I recently purchased a vehicle from Airport Marina Ford and I have to say it was a unexpected pleasure dealing with Anthony Lisica. Car buying is typically stressful since there are so many moving pieces. But this purchasing experience was smooth - Anthony expedited the paperwork, worked around my travel schedule and made it simple and easy for me since it was a long-distance transaction everything was sent overnight with tracking numbers and he was able to accommodate the many factors that go into dealing with with a long distance transaction. They were not forcing prices or deals, I wanted a good deal and I got super close to what I was wanting. When they show you the car, they dont show you to get you to buy it, it's more of like just showing you what every future does to see if it's a good fit or not. I recommend this goes dealer ship out of most. Great customer service, they are on top of things.

In the in the past I have found the service here to be pretty good, but lately service reps are nonexistent. The actual service work is fine. I dropped my car off at 8 AM for a basic oil change and service, the service rep told me they would call me when the car was ready (est 1.5 hours) I never heard back. I finally called a day later and it was ready, so no communication whatsoever.
Also they no longer have a shuttle to take you home, most dealerships when you buy a new car will always offer you a ride home, or at least an Uber, airport marina Ford doesn't offer anything and they're proud of it.

I just leased my second car from the team at Airport Marina Ford today. My first experience with them was three years ago and the process was easy, seamless, and with excellent customer service. I live in Orange County so it's a hike to go back to an LA dealer, but I was so impressed with them that I definitely wanted to give them my business. Today I worked with Cia, my sales rep (who was beyond knowledgeable, helpful, and gracious), Prince (my sales team leader who tolerated my persistent negotiation with patience), and with Robert (the finance guru) who finished the process quickly so that I could get on the road to pick my kids up on time. I highly recommend this team for your next car purchase or lease!

I dropped my car off for electrical issues. They told me that the wait would take a few days just to get the car looked at. I said it was fine. A week later, I still hadn't gotten a word. I called and asked for an ETA and was told that they still hadn't looked at it. A week and they hadn't even looked at it yet? The person helping me said he'd get it expedited and call me around noon.
A week later is not expedited but fine. Noon came and still no call. They next day came and still no call. By this point I was tired and just told them to cancel the service and return the car. It would be one thing if they told me the wait would be a week. Even two. Any form of communication, and the wait would be fine. But the fact that I heard nothing for so long is what upsets me.
I just needed an ETA. But the silence was unprofessional. I didn't know i would be without a car for a week. I was told a few days. And no loaner was offered. How much longer would i be without a car if I hadn't picked it up? I know a lot of companies are without staff or product right now. I'm aware of the shortages. But COMMUNICATE it. Don't leave your customers wondering what's going on.

Nick was a big help and very kind and responsive. Nicole and Laurie both get stuff done and have exceptional follow up. Rob in finance was amazing and we feel fortunate to have dealt with such a proactive team that cared about our satisfaction and having a good experience. Lori, Maria and Ernie were great to work with - very pleasant and very professional. When we were finished with the paperwork, financial arrangements, etc., I would have said it was the best new car experience I have had. However, I have now been waiting for a long time (we'll over an hour or two) for my new car to be washed. This is so upsetting. I am 78 years old and this is unacceptable!
