I can't say enough about this place. They are amazing. Came in with a bad injector on my bosses 2019 3500. They got me in at 3:30pm and had me back on the road by 6pm. The commerical truck shop was amazingly helpful and friendly. They understood that we were traveling and couldn't stay the night. They took great care of us! Highly recommend.

My husband went here yesterday to see about buying a brand new truck and trading his in. They basically told him they didn't have anything and turned him away. He then asked if he could get one ordered through them and they said they couldn't help him. They didn't even try to help him. They acted like he didn't have any money and turned him away. They must not get paid on commission here. He will be going to a different Chevrolet place from now on. The staff was super rude and not helpful at all.

Roger was excellent and finance person was very professional. I purchased a 4Runner for my daughter from local Toyota dealer six months ago and the difference in my experience with Love was amazingly better. I will definitely try Love Chevrolet first for my next vehicle purchase. Felt like all involved were straight forward, courteous, and professional.

I had an excellent experience using the Love Chevrolet quick lube service. The technicians were friendly and helpful and the service was quick and convenient. The tech asked me if I needed a tire rotation but I wasn't sure so he told me he would let me know, and then a few minutes later he said that I did not need one this time. I appreciate the honesty and quality of service that I received at Love Chevrolet and I would highly recommend this dealership!

While I just simply can't give any car dealership 5 stars because of the hassle it is to buy a new or used car from one, or otherwise how much one charges for service and/or parts in general compared to what 3rd party mechanics or parts shops charge, I will say Love Chevrolet's service dept took care of me quickly today in regards to handling a factory recall on my airbag, and the service rep I dealt with was a nice guy.
How would things have been if they weren't dealing with Chevy corp for the service fee and it would have been me that had to pay for it, along with any additional things they found that needed to be fixed, who knows? But they took care of me well today.

The service was what I had expected. Pretty fast, the men working on my truck were courteous. I asked them to be sure the spare tire pressure was good. They did. However, when I went to leave there was an issue with my steering. I could not turn to the right. They immediately took the truck to their main service center to check it out. They could have misled me as to the trouble but they were honest with me.
The problem turned out to be a tool left in my vehicle that jammed the steering. They fixed it, fessed up and offered my next service on them. I appreciate their honesty and the speed of resolving the issue.

So went in this morning after having to reach out to the manager to get my issue resolved waited for a little over a hr because nobody seemed to know what was going on and the original advisor was out sick. He set up a loaner as customer pay when the issue for my returned visit is because they disabled my tpms. Get that figured out and they send me over to enterprise and say everything is set up.
Once I get to enterprise they tell me they have it as customer pay still and are trying to get it worked out. They finally figure it out and set me up in a Nissan Frontier. Now I'm coming from a lifted 2500 diesel with a value of 45k+ to a mini truck and I still have to put down a $50 dollar deposit because who knows why. Now being a prior body shop owner, a loaner car is supposed to be as of around equal value as well as general size.
Not the case obviously! Love Chevy has really discouraged any further business from myself or family. They can call me and email dozens of times about buying a new truck and trading in but from the looks of the service department and the way I have been handled I would drive hrs away before I spent another dime at this location. I'm really hoping this time it's fixed but if not I'll be going else where.

This was probably the easiest and most satisfying car purchase I have ever experienced. From ordering a 2022 Camaro ZL1 to keeping me informed of the build progress, to the delivery.it was a seamless process. Michael "Mac" McLauchlin is a true professional. "Mac" was recommended by a friend and I sure am glad that "Mac" was part of my purchase experience! I feel I also gained a friend at Love Chevrolet in "Michael Mac". Thanks to all that had a hand in my purchase.

I found the car online, contacted the salesman Matt Moore, the vehicle was still sitting at the plant waiting on a part most likely a chip the dealer tagged it sold. They let me know that the Camaro had been shipped from the factory so I could begin to make arrangements to come down there pick it up I was coming from out of state, I'm a GM retiree, the dealer decided to honor my discount which I was very appreciative of. Love Chevrolet handled the sale process very well and got me on my way, I was completely satisfied with how easily they worked with me.

I love that I was not taken advantage of. When I called to inquire about the vehicle Roger asked me when I would like to come look at it, and that he would be looking forward to seeing me. When I arrived he was with a customer, but he personally walked out to let me know that he was going to have Zach assist me. They had the vehicle pulled to the front and ready for me to test drive. There was no haggling and they listened to me. David in finance was awesome as well. I thank them for the best car buying experience I have ever had.

My husband and I drove an hour to see a used GMC Acadia. When we got inside to test drive the car it had a crack in the glass 15 in. long. Also, the back armrest was torn off. It was a nice running car and we were willing to purchase the car and negotiate with the price. The price was already on the high side as it being just a standard Acadia and not a SLT1 or 2 ($10,999).
The Salesman took our negotiation of $10,000 and we fix the window to the Finance Manager David Peleshok. He came back with $10,800 and then $10,300. We still getting a car with a broken window to drive home and have to turn in on our insurance to get fixed. We said we would purchase the car @ $10,300 if he would fix the window but David Peleshok said no.
He lost a deal over $300 and was actually going to sell a car with a broken window. As far as this dealership I would not recommend at all! I lost 2 hrs. drive time to someone who cares nothing about the customer and what they drive home with or their safety as a matter of fact

I went in to get four tires put on my car and they broke a wheel stud. They never called me to tell me that its cross threaded and that it could possibly break. They broke it and told me it was cross threaded after they messed with it but had no way to prove it and yet they still made me pay for it. So I went back two days later to get the wheel stud replaced and the brand new red silverado in the bay in front of me getting worked on was getting beat to death by a door that kept catching wind.
Eventually one of the lube techs came out the door and swung it into the truck once again. He realized what he did shrugged his shoulders and walked away and still left the door open for the wind to catch it and hit the truck three more times. I looked at the truck after they pulled it out of the bay and there was a good bit of paint missing right behind the rear door on the passengers side.
No one ever said anything to the customer about it. So I will never recommend this place and make sure to tell everyone I know to never go here to get their car serviced. P.S. I worked at an automotive shop before and if I damaged a car in anyway, including snapping a wheel stud, if i didnt let the customer know something could possibly break before I attempt to work on it the shop would make me pay for any damage and ive had friends that worked at dealerships that also went by the same policy. So a disappointment isnt even the right word for this place and i shouldve listened when I was told to never take my car here.

Wow! I just brought a car at Love Chevrolet a few days ago and am still in awe about the whole experience. Billy was very patient with me and you could tell that he cared about what I was looking for in a car. It took me a few days to decide and there was never a moment where I felt pressure. Every time I walked in the front door I felt welcomed by everyone and after the first day everyone knew me. If you are looking for a low pressure car buying experience you need to check them out!

My husband and I just bought a new Chevy Silverado and had a great experience here. David McElveen was our salesman and he was incredible to work with. No pressure, just answered all our questions and treated us like our time was important. We looked at several different dealerships/trucks before we landed here. Glad we didn't give up.

7-16-18 I called Love Chevrolet at 8:30am today to make a deal on a 2016 Impala limited, also listed on Autotrader and Autolist. I spoke with salesman Warren (Josie sp?). Warren sent a text to Used Car Sales Manager Jeremy Carter who was in a meeting. Carter verified the car was available and that others were not dealing on it. Warren called me back and we made a deal for price and oil change and I asked how he wanted me to pay for it. Warren advised he would check and call me right back. instead I got a text that the car was sold.
My calls to Warren were disconnected. I called Carter and he said someone came in to the showroom which opens at 9:00am and they were buying the car which I had already made a deal to buy. AND Carter knew I was dealing on it as he had cleared to Warren that it was available to me. Carter advised that my contacting Chevrolet corporate would do no good as it was a used car.that had sat on their lot since 2016.and never been registered, and had only 34 miles on it. I have contacted the South Carolina Attorney General's office at 803/734-3970. Be careful.

Hmmmm where to start with this dealership. I was sold a Lemon from another dealership and had to take it to Love Cheverolet for service and I had to come to this dealership atleast 10 or 15 times. The service manager Mr. Mackey was awesome through out my experience there. My issue is with the sales side and the GM and Manager of this dealership. The sales side is full of crap.
I went to the sales side to see if they could help obtain information on how to deal with my car because it was a Lemon. The salesperson Jimmy sat down and talked with me and said he gave my case to the GM and they were going to do what they could to help me. Jimmy never even called me nor returned my calls when I called. They never assisted me with anything. The customer service I received at this dealership has left a lasting impression on me I will NEVER buy another Chevy nor do business with this dealership!

I purchase a used car with a 36 month warranty or36000 miles. I noticed a exhaust rattle. I took my car in and was told it was normal and wouldn't be fixed. The rattle got extremely worse and the warranty was expired. Now they want me to pay for something then should have been fixed for free under the warranty. Oh, they said they would fix it for a discounted rate for $200. But Rushing Automotive will do it for $130. Love Chevrolet, really stand up People. NOT! And make sure you get a car fax from them.

I truly have mixed feelings about this place. Originally, I found a few cars online that I was interested in seeing. However, I knew I had a budget and didn't want to go over that. I applied online and was told someone would reach out to me shortly.that never happened. I got impatient and called. Once I did that things were ok. I setup an appointment and came in the next morning.
They understood my work schedule was crazy and they offered to pull the cars I wanted to see out and go from there. I end up finding one that I liked. My salesman, Matt gave me great advice on the vehicles that I was choosing from and helped me make a sound decision. The test drive was great, no problems BUT I wish I would have had a mechanic look at the car as it was used.
After two days of driving the car started jerking. I just so happened to be on that side of town and took it in. I was told that unless an indicator light came on I would be ok. Foolishly, I ignored the problem. Then just a few days later the car shuts off on me! I'm stuck in a parking lot trying to pickup dinner. Luckily the car crunk back up on its own after a hour.
I took the car to shop the next morning. They fixed the problem with no issues. Now, not even two weeks later I had to take it back because the heating system wasn't working properly. My issues is do they really check these cars out before they sale them? I understand that its used but you'll have more repeat customers if you sale them a decent vehicle. So I blame myself for not having it checked out before buying due to my situation at the time. Now I hope nothing else goes wrong.

We went to Love Chevrolet twice to purchase a vehicle, once for cash and once with the down payment in-hand. The first time there was an issue with the vehicle we liked and we were told they would call us back about it, but we never received that call back. Left a message a few days later, that call wasn't returned, either, so we ended up buying a car from another big-name dealer.
The second time, we had a letter from our credit-card company that we were pre-approved for auto financing up to $30k and we just happened to need a car for our oldest daughter at the time. Lo-and-behold, the dealer was Love Chevrolet. Went to the lot, looked around, spoke with a sales rep, never had a return call. Oh, well. I totally give up on them now.

Their service department is VERY BAD. I took my vehicle for two things: schedule maintenance and for a LOUD noise when accelerating. After 3 days with the vehicle and no call with a status, they called and said they could not reproduce the noise and asked if I could stop by to try to reproduce the noise b/c they tried for 3 days. Well, it took me 30 seconds to reproduce the noise.
Once the technician heard the noise, he took an extra two hours just to call and tell me the noise was normal. Normal? I test drove two of their vehicles and 5 other vehicles from Chevy dealers in the area; NONE made that noise. So I asked: was the schedule maintenance complete? Yes, they said. Really? Because the tires where not rotated and no one checked the tire pressure b/c they are way below he recommendation. Needless to say I will take my business somewhere else.

BEST experience while buying a vehicle, ever! The salesman was very courteous, they wanted to hear what I wanted, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want, didn't push me to look at any vehicles that I wasn't interested in. The staff was awesome, I had my 4 yr old boy with me and he was running the place and I didn't get not one bad look from anyone.
The finance guy was quick and to the point, didn't try and push the extended warranties or insurence on me at all. The end result, I got the very truck I wanted at the price I wanted and in a very timely manner. I can't wait to go car shopping again, and it will be at LOVE Chevy for sure.
