Chris Brookshire and Billy Hamill were an absolute dream to work with. From the moment I pulled up and parked my car, I was greeted with smiles and felt no pressure at all. They simply wanted me to find a vehicle that met all of my needs, and I did. The whole process was fast and simple. I want to thank this dynamic duo for making this experience enjoyable.

Every employee I encountered was friendly and appeared happy to be there. That really makes me as the customer feel good about choosing Capital. I will definitely be back to see these gentlemen the next time I need a new or used vehicle.

Really nice place and Easy access for north and south or west to east, in my experience if I need a other automobile I will definitely go back here. I am very happy with my purchase.

I came by here on a whim to finance my first car, and Mitch and Nathan were amazing! They listened to the multiple things I was looking for in a car for my family & were patient with me as well. Let alone very prompt in getting it fixed when something was wrong, with no issues with a rental. Highly recommend.

I saw an ad in Keizer Times newspaper about Capitol Auto Group and was curious as to what they had. Someone came out to greet me as soon as I started to walk to the door. Very friendly, professional, courteous people working at Capitol Used Car Center. Gavin was the name of the gentlemen that helped me and he was great. Fast and knowledgeable about all the different cars.

He directed me to the right cars. I made a purchase and the rest of the people were great working with as far as finishing up the purchase. Thanks to Gavin and Billy and Kristin, Capitol Auto Group Used Car Center has another satisfied customer.

My daughter had me go to Capitol Auto Group And talk to Billy about buying a car. Gavin Torres was my salesman. I was treated like family. We weren't able to find quite what I wanted. So they refunded the money I'd put down. They are very professional and go out of their way to please customers. I'm very Leary of dealership. Except capitol auto group. I trust them completely. I made an appointment online to have my oil changed a week ahead of time I received multiple confirmations that it was 1/8 at 4:40 for Capitol Chevy. I get to the dealership early and was told that my appointments as actually for 1/9 at 4:40 even though I had all the confirmations for 1/8. They said they could get me in and I should try the Toyota side.

So I go over to the Toyota side and they couldn't get me in either, tell me I can come in Saturday and that they don't do appointments that day so I could just walk in. Saturday comes and I walk in and get told I should have made an appointment but they can try and have it done by end of day or I can make an appointment for next week. They don't seem to care about wasting your time and making you drive back and forth to come in.

This is the 4th time I've visited in the past two years I've been researching the car buying process for a while now. I am fascinated by the theatrics and manipulation tactics that sales people employ. I've visited several dealerships across Oregon, test driving vehicles and chatting, looking for the right vehicle but also looking at patterns in behavior and approach. I've been at it a while now, buying two vehicles after test driving and "talking numbers" with dozens of sales teams. Sometimes I am aggressive, other times I let them push me over. Every time they try to manipulate me and get my money. This time was no different.

I'm driving down Portland Road, it is Tuesday at around 1150 in the morning and one of their executive shuttle drivers turned right at a light and rather than staying on his lane, jumped over to the next one where I was already driving 40 miles an hour and nearly hit him. Of course I honk the horn and I pulled up next to him. He completely ignored that I was there, And must not have thought that apologizing was the appropriate thing to do.

I call the dealer to report him and of course I was given a voicemail box of the person who handles these types of calls. As a business owner myself, if I have any one of my people driving like a shithead, I would want to know to correct it right away.

Amazing service from beginning to end! Got a recommendation from my manager to stop by here & i drove all the way from Vancouver & no regrets. Got all the help i needed, got an amazing deal & was able to trade my vehicle. A couple days after my purchase i received a call from customer service asking if i had any questions or concerns, sweet gal! Then i received a letter in the mail congratulating me & had a list of valuable information. Def recommend them!

Rank amateurs that could give even car dealers a worse name. From start to finish incapable of closing a deal. And when the manager called me to smooth things over and ask what he could do to make it better, I returned his call and he didn't even call back!
