Recently purchased a Ford Raptor from Rolls Royce of Raleigh. From my first olive connection with Michelle, the office manger, to the final sale everything was seamless. Mo, the sales rep was great. Very casual approach to the sale. He just let me do my thing and didn't push anything. I was in a wedding later that day and after I made the decision to buy, I had a very limited amount of time to get my Audi appraised for trade in and get all the paperwork completed. Everything was done super fast and they had the truck delivered to the wedding venue within 30 minutes of me having to leave. Tony, the sales manager, has done a great job!

Got Tesla model X through Brianna, did it all remotely over the phone and email, car delivered from start to finish within 4 days. Team over there went out of their way to take care of everything. Very professional friendly and concerned about providing a good service and deal. Brianna was extremely helpful, she went above and beyond to ensure that I got everything I needed and worked out any details for me that needed to be worked out.

She showed that she truly cared about me as a customer by calling me, following up on things and just over all excellent service. Rolls-Royce motorcars Raleigh part of Westgate dealerships. My son and his fiance works for the Westgate dealership team for about 3 years or so working in marketing / advertising for the company. When they found out I was in the market for a car for his brother They immediately sent me links to used cars that Westgate was selling. Keep in mind Westgate is a large dealership in NC that include Rolls-Royce, jeep Chrysler, Dodge ram Kia and a few other dealerships.

Well several months ago we ended up at the Rolls-Royce dealership looking at a preowned Toyota Camry. Yes a Toyota Camry at the Rolls-Royce dealership well let me tell you the service was incredible, everyone was so friendly and the purchase was seamless! We were in and out in a matter of hours. Since then I've been back to the dealership a few times looking at some of the preowned Tesla's.

And although I still have not pulled the trigger on the Tesla customer Service continues to be five star. Highly recommend Rolls-Royce or any of the Westgate auto dealerships! My son and his fiancee absolutely love their job, the owner and their coworkers which tells me this is a Wonderful company with great work culture. Highly recommended!

Great team! Very responsive and professional. Jacob was awesome to deal with. I purchased a sight unseen Ferrari and had it delivered to my home. Not only did they make me feel comfortable doing so by providing me with detailed pictures and videos, they also disclosed to me any imperfections on the vehicle. They went above and beyond to assist me on my purchase and they delivered the vehicle to my in a timely fashion.

They had the check in the morning at 10am and the vehicle was at my house by 4pm that day! I will continue to do business with Jacob and his team. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW CAR!
