Great buying experience. Even though I was several states away there was no issues evaluating my trade and securing financing over the phone. Once I arrived Dustin was very personable and answered all my questions. Wendy in financing put no pressure to buy anything I didn't want and helped get me a lower rate then I thought possible. Would highly recommend.

I have been searching for a Jeep for over a year. With the current car market, it has been difficult. I came to Marlow Motors after having a terrible experience at another dealership in Winchester. Right away, Salesman Dustin listened to what I wanted, apologized for the bad experience at the other dealership, and stated he would help me however he could.

Over the past 6-8 months, I have been going back and working with Dustin to see what was available. After he had us test drive a Gladiator and shared his experience with owning one, he talked us into the Gladiator. He provided the best sales experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. He made sure to even go as far as providing my family drinks while we waited.

We left in our brand new 2022 Jeep Gladiator, ready to rock and roll, with a fantastic experience. I would recommend Dustin and Marlow Motors to anyone! Forget 5 stars, where is the 10 star selector? Thanks Dustin! And thanks Marlow!

From the initial inquiry to final purchase, this dealship was professional, friendly, and absolutely no pressure. I was driving over an hour to see a vehicle and they were so accomodating and the vehicle was ready for a test drive when I arrived, and any question I asked was answered honestly. I worked with Allen during my purchase and he was great! Funny, personable and honestly just a pleasure to work with.

And did I mention no pressure?! As a female car buyer, the level of respect the staff exhibited was bar none. I also worked with Vicki for all the paperwork. I was coming from another state and she made all the paperwork that goes with that super easy. Overall, the best car buying experience I have ever had!

I recently bought a truck from Alan at Marlow Motors. Alan was responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. As a woman buying a large truck, I encountered a lot of sexism and mansplaining about what I "really" needed. Alan did none of that! He was incredibly respectful and helpful. He was a pleasure to work with, and Wendy in finance made the whole transaction quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this place! The service dept could have done a better job "detailing" the truck after purchase, but it's a minor thing.

Was really impressed with the time and care they took with me. We spent the entire afternoon trying and deciding on the vehicle that best fit me. I wasn't rushed and they got me the loan with not so great credit. They were determined to see that I got the vehicle I wanted not just settling. Before I left the detail shop waxed and buffed and made sure every little detail was perfect.
