail) to let him know the value in which his company owned the vehicle versus the list price and my offer had nothing to do with blue book. In the end, my reasonable offer of $17,500 was declined and I left.

It blows my mind that a company can try and sell the same vehicle 2.5 years apart for a higher value. Today it has 20,000+ extra miles and it's that much older. I'm very grateful that the few years I spent selling cars helped me evade a potentially unfair deal. I feel very sorry for folks that only buy a car once every 5 years and have no experience dealing with these high stress scenarios. Especially because of the low stress environment they use in their sales tactics.
