Cheyenne Motors

Found them on Cargurus with a well priced car. They were inconsistent with responses and then simply stopped responding when I wanted to come see it. I tried a few times with no response. I now believe the well priced car was just a way to market themselves. Poor follow through=no sale.

I have been purchasing cars from Cheyenne Motors since 1999 when i purchased my first car which was a Toyota Corolla with low miles. I worked closely with Don Mancini and his son Brad to find the perfect car for college. They found a car in great shape and under my budget. Since then I have purchased three more cars from them and referred countless others. Don Mancini, may he rest in peace, was a tremendous person to do business with because he was fair and transparent.

Those are people I like to do business with. His son Brad has carried on the tradition of providing cars at a great value but more importantly treating every customer right.which is not done enough today. Brad is extremely fair and looks for the best deal for all parties. One of the cars I purchased from him was a BMW 325 which he spent over a month trying to locate.

If they do not have what you want just ask as Brad is more than happy to find a car for you. This is the only used car dealership that I will do business with as they are upfront, knowledgeable and know how to treat customers. Thank you for the great service Cheyenne Motors! I will be back for my next car.

Do not purchase a vehicle here! I purchased two, within a year both had completely rusted. They seemed nice when I came back with my first vehicle but fool me twice shame on me! The next vehicle that I purchased rusted within a year just like the first one. They should have seen this.

I had the best car buying experience ever! This was my first time I've ever felt comfortable making a purchase. I didn't have to look for hidden fees, wonder how much im losing on my trade, etc. There is honesty and transparency here that you won't find anywhere else. It's almost hard to believe. I've bought cars from many different dealers both large and small, and Cheyenne motors tops them all by far. I'm not one for writing reviews but credit must be given where it is due.

Great car buying experience! Brad is a great and honest guy unlike alot of people out there. He got my loan approved fast and considering my situation he really helped me out. He accepted my trade for the same offer CarMax gave me except his cars are actually reasonably priced. I purchased a 2009 Carolla and the car is in great shape. Overall nothing less than quality cars and quality people at this place. Brad even offered to give me gas money for the drive home. If you're looking for a used car, check this place out!
