If you have an Odyssey that has a problem with the alarm (honking) going off for no reason, do not count on this dealership to fix it for you. We were charged $800 to fix the problem. What did we get for $800? It worked for a few months but then started up again. The only way we can keep it from honking is to never lock the car. We live near New Orleans.

How much good is a minivan you can never lock? This is evidently a frequent problem with Odysseys, and Honda knows this. But they are doing nothing to fix it. They will just take your money.

We went to see a vehicle. Sales person (J) behaved like that he was doing some sort of service to us. Made us feel like take it or leave. Price was little high but my wife liked the vehicle. So, went ahead and accepted the offer. Finally, we were ready to sign the paperwork.and finance person (C) also behaved like that he was doing a favor and said in the end you are not getting this vehicle then.

There are ways to disagree but in professional way.but looks like this place does not understand what customer service is.or they are selling so much that they donot care for more business.

Worst experience over one punctured tire. Brought my car in two days ago, waited two hours, and when they told me my car was ready, the "low tire pressure" light was still on! I had to walk back and inform the tech who played it off like it was nothing. A couple hours later, the light comes back on.they filled my tires up to much. Was suppose to be at 32.they were at 36. Took the car back the next day! (By now I have missed half a day of work, and having to find rides while waiting for my car and Honda has done nothing to help).

Day three, my brother fixes the tires.hours later my warning light comes on again. All I get is excuses from the Honda techs. Now I'm three days into a "supposedly" quick tire fix. I bought my car from them and have been only had them work on my car and now I get this treatment.

I called to schedule a recall fix and was told to just "drop in anytime, it just takes a couple of minutes." When I got there I was told "no, it takes an inside the shop check and would be 4-5 hours before there was an opening." Then I asked to make an appointment when I could come back, and was told, we don't do appointments, it's first come, first served."

Tony and Gerald were great. We put in am order for a 22 Si and they came through! Great communication and we were treated good throughout. They gave us exactly what KBB offered. Go see'em!

Ryan was excellent! I called him the afternoon before Thanksgiving to see if they had a specific CR-V in stock because another dealer wouldn't work out the deal we wanted. He ended up having the vehicle, we went over to see it, and the entire sale process took about an hour and a half total! Normally I sit for hours to buy a car but he was quick! Our finance guy was excellent too.such a nice man. Very pleased with our experience!
