I received a call from her on Monday to discuss my past due account. Words can not explain the type of true, compassionate, understanding and willing to help professional that she is. Not only did she go above and beyond to help me but she actually listened to my reasoning for my account being past due. She totally understood that everyone has tough moments beyond their control. Ive been dealing with Bluff Rd Auto Sales for 2yrs, and have 2 vehicles I'm purchasing from them. The experience have been great and the vehicles haven't given any major problems. Mrs. Caryn, one of the CSRs, is excellent. Always pleasant to talk too and very helpful.

Owner called me a liar. Let me drive off without completing paperwork. Didnt verify my job. Didn't want to give the down payment back. Had to get rowdy to get it back. Had car for 3 weeks. Just wanted the 3,000 down payment. They put cheap parts on a bmw to get it past the warranty. Took it back to get serviced after they said it was already inspected To get it back with the brake fluid light on. Just a mess!

Looked at the cars on the lot. Lot was organized and some information posted on building. Most cars had Dealer information sheets. Did not like that prices were not posted on cars for comparison shopping and had to go to website to constantly compare. Cars needed to be washed as they were getting dirty from traffic. I also appreciated that I was not attacked by a salesperson as I looked through the lot.

THIS IS THE WORST! I MEAN WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY SELL YOU CARS THAT ARE WELL OVER THE PRICE OF WHAT IT IS WORTH! I BOUGHT A CHARGER & IT SQUEAKS EVERYTIME I HIT THE BRAKES BECAUSE THEY PUT CHEAP BRAKES ON IT SO THEY USE CHEAP PARTS! WHEN THEY DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU ANYMORE OR YOU GO THROUGH YOUR LAWYER THEY TAKE YOUR VEHICLE WHICH IS ILLEGAL!

I AM FIGHTING TO GET MY VEHICLE BACK BECAUSE IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN TAKEN IN THE FIRST PLACE! THEY ARE NOT THE PLACE TO GO GUYS PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT YOUR MONEY IS WELL SPENT. BY THE WAY I PUT 4800 DOWN!

Let me start off by saying everybody was very nice, however the payments are very high with high down payments. They wanted me to get a car when I wanted a truck. I will be looking some place else.

No one cam out to see if they could help me or to show the truck I was looking at. So I left. I will shop somewhere else.

I do not recommend this place. Went to buy a truck they ran my credit then tried to say the listed price was a mistake and they wanted $5,000 more. These people are con artists
