Just bought a 2022 HR-V EX here, and I have to say it was the most pleasant dealership experience I have had. Samantha was honest, upfront and answered all my questions. Dustin found me a great APR, and Ben saved me 70 dollars a month in car insurance. Just a super cool stress-free buying experience. I was blown away, honestly, so much better than other dealerships. I get a new Honda Pilot last year, and they offer you guarantees that you don't need. And if you buy those guarantees and then you don't wanted anymore they give you thousands of arguments and lairs. very disappointed and don't recommend you get any extra guarantees they offer. They just want make more money of you.

I recently purchased a 2022 Accord Hybrid Touring from Samantha Warren. She was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I also purchased an extended warranty, and road hazard protection plans from Christine Comeau.

Service dept suggested I replace a bunch of parts ($2300) that were dirty from an engine leak with no indication that the parts were bad. Fair play to them that they will eventually go bad due to the oil leak and replacing those parts would have kept my vehicle out of the shop longer. They're suggestions were not out of place and I do appreciate being informed of everything that was not perfect and spotless in the engine.

It seems premature to replace perfectly working but dirty parts without trying to fix the leak and cleaning things up first. Very friendly and helpful staff and great multipoint inspection that correctly diagnosed a problem another honda dealer misdiagnosed.

Paige and Ashley in the service department are stellar, I hope this place can retain them on the team, they both put in the work ethic and its clear. Paige helped me feel better about staying ontime with my new cars oil changes. I bought the car at Lundgren with Russel summer 2021. My car is so high tech and I love it. I only wish I didn't have to bring it out for service in the winter (my least favorite, least compatible with my personality) season of the 4.

I just moved to the area and a ton of thick slush had rained down into my driveway the morning of my oil change. I got stuck in my driveway and was about 10 minutes LATE to my appointment. Ashley was able to move it last minute to 12:15 instead of the noon slot I had attained through my Honda Link app. Both women in the service department made me feel heard, and feel a lot better and like I can trust them. Buying a good used vehicle is tough right now folks. However, Andy took the sting out of the used car buying experience. Can't complain: efficient, hard working, and I ended up with a sweet and reliable vehicle.

Had a great experience buying my vehicle from Lundgren. Andy was helpful, honest and friendly and made the whole process much simpler. I had found a vehicle I really liked there but still wanted to look elsewhere. By the end of the day, I knew I wanted the vehicle from Lundgren it was the best deal I found it was in great condition and Andy was the best sales person I worked with. So, we went back to Lundgren after I texted Andy that I wanted to come back in that night. Unfortunately, we were only able to get there half an hour before close, but that was not an issue for Andy or the Lundgren staff. I would highly recommend using Lundgren!

Had a great experience buying my new car at Lundgren. Found the Civic I was looking for in stock and at a competitive price. Andy was great to work with. The car had a couple very minor cosmetic issues, and he quickly addressed them, going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. I appreciate all the help.
