I bought a 2018 Mercedes Benz c300 from here. The quality and miles were great. Price was also fair. Eric helped me and had great customer service. Highly recommend. Eric even picked me up from the car rental place. Final paperwork for buying the car only took 15 to 30 minutes. Amazing.

Owners and workers will only be nice if your asain! Walked in with 10000 cash, but assumed i was broke because of my skin color. They saw me and told me if i was lost lol. Cars arent good. Leaks and problems the do not tell you

BEWARE OF THEIR CARS. Leased a car from this company through Fair.com and found out that all the tires were unsafe and that one was installed incorrectly. For this to happen the car dealership had to have not done a proper safety check because the tire professional said that this would NEVER pass safety inspection. Would not buy a car from here!

BUYERS BEWARE! Please DO NOT let what happened to me happen to you! If you plan to buy a car here please take some sort of car expert because this dealership will lie to you. I was sold a non-drivable car. I was sold a dangerous Honda Civic this year. I can only drive it if I invest $3000 in a NEW MOTOR! I already invested $1000 in new water pump, thermostat, and radiator because of leaks it presented the entire month I owned it. (Feb 2021) I thought buying authentic Honda parts was me "treating the car nice".

After trying to repair, the car left me stranded in the middle of DTLA! It was very nerve racking :( After numerous trips to the car shop they found the crack that causes water to leak and my radiator to combust. WE ASKED ABOUT ANY LEAKS DURING THE PURCHASE OF THIS CAR AND PREVIOUS WORK IT HAD BUT THEY LIED. During my very first trip to the car shop, our mechanic noticed stop leak antifreeze being used.

We hoped it wasn't used for anything major but we were very wrong. We were sold an $8000 car that they knew would only last a month. I went back to the TopLine to complain to Kenny, the owner. The best he could do was an I'm sorry. PLEASE BEWARE AND RESEARCH BEFORE PURCHASE! IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE TIME THEN TAKE IT FROM ME WHO HAS ALREADY GONE THROUGH THIS!

I'm sorry to see the negative reviews here because my experience with Topline has been GREAT! I never dealt with a non-corporate dealership before so I was slightly wary plus I was a little concerned about the negative reviews. However, they had the car I wanted so I made the purchase. The price was fair and Eddie was my representative. He is always responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with!

There was a snafu with New Century BMW, who were absolutely terrible! (See my review on New Century) but Topline took care of me. I am so glad I got my car here! HUGE thanks to Topline and especially Eddie!

BUYER BEWARE. Came in with cash on hand, bought the car. A week later it needed $1500 in repairs for a gas tank leak. Never received the registration or title in the mail, after waiting over 6 weeks I called DMV and was told they have not finished the transaction or provided the required documents to finish the title transfer. Ethan made excuses including that their "accountant" is on vacation, come to find out the plates and registration have been sitting on someone's desk for the last 3 weeks. The title was never transferred. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!

Well organized dealership, Ethan is very helpful. Since I live out of state the paper work process is a bit tricky but we managed it through. Dealer is eager to communicate and offer solutions. Got myself a really comfy car and I like it. Would do business again!

Save your time and money! Stay away from this dealer! Service is really great because of the people but car wise DO NOT PURCHASE. Just called them to see about their one month / one year warranty and did not get any help! They do not care once you buy the car of the lot! So I bought this Honda Accord @ 108k. Not even a gas tank later and it breaks down!

Check engine light is on and now after paying so much for this car I now have to spend money out of pocket because these guys here "ETHAN" who don't know and can't set up the Edmunds policy. Pretty pathetic. Cars here aren't reliable and neither is the staff!

I came by to look at a vehicle I found listed on CarGurus, I drove 2 hours to see this car and when I arrived the car was available for me to look at since it was left unlocked which was great. A few minutes went by and none of the salesmen approached me so I figured maybe they're busy, I started to look at their whole car lot and some salesmen were next to me on their phones and they didn't even acknowledge me.

I started to walk even closer to them to see if I could even get a "hello" or "do you need any help today?" But nope nothing. I'm not going to lie their inventory looked great filled with luxury vehicles I just wish their workers would be a little more welcoming. I could've easily went inside the office and asked for assistance but after the salesmen ignored me I left and went to another dealership nearby and they were extremely welcoming and helpful. Please read this review and improve in assisting your customers.

I called about a car advertised on cars.com that was listed at a great price, and I was told the car was still in inventory. I took a chance and made the 30 mile drive to Topline, and I'm glad I did! I found the vehicle to be in the same (great) condition as advertised and pictured. Ethan and the team worked with me to meet my cash budget for the vehicle, and Ethan even gave me a ride to my credit union, which was a 20 minute drive away.

We had good conversation, and he was very pleasant to deal with. It was a no hassle purchase, and I was very pleased overall with the experience. I would highly recommend to any family or friends! Thanks Topline!

If I could give this dealership 0 starts that's what they would get. I went on Thursday April 18th to purchase a ford transit van from them. I am from Salinas CA and drove almost 5 hours to purchase the van. When I called to topline automotive to see what condition the van was Eddie the sales person told me it was in good condition. I got to the dealership and test drove the van it seem good no problems.

I purchased it and after 2 hours of driving back home the van starts making a rattling noice so I pulled over, as I'm coming to a stop the van starts shaking like if it was going to turn off. Luckily I was able to get home. The next day I took it to the shop. To come find out the sparks plus, coils and the valve cover we're no good. I called Eddie back and he said he talk to his boss and that the car was SOLD AS IS! They didn't want to help me in any way. Save yourself the trouble and DONT BUY CARS FROM THEM!

I called Topline Auto to ask about specific vehicles I found in Carfax.com in which they allegedly have at their dealership for sale. Turns out they actually dont have any of those cars at all. Buyers beware. This dealer places fake ads for some reason and it seems like they are up to no good.

Worst customer service ever. Came in with cash on hand, ready to buy a vehicle. Never got greeted by anyone. And they claim they were unable to sell vehicles because "the banks were closed." I feel they discriminate off of looks and color. Definitely will take my business elsewhere.

Had a deal worked out, went to my credit union and got the approval, once everything was done, they wanted to raise the price, and lower what was going to be given for my trade. All the cars are as-is because they dont do any maitanance to there cars when they get them and just put them online. Over all a very bad experiance just seems like the company is penny pinching.

Purchased a vehicle today for my grandparents and the guys at Topline were patient and helpful throughout the process. Firstly, their selection of cars seemed amazing. A lot of high end cars with competitive pricing. We were lucky enough to be enrolled in the Edmund's warranty program. I experienced A+ customer service and a family type of environment.

This is a first day, off of the lot review, so if my opinion should change I will be revisiting this yelp page. At the very least, go check them out. You will be pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality service.

I bought a car yesterday from Topline Automotive and I am very happy with it! My experience with Topline and their staff has been top notch from the beginning. I had been looking to buy a used BMW for 5 years now, and due to unforeseen circumstances I was looking to buy one within the month. I did my research and did my numbers, and found 3 really good deals.

I checked out the other cars and dealers in Orange County and had my friend also run numbers on her end. I expressed interest in the car I found at Topline and called to see when I could check it out. The manager/director, Ethan Lam, helped me from start to finish. He was great! Not pushy or aggressive, very communicative, and super helpful. I filled out the online application they have on their website for financing and he found me such an awesome deal/rate, it was unbelievable.

He went above and beyond and I am very happy with his efforts! The quality of the cars that Topline has is impressive. The car I ended up buying looked really clean and well-maintained. There are extensive photos for every one of their vehicles available online, so there were no surprises. They have an extremely nice selection of used luxury cars that have been well-maintained and look brand new.

The car I chose runs beautifully and was such a good deal, it still feels unreal! I love my car! Thank you so much Ethan! I appreciate the awesome service and quality vehicle. Grateful!

BEWARE! I worked with Eddie (whom I had to call several times because he never would call me back) regarding trading my BMW 750i in for a Camaro with only 3/k + miles Eddie like I already said would never get back with me and honestly didn't even seem like he wanted to sell a car. Don't ask me how this dealership can stay afloat with the horrible customer service they have. There are a lot of car dealerships out there don't waste your time with this one.

This place was all about hiding damages. Asian dealership, horrible customer service. The driver side window didn't work while on a test drive. So the rep driving with me called his boss, his boss responds while on the phone, "not a big deal." The rep says this out loud, and I turn to him and say, "Not a big deal? You think I want to buy a car when the driver side window doesn't work, not a big deal?".

The car was utter garbage, management, was utter garbage. This place is utter garbage. I understand you might be desperate, but no one should be this desperate. Find a better deal somewhere else. I promise you there is a better deal somewhere else.

BUYER BEWARE! My 18 year old son saved up his hard earned money to buy his first car. We came to Topline to make the purchase. Our salesman was Eddie. My son actually test drove the vehicle on his 18th birthday and it was supposed to be a good experience. We explained to Eddie that it was his very first purchase and a gift to himself for his 18th birthday.

My son works very hard and this purchase was a huge deal for him! We even had this discussion with the salesman, who mentioned in the conversation that he has a daughter. He also took the time to give my son knowledge about the particular vehicle he was interested in. Eddie seemed trustworthy. I wonder how he would feel if someone took advantage of his child the way they did mine? Anyway, my son went to the credit union the next day and was approved for a loan.

He was thrilled! I took the following day off of work to drive him back to the dealership to finalize his deal. It was so good to see the smile on my son's face. Just 12 days later, the transmission goes out on his way to work! We called Eddie and explained what happened. We asked what they could do to help. Eddie said he would speak with his manager and get back to us.

The next day, he did call back to say the manager is unwilling to resolve the issue. After reading other reviews here, it's evident that the people who run this place are dishonest, sleazy and have zero integrity. There are thousands of dealerships out there. Take your business elsewhere. P.s. I posted a picture of my son as he was driving his first car off of the lot.

Look at his face- how happy he was! If they could be so heartless with an 18 year old kid buying his first car, that goes to show what kind of people are running this establishment.

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. These guys were absolutely terrible. We made an appointment to purchase a 2015 Toyota Rav 4, drove OVER two hours to get there, and by the time we got there they had already let another family test drive and buy the car. Very unprofessional, wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. Beware. They could treat you like they treated us. I guess what they say is true, you can never trust car salesmen, especially the guys at Topline Automotive. They have no idea how to properly conduct business, be wary.

Came here several times to test drive cars. Unlike your stereotypical used car lot, the people here are friendly and professional even if you don't buy from them (they probably get enough business from the rich Chinese immigrants that it's OK if you just wanted to test drive.) Ask for Ethan he's very cool and low-key. Their prices are also very competitive. I might actually buy my next car from them someday.

Came here about a week ago to check out a listing about a 2010 Mercedes C300 on car gurus. The moment I saw the car, I immediately emailed them. Got a response pretty quick. When I got the email I called them to ask if I can come in to check it out in person. Guy on the phone was Eddie. Very nice guy, very professional and easy to talk to. I got there and he greeted me with a smile and was happy to see me.

He showed me the car I wanted and even let me take it for a test drive. I told him I wanted to purchase the car. We sat down and talked about it. Did all the dealership work he had to do and started the deal. Few days passed and I got everything ready and finalized so I signed the contract this past Monday. Got the car for a killer deal. Save me a lot of money. Mr. Eddie is really easy to talk to, he will give you all the details you need and also help you throughout your transaction.

He will try his best to put you in the car you want. I give Topline Auto a 5 star not only because I was happy with my car but that the service is amazing. It was smooth sailing and everyone who works at Topline treat you with respect, greet you when you get in and help you buy a car. I highly recommend this place. Go talk to Eddie, he will help you!

Very bad experience. All the vehicles are accident ridden but they fixed them or covered them without actually fixing it cosmetically. Complete RIP off. You will know if you take the vehicle to DEALER to trade and have them perform appraisal for the car like for example BMW, Take to BMW showroom for trade-in to check from them. You will get the real picture and car value.

Absolutely horrible and dishonest business. Misleading information provided about contract cancelation option agreement. We purchased a car on Friday and it broke down by Monday. Based on misleading information we basically paid for a car that was not working. Management was very unprofessional and rude.
