I have had many positive experiences with the service department but recently had one that I felt was exceptional. As I was on my way out of town on a Saturday, a malfunction indicator light came on which required me to put my travels on pause. I called on a very busy Saturday and Kylea Durizch made time for me to bring my car in to be checked. This allowed me to make it to my vacation! She then contacted me on Monday to make sure that I made it to my destination without any car issues. Many thanks to Kylea!

No more Quality Only Quantity. Leith Acura has joined the ranks of typical bad customer service. My appt was for oil change and the cars first state inspection and my service advisor had a play on words that made me think there were no problems when I was walked to check out. Only to find out on my receipt I was being denied inspection! After trying to figure out what was going on with the service advisor Kylea D, she became heated quickly and basically turned on me: I was told to "get out of my booth" and "why are you at my place of work causing a scene" I was so shocked she would treat me this way, that anyone would be treated this way.

Especially as a customer trying to find out why a service is being declined. I asked for the service manager and I was denied! Im shocked that this is allowed. I did reach out again multiple times and I was told only that Acura technicians have the right to deny inspection (2021 RDX Lease) and the customer service issues I received were only handled by a manager.

I enjoyed my car buying experience. Kerry went through great lengths to make sure I got what I wanted. Very friendly staff and state of the art facility!

My buying experience here is less than desirable. Responsiveness was great but I did feel the numbers were more important than getting my business (totally fine as covid has impacted a customer's buying power). I didn't feel they were willing to work with me and they didn't even try. Upside was that I went to a different dealership and was able to secure a fair deal with exactly the car that I want. Tips to prospective buyer, if the dealership is not willing to work with you then what makes you think they have your business in mind? Pls Do your research and if you think it's not a fair deal (or lack thereof) then walk away.

We will no longer do business with Leith Acura b/c of an extremely bad and unpleasant experience my wife had with Kylea Durizch. Kylea gives off the impression that Leith Acura is her dealership and she runs the show. Well Leith just lost a lifetime customer b/c of their employee Kylea. I really hope she's worth it Leith, b/c I'm spreading the word now.

Between my husband's car and mine, we have been customers of Leith Acura in Cary for over 10 years! Their customer service is TOP notch - and always has been. Kylea is like seeing an old friend every time I come in, she is both professional & friendly. I truly appreciate all of the staff here. Many of them have been at the Cary dealership for several years, which tells you that they must be happy working here. Our salesperson, Kerry Leeburn, retired and came back, if that tells you anything! 5 stars!

I've been a customer of Leith Acura since 2013 and I've watched the overall customer service decline over the past 3 years. My breaking point was over an unpleasant experience my wife had with Kylea Durizch in the service department. Leith Acura allows their employees to talk down to their loyal customers and treat them poorly. Kylea told my wife to get out of her dealership. I didn't know it was Kylea's dealership, but apparently Leith is OK with Kylea representing them like this.

2 stars for the 2022 Acura MDX. It's an awesome vehicle! And 0 star for the service. The communication was awful. The sales person didn't even care if we would purchase the vehicle with zero follow-ups and minimum information provided with the classic passive attitude. That's the reason I walked away. During a market like this, you can definitely see what a dealer is truly like. True, you can take advantage of the seller's market and do whatever you feel comfortable. And I have every right to walk away and leave a comment describing my experience. Win-win. I'll wait for other available Acura vehicles and never try this dealer again.

I just purchased a '22 MDX here with Kerry Leeburn. I had an awesome experience from the moment I walked on the lot until the time I drove off the lot in my new car. Kerry followed through and did everything he said he would do, when he said he'd do it. With the supply chain issues the way they are, this was an almost 2 month process, but they did everything they could to make it as painless as possible. I absolutely love my new Acura and will highly recommend Kerry and Leith Acura Cary to anybody in the market.

My fiance and I just picked up our Acura RDX 2022 from Kerry Leeburn. We had put a deposit down in around November last year and had to wait for a few months due to COVID/Shortages. During the whole process from start, to waiting, to the car arriving on lot - Kerry was amazing at communicating and providing any/all the updates when asked. Due to COVID and the shortages some of the things changed - but Kerry took the extra steps to make sure we were 100% comfortable, 100% transparent, and understood the adjustments etc which we really appreciated. Highly recommend Kerry and his team!

Stay away from those thieves! This is an organized stealing mafia. They called for a recall and had the car for a few days. In the meantime they exchanged the mirror for an old one ( mine was perfect), exchanged the steering wheel with one that has rubber missing in one part and Honda symbol peeling on top of the steering wheel. Same for wheel caps and a plastic cover missing from under the hood.

My Honda was in perfect shape. They wanted to buy it and since I did not agree they stole parts or exchanged for old ones. They probably used them on their other Hondas they sell to get more money. Take pictures of your whole interior and videos before you leave the car there ( better yet go to another place but also be vigilant majority of mechanics are pathetic thieves and liars!), have cameras installed and mark your car parts. DO NoT leave anything in the car!

Empty all pockets. My car manual and 2 CDs were also stolen! So be vigilant especially if you are a female. You can NOT trusts anyone! If you take pics and videos right before the car is serviced you will have proof and can call the cops! Hopefully someone who does this will have them arrested! They are also pathetic males who attempt to flirt in order to appear nice and caring! Please be careful those are demons in human form!

I want to thank Douglas Hodges and Leith Acura Cary team for getting the MDX I want. It is difficult to get the specific configuration and color I am interested but Douglas is very professional, patient, honest and willing to help me on my request. He is very easy to work with and everything is smooth and transparent. I am enjoying my new car now. Thank you very much Douglas. I highly recommend Leigh Acura Cary!

Sent my wife if to have the a/c recharged. They told her that they had to do all the repairs on the a/c system before they could recharge it. Told her it was the LAW. They wanted over $400 without looking at it to see where it was leaking from. She left there took it to another Acura dealership, $80 later the system was recharged and fine. These guys are crooks. Women beware
