Something is seriously wrong with this dealership. I tried to custom order a new X5 with them but customer service was disturbingly bad. Everyone from the CA to sales manager and GM was awful. At the after feeling that I was banging my head against a wall for 5 days I decided that I couldn't trust this dealership to execute my order at an acceptable level. There are so many dealerships in the area that are miles ahead in terms of customer service that I wouldn't bother with these clowns.

I have bought two vehicles from here. First deal was two years ago, second was three weeks ago. First deal perfect, Second deal perfect. I thought. Three weeks later salesman called and said I owe $3000. Finance department snuck the $3000 cash down payment on the contract that we never discussed. Was it my fault for not catching it? Sure it was! My fault. Regardless, they pulled a fast one on me and got away with it. I will go else where for my next purchase.

My wife and I had gotten a flat tire at 7:15 in the evening and needed to get our grandson home that night. We were able to drive to Ziegler Orland BMW where we were graciously met by a staff that was doing everything possible to help us. We were greeted by Paul Kay and a porter who immediately checked the tire and found the tire was indeed flat and unable to be repaired. Paul immediately checked with Joe DiGiovanni to see what could be done for us that evening, Joe worked some amazing magic and was able to give us a loaner.
The next morning we we're immediately contacted and they explained they would have the car fixed by 11:00AM. When we came back to pick up the car we were again amazed by the service we received from Richard Poole, he was very attentive and informative he even introduced us to the BMW Genius Josh Mendoza to set up our profiles, something which our dealership (Bill Jacobs BMW) failed to do for us.
While we currently live closer to Bill Jacobs BMW we agreed to have our home dealership changed to Ziegler, and will refer all friends and family to Ziegler. Thank you for an amazing experience.
The next morning we we're immediately contacted and they explained they would have the car fixed by 11:00AM. Good service and price, given market conditions. They were easy to work with. Dan B and Will worked with us. Jose had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. Gabe handled the financing. Car was detailed, fueled up, and ready to go. Everyone was friendly, professional, acted with integrity, and I really felt they had a desire to earn my business. I really couldn't ask for any better. Car and experience were worth traveling 500 miles for. Would do business with them again.

Me and my wife purchased two vehicles from the dealership one on March 29, 2022 and another on March 30, 2022. The first transaction went smooth. They filled the vehicle with fuel and we were happy with the customer service. So happy that we purchased another vehicle the very next day. Now the second vehicle, a totally different story. When I test drove the vehicle, I found a couple of discrepancies with the vehicle and the dealership promised to fix them.
They also promised to fill the vehicle with fuel and they didn't. When I left the dealership, I was several miles away when the fuel light and two other messages popped up on the dashboard. I notified the dealership and was asked to bring the vehicle back. At that time, I requested a loaner. I had to plead and beg for a loaner vehicle because they didn't want to provide me with one. Finally, they agreed to give me a loaner and they were going to address the discrepancies found.
A week later they told me that they needed their loaner back and I assumed my vehicle was fixed but absolutely nothing was done in a weeks time. I had to give the loaner back and now I have a vehicle that I can't drive or a loaner to get to work with. I feel like I was duped by the dealership.

Ask for Seraj! Period. 5 stars for this guy and a -0 for the service team and Corey and Gabe. I purchased a 2022 BMW X6 back from this place custom back in December with Seraj. His customer service from start to finish was unmatched. He is probably one of the most honest and genuine sales reps I'd ever worked with. He was upfront about cost, down payments and he literally held my hand via text for roughly the six weeks I was awaiting my truck to be delivered.
This was my first true car buying experience and my first lease as well. Mr. Cary made the financing piece to the point too. I wasn't interested in too much haggling and these guys didn't even try. I understand my situation and vowed that when I return in 3 years or so I'd look for Seraj. The only side note I would add is that.and so incredibly unfortunate is that a few weeks after picking my truck up I caught a serious nail.
I panicked called Roadside who came unprepared, they changed my tire out to the spare. I had to ride on the spare for longer than I needed too. I called and made an appt and when I arrived over an hour out from the city on a spare. I was met by Corey who was very none solution focused. Be advised that the tire was one back order for 4 weeks and that they had no loaner vehicles.
He checked to see if I had wheel and tire warranty which I did not but I am adding. He sent me back on the road and told me that he would call when the tire arrived. Magically on my way to work another hour back into the city, I get a call from Gabe selling me on warranty and explains that if I came in the next day he has a loaner, WOW! Needless to say, I could tell these guys where playing games so I quickly contacted Seraj.
He explained to me to go get the tire plugged which I did but unfortunately because the tire was sooooo flat due due to the size of the nail. I now have a tire with a bulge that needs replacement. Seraj ensured he would advise me further. I have requested to not work with Corey and to perhaps work with a person of color. Never heard back from Gabe or Corey.
I would advise this place for sales. Those guys are young and hungry. Seraj is an amazing guy upfront and honest and he will work to get you what you want. I would also advise Mr. Carey for finance but if either of them where to no longer be of service I would not patron this establishment and seek a lease somewhere else.

Dennis from Orland Park BMW was amazing! He helped me custom build my X7. He was super helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything in great detail, answered any questions my husband and I had, and always kept me in the loop on the progress of the car. When the car was ready to be picked up he made sure most of the paperwork was done before we came in so we could be in and out fast and not have to be sitting and waiting a long time. Overall best experience at a car dealership. I would highly recommend Dennis and Orland Park BMW!

Our friendly & helpful salesman, Mahdi, provided excellent customer service & made the car leasing experience much less stressful. He's very knowledgeable & accommodating & offered to let us take the vehicle home for the weekend to test it out. There was a last minute surprise in the finance office, but it was quickly rectified to our satisfaction. I'd definitely recommend.

Came from another state to purchase an SUV and trade my current one in. Texted the salesman(Sid) that I was 30 min away and he then let me know they no longer have the car because the GM overnighted it to his friend. They've been open 3 1/2 hours, they could have checked and called me instead of having me come prepared to purchase from 2 1/2 hours away.
Then tried to offer me vehicles more expensive than the one I wanted to purchase. I don't want to shop somewhere where the MANAGER undermines their own staff for their personal gain. Their employee could have had a sale today and that messes with their livelihood. Take your business to another dealership.

Zeigler does a great job w/ service. There Hike service is very convenient for recalls/service. They always wash the car and take care of topping off fluids and deliver the car nice and clean w/ new car smell. I will continue to use Zeigler BMW of Orland Park and highly recommend their new car and service facilities.

I love it here! It's never fun to get your car serviced, but the ambiance in Zeigler is unmatched, which makes it a full experience. I'm not sure if it's the fireplace, the Starbucks, the lighting, or the vintage artwork in the men's bathroom that I love the most lol. It just feels good while you wait. Russel tracy a day ago We were charged $196 labor to install a new battery in a BMW X3. I learned later from a highly rated independent repair shop that their labor charge for the same service was $50. We were told that Ziegler charges $1600 to replace the X3's valve cover gasket. A five star independent shop specializing in foreign cars quoted us $585 for the same service. I do not recommend this company.

We bought our car from Gus back in November, who was just great. Helpful, not pushy, just a class act. We are from Louisiana, so the out of state purchase was expected to be complicated by us, but was actually a breeze! Fast forward to January and there was an error with the third party title company and we received a fine from our Louisiana OMV. I called BMW, spoke to Lisa, and she "did not play games". She had the issue resolved in about thirty minutes. Dealing with the Louisiana government offices is no easy feat, so my hat off to you, Lisa. Thank you so much!

My car broke down so had to get it towed around 6pm. Spoke to corey and he said my car will be in review in the morning. Did not hear anything the whole next day. Called around 6pm and they said they had no notes or information on my car. Called back in the 2nd day morning and was quoted 5000 in repairs and another 600$ for battery change that i had changed a week ago.
Terrible service. Was quoted $950 at another shop for the same repairs. The diagnostics were half wrong. nothing was in the engine/motor. no battery needed to be change dc. pulleys didn't have to be removed. When i said i'm getting my car towed out to a different shop i was charged 195$ for diagnostics. Asked to get my car appraised three times and they said they would call, never did. (Still waiting hah) Attached is proof. -Don't ever take your car here! Cons: over priced! Hard to get a hold of! Pro: receptionist was nice, cashier was nice.

Ziegler BMW was easy to buy from but terrible to deal with for service. In November 2021, I bought a CPO 2018 330i, and noticed while looking over the car that the silver trim piece surrounding the gear shift lever was bubbling and the molding around the windshield was dried and cracked. In my opinion, these issues should have been fixed before the car was ever put on sale as Certified Pre-Owned.
I addressed this with Gigi, my salesperson, and she said they should be able to fix it. After two weeks, she called me to set up a service appointment, telling me that she'd reserved a loaner for me. When I arrived for my service appointment, the porter pointed at a bench in the service advisor lobby, and told me to sit and wait. I sat on that bench for 30 minutes before a service advisor even addressed me. Replacing two trim pieces is a simple job, so I asked the SA if the parts were in stock or if they'd need to be ordered.
It took him over an hour to tell me that he couldn't figure out if they had the parts in stock. They offered me a loaner (the loaner Gigi had told me she reserved for me) which took another 45 minutes to locate. The "loaner" was a USED car that was older than my own vehicle, was dirty and sticky inside, and the main user profile was titled "ME BITCH".
The car also displayed low battery charge service alerts. I drove the loaner home and waited to hear about the parts. Eventually they called to tell me that they did not have the parts and would need to order them, which could take a while. Given the global supply chain issues, I cannot hold this against Ziegler, but I was not getting stuck with that terrible loaner car.
I demanded they return my car to me, and the employee who delivered my car parked it in my parking lot and turned the ignition off with the windows down and the sunroof open. in December. The average MPH, which I had recently reset, was several MPH higher than when I dropped it off. In the end, I sat in their dealership for over 2 hours (where not a single employee wore a mask just as omicron was beginning to surge) only to be given a crappy loaner and for no work to be done to my vehicle.

I saw very few employees wearing face masks. At the the very least. if a customer is talking to you wearing a mask, please give them some respect and wear yours. It's not that hard to be considerate of others who cannot get sick. Would I buy another car from here? Probably not. I wish to be respected.

Dominic Congelose Was amazing. He reached out to me via email and we talked about everything I wanted. We did everything remotely, and the process was quick and easy. He sealed the deal in an hour. He was extremely prompt. The customer service was amazing. As soon as I'm ready for my next purchase I will definitely contact him. When a business goes out of their way to block access to another business is pretty sad. Was honestly looking at a used car, but I wouldn't buy anything from them if it was the last place on earth. Pretty pathetic. Since I can't respond to the reply, I will say this. That statement would be believable if you actually blocked the access at the road. Instead you block an access road, which makes everyone actually turn around in your lot. The lot itself is wide open, so not buying it.

Dreadful experience dealing with this dealership. Emailed ahead of time to make sure they had the vehicle I wanted to see in stock, and when I get there they tell me that everything is sold and would I like to see a used car. Seriously? I drive a $120K 750 and was looking for something similar, not a used piece of crap. Also, they show on their website that they have several cars available, but when I asked the lady about those she said they are all customer orders and not available. Total waste of time driving all the way out there.

You will always remember the day you were had by a dealership. They may be good to friend and relatives, not to me, They mis diagnosed my vehicle, told me my motor was blown and used my urgency to get back on my feet to make another sale. Screwed me on that deal as well. Never took any credit for destroying my vehicle in service department. Told me my battery was bad and let me dive away to let car die again, this time they said o there's no oil in the car, motor seized. Why did they say it was the battery? Shady criminals.

I bought a car from Ziegler BMW and they had the price listed on Autotrader. I went in, test drove car, offered to buy it. They ran my credit first and THEN told me that I had to pay an addition $4200 for work they did on the car if I wanted it. So, had to negotiate the price down to something more than they had it listed for online. Beyond used car sales tactics, should be embarrassing coming from a BMW dealership. Then, when I am finally ready to leave, I get in my car and my front license plate is just sitting on the seat. Having to go back in the dealership to tell them to mount it, they say they don't have any license plate brackets and I would have to come back another time (50 Mile drive) if I wanted them to put my license plate on my car. LOL Any stars they get go to the sales guy I worked with. Nice guy who was just getting blindsided by shady internal tactics and horrible operations. How do you not have a license plate bracket?

We worked with Brendan and were extremely interested in purchasing an Acura that was for sale. Brendan's customer service skills were lacking. He did not seem interested in our business whatsoever. After we test drove the car and told him we would like to figure out the numbers for a monthly payment. He had us sit at a table while he decided to assist another customer and keep us waiting. Eventually we got fed up with waiting as it was clear Brendan was far more interested in assisting this other customer. Would not recommend this dealership whatsoever.

Giving this amazing five star review to one of their service employees. if anybody knows Richard or has dealt with Richard, please know and keep in mind that he will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and you're happy and satisfied before you walk out of that door! I had an issue about three weeks ago missing piece of trim on my car upon picking it up from service from BMW of Orland.
I try to obtain more information only get a hold of somebody that can assist me with my problem, for approximately 2 1/2 weeks I called an abundant amount of times and no answer. Finally I decided to go in one day and speak to somebody that can help me! Richard Pool was the guy that will basically take care of everything! He goes above and beyond!
I briefly had the chance to speak to Joe DiGiovanni (I hope I'm not butchering the last name) which is the supervisor of BMW. I gave Richard great recognition because honestly in so many years of driving and taking my car is in for regular maintenance or service I have never been treated with such an amazing outstanding customer service! Richard pool for BMW CEO! Honestly this trading again is only for the Service personnel, other than that I hate BMW!
