Loved the salesman we worked with, but very frustrated that right after we bought the car the wheel bearing went out and the catalytic converter needed replaced. They did fix the catalytic converter which was fine, but we covered the wheel bearing. But highly recommend Teagan for any sales you need!

It's ok your average dealership nothing sets them apart. Small sales team and never really go the extra mile for you and always have to call about updates never called unless it involves them getting more money. More than Fair trade it value for my car, where kinda persistent on using there banks even after saying no 15+ times.

If you need someplace that treats you like their own, this is the place. They take care of you, listen to your needs, get your work done on your vehicle and have you out the door with yourself feeling pleased and knowing that it was done right. I bought my Escape here and every tho my last vehicle wasn't a Ford, I still come back here for the maintenance and the workers. Because when you find someone you like and again knows what their doing you'll make sure they have your business every time!

I had an AWESOME experience with donleys parts salesman, Derrick Chapman. He 100% went above and beyond for me today to get my car back on the road in a tight pinch while I was broken down on the side of the road. He jumped through hoop after hoop trying to get me what I needed. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone that needs Ford parts to go see Derrick. He will get ya taken care of.

Very nice facility. The set up where you are in the office when you deal with your salesperson are very nice. They had a good selection even though the whole Covid aftermath of no new cars. Everyone of the staff was very nice and courteous. If your looking for a nice new Ford and want a more friendly dealership then I suggest stopping in and giving them a chance.
