Brought my car to check out the air conditioner and display screen that were having some issues. The extended warranty came in super handy and took care of what would've been a hefty bill. What needed to be replaced was replaced and I didn't pay a thing when I picked it up. I am super happy with the services I was provided by Honda. Cezar Melena was very professional and friendly and made sure my car and I were taken care of.

I've been bringing my new 2021 Honda HRV since I bought it back in March of last year, and every single time I come I'm never disappointed! I will say the last few times I came, I did wait a while to be checked in when I had an appointment. However! Today, Alex Flores helped me, and the second I pulled in he came out and checked me in right away, when I asked him how long it would be he had said 2 hours, and to my surprise he was right on the dot when he called and told me my car was ready. Today was the best experience I have had at Hardin Honda, and I will be back! Thank you Alex for being helpful!

I came in at 2:40 without an appointment on a Thursday afternoon, and I was done with an oil change, tire rotations, and air filter change about an hour later! I hung out in the customer lounge and worked with their free wifi until the service was completed. Cezar was the associate who helped me out, and he very helpful, upfront, and communicative from the very beginning. He was professional and kind and very accommodating to what I needed done. Even though this location is slightly further away from my house, it's definitely worth it.

Brought in my accord for regular maintenance and my advisor cezar was awesome! He was really nice when he came out to the car and kept me up to date on how long my car was going take. My cashier Jeremy was very friendly and nice enough to go over the report card they did of my car, letting me know what kind of maintenance I should be expecting on my next visit. Love the service center at hardin and will continue to bring my car to them

"Pleasant experience" and "car buying" typically don't go hand in hand, but my recent purchase at Hardin Honda was the least stressful and most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car. This was primarily because of the superb customer service I got from David Do. He was recommended by many people I know and I am so glad I came to this dealership specifically for him.
He is patient, honest, up front, and worked really hard to get what my family was looking for. Thank you David for taking care of us, we will definitely be back here for future purchases!

Just received amazing service from the helpful employees of Hardin Honda. I was greeted by my advisor Juan, very kind and would provide updates. Tech Hector did an amazing job on my vehicle and was able to get it done in a timely manner. Cashier Jeremy was able to get me checked out fast and ready to go pick up my son. I made an appointment at 8 am to have my A/C looked at today. I was told that they were too backed up and my car wouldn't get looked at until Tuesday. I understand that everyone is backed up but I am not sure what the point of making an early morning appointment is for if all I was going to do is leave the car for 3 days before it gets looked at.
After seeing the reply to contact Matt Sharp, I emailed him in regards to my experience. As I expected, that PUBLIC reply was just for show to make it look like they care. I've waited 1 week since emailing him about my experience and privately, I've gotten no response. It's a great business practice to save face in public with minimal effort, but not a great way to earn any business. I've only ever bough Honda cars since I started driving and since I moved to Anaheim, I had hoped to have a good local dealership, but alas, this is not the case for Hardin Honda.

Hardin Honda is rated A + service in my book. John the service advisor checked under my hood and said I don't need any repairs. I am thankful for his honesty and it was worth the drive from Long Beach to Anaheim. They also have a wide variety of beautiful cars if your looking to buy one. The sales tax is less in Orange county.

Honestly I feel lied to and they took advantage of me. They replaced something without my permission, had me pick up car right before they were closing so I couldn't speak to a manager before paying. I felt forced to pay, went back to speak to the manager the next day. They had me wait for Monday until their main boss came in. He basically said in a nice way that I was stupid for paying.
Of course I feel stupid for paying, but I really needed my car. They have yet to help me with this concern, don't go here don't trust them, some guy named Alex "helped" me. Just avoid this Honda place as much as you can. This place will take advantage of you and take every penny if they could.

Absolutely, do not go here! I have been coming here for about 2 years just doing routine oil changes, tire rotations and the basic needed maintenance. But I just learned they do not know how to rotate tires and will cause damage to vehicles, maybe lack of training or rushing but they can mess up a car! 2 days ago I brought my car here for routine oil change and tire rotation.
The Representative told me there was a "stuck" lug nut in the drivers side rear tire. They Said something about "heat" caused it so I said fix it. Not knowing an about this I stupidity agreed, but did research after since this seemed like a very weird repair, I also spoke to knowledgable Honda employees on how these things occur. I learned through multiple people it's due to error on the person over tightening lug nuts and making them stuck.
I also learned this was 100% this dealers fault as they were the ones who rotated my tires last and of course they made me pay almost $350 for the "repair" 2 days ago which I find out today was not needed and there are alternative solutions they failed to give me. In addition when they started work 2 days ago they walked me to the back and showed me what they were doing, I asked him would he be scratching the round part of the rim and the repair man who was standing next to the service rep said no he would not have to damage or scratch the rim and that there would just be shavings from the nut, easily cleanable but no damage or issues.
I said then I don't want any damage, at that point there wasn't damage so I left. Today, I sadly find that they completely ruined my rim! I paid a lot of extra money from the dealer to upgrade to this particular rim from the dealer showroom and now it looks horrible, majority scratched and unrepairable Which they promised they would no do. Never will i return here and I will be contacting upper management and addressing further both the damage and misrepresentation they caused.

Unprofessional, unreliable and rude service. I've had my car serviced here once and decided that I would come back for all my car needs but after the terrible and rude service I received that will no longer be the case. The male that "helped" me treated me with a condescending tone that was hard to ignore. I had made an appointment (I've made them before through other Honda centers before without a problem) and the male didn't seem to have any intentions in helping me since he was so interested in knowing who had made my appointment on the phone. By the looks of it this place is already known for having jerks working here.

I took my car in for the B1 service a few months ago. Everything was fine until I took the car on a road trip a few days later. On the trip my battery died and I had to pay over $300.00 to have a guy come out and replace my battery. When I looked at my service record it said my battery checked out fine. When I looked at my battery terminals they were covered in oxidation and buildup, there was also an acid leak which exacerbated the failure.
When I got back I called their service department and the service manager told me he was sorry but his guy 'must've missed it, ' and before I even mentioned the cost of my roadside service he told me they don't owe me anything and there was nothing he could do. He then tried to hang up on me. When I asked to speak to his boss he told me he was the boss.
And when I asked to speak to his manager he said 'Shane' would call me back shortly. As you can imagine, I never received the call. Since I paid them for incomplete service I'm starting to wonder what else they have 'missed' in the past. Obviously my battery wasn't even looked at and it was marked off as good on my inspection print out. I know things happen but the rudeness and dismissiveness was totally uncalled for. I'm never going back and I'm telling everyone I know to no longer use them. All around a really sad situation.
