Came in to quickly to see what new Tacoma was available. Was greeted by Kimie and he was nothing but honest about the situation with Tacomas. We talked a little bit then found out there was a used one available and it was exactly what I wanted plus more. The process was smooth and no BS, no pressuring either just honest advice. Didn't even know I had a friend that came into this dealership before. Now I not only recommend the dealership but specifically Kimie.

Service Department: Arrived for my scheduled service appointment today at 1030 on time for my initial 5,000 mile servicing. When I made the appointment the woman on the phone said this would be less than a two hour appointment. She also did not advice me that this dealership does not provide loaner vehicles, courtesy shuttles or Lyft/Uber rides. I get to the appointment and I'm told a 3 to 4 hr wait because they are backed up and that they do no provide any type of pickup or drop off services because of the cost.

Plus if I didn't declined the car wash that would have made it a longer wait. Who has time to spend 4 plus hours sitting in a lobby I don't. Plus all they do for the 5000 mile service is check fluids, rotate tires(not needed) that takes that long to accomplish. The only reason I made the appointment is because the damn maintenance msg kept popping up.

They don't even change the oil or filter until 10,000 miles and I have had the car for a 1 year 5 months, at this point I will not get an oil change until I have had it for 3yrs. I let the service member know how disatisfied I was with all of that bs and ask him to turn off the maintenance msg which he did and I left. Easy day for them bad day for the customer. Next time I will go to another Toyota service center that provides a better service to their customer.

Trust me, after years of purchasing my Toyotas here, I would not think I would be writing a terrible review. I can sum it up, underhanded, shady, deceitful, typical car snake oil salesman. Read every single line on every single paper, they throw in stuff without your knowledge, in excess of 6800.00 in warranty insurance that does not even cover my Honda I ended up buying at a Toyota dealership! Never again. I learned my lesson. Go anywhere but here.

First of all Tommy was amazing. This was literally the easiest car deal I've ever done! The price was exactly MSRP and not a penny more! When other dealers are charging thousands over MSRP, Avondale Toyota is keeping it real in these trying economic times. I did all the paperwork remotely and the only time I had to spend at the dealership was picking up the car and getting familiar with its features.

I give Avondale Toyota and Tommy Severado the absolute highest marks and recommendation if you're looking for a fair deal on a brand new Toyota. I would be willing to send my own children (grown) there to buy a car without me being with them, that's how much I trust this dealer. Thanks again Tommy and thanks to Avondale Toyota

If you are sick and tired of seeing MSRP prices go over the market, come here and speak to Manny! Incredible salesman. For those who left a bad review, r either inpatient and don't actually want to buy a car. First time buying a car and I'm not gonna lie, I expected bad service due to so many other DLRS I have worked for and gone to for a vehicle.

But here, that's a no and this is the place that actually commits to "customers come first", thanks to Manny! I truly appreciate him so much and the DLR should be proud to have him! Thank youuuu so much, give that man a raiseeeee!

I went in there to trade a truck in excellent conditions so i could get a lower payment since I started school. Tommy was the sales person. From the beginning he lied. The car i picked was not ready that day and he told me it would take a few days. The next morning he called me saying it was ready. Now when your dealership says its ready you blindly believe them.

I took the car home and the car drives horrible it shakes and the engine was leaking oil. I took it back and was told they would fix it and also clean it since the previous owner never cleaned it and it was filled with dog hair which i am allergic to. Fast forward a few days Tommy calls and says its ready. At this point im desperate because i have no vehicle to go from work to school.

The car was not fixed and not even cleaned. Instead it was even worse and the person who was working on it left trash cups and what not in the car. I went in there and was told they wouldnt help me because i took the car the first time. I feel hopeless because they told me it was ready so I believed. Now im stuck with a lemon car. Please stay away from this dealership or atleast from salesman Tommy.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. I was a bit spoiled coming from my old Ford dealership where I worked directly with the Fleet manager but my experience with Kimie Stewart at Avondale Toyota made me feel like a real special customer. No hassle, no games, no handing off to high pressure sales or finance department or any of that. Kimie was so kind to us and so professional.

We waited a short while for our car to arrive but Kimmie kept in touch. He even called a few days later after we bought the car just to check in and see how we were doing. Who does that?! Kimie does that! He is truly wonderful. I also just love my new car the Camry XSE hybrid. I am an SUV person but this car.wow. it's amazing. My whole experience was so easy and I drove out of there feeling so good I decided to name my beautiful new car "Kimie".

Also we appreciated how well Kimie (the real Kimie over at the dealership) took care of us that he is also now like family to us. When we finish construction on our home we plan to invite Kimie and his wife over - that's how great this whole car buying experience was! Service was absolutely HORRIBLE if i could give it a 1/2 star i would. I went in to buy the most expensive car on the lot and NOBODY came up to help me i walked into the bathroom to take a breather from being furious after the horrible service and was greeted by an employee on the phone with a customer WHILE HE WAS GOING TO THE BATHROOM this was absolutely unacceptable service and i walked out with no car and will not be returning to this establishment again

My boyfriend & I came here today to try to trade in our vehicle & get a new one. The wait for a new vehicle was extensive due to the shortage on cars right now but we found a very nice used one thanks to Spencer. He helped us out on the lot to find one we liked, grabbed the keys & let us test drive it. It was a very quick process. Once we decided we were going to move forward with it, he made the process incredibly easy.

No hassling or making us feel uncomfortable or pushed. This was the quickest time I've ever spent at a car dealership. He was very friendly & communicative throughout the whole process! Maribel has been such an incredible person, we have worked with her for over 13 years. 9 vehicles later, and we keep coming back. Her service is impeccable, she treats you like family and knows exactly what you want. She will not push you to get a vehicle that is not the one that you pick for yourself. The minute we walked in she knew exactly what car I was buying.

We did our due diligence and tried three other cars, however there is nothing like having someone who knows what your taste is and had the keys to your car in her hand before you even ask for them! Personal care, trust and loyalty is all you can expect from Maribel at Avondale Toyota! My little happy is so happy with our new 4Runner!

Thank you Tony Staggs for taking all the stress out of the end of my lease! My credit took a hard hit during covid, and my lease was set to expire in September of this year. I didn't know what to do because coming from a background of selling cars for 5 years, I know what bad credit means for these things. I didn't want to be without a car, and didn't want to pay an arm and a leg either.

I reached out to Avondale Toyota based on the reviews from Yelp, was contacted by Tony Staggs, and was out from under my lease and into a purchase contract of my car within 5 days. My rate was high, but I got approved at zero down. Can't ask for anything better than that! It truly is what they say, ONE person, ONE price. Being in the business.

I wonder how they make money. Hahaha. BUT taking the stress and mess out of car buying is something the people want! And Avondale Toyota is definitely doing business the right way. I will be returning to see Tony once my credit has turned around, (and once the impact of the pandemic has subsided for new car production). THANK YOU TONY! You killed it!

Shady business practices. They tell you a car is available and ask you to go through their credit application process before finding out that they're just showing fake inventory and the vehicle you're trying to buy won't ever be available. If you fill that app out, your private information is now in their system but they have nothing to sell you. Total bait and switch.

I've been to a lot of dealerships over the past 2 years. I'm young so I don't typically get that respect as older people looking at cars. Not here. I wanted to get the new Supra to add to my collection. Brandon with over all the specs I wanted and we got it done super fast and simple. Treated me with respect and covered all my needs. Sadly with how the market is right now it was taking months for the car.

He sent me updates on if they are gonna get anything in and when one came in that wasn't my color I preferred, he still gave me first pick at it. Never met someone that wasn't just in the deal to make money before. This is coming from a salesman himself. 100% recommend this place. Looking forward to doing more business with you guys. Hace 6 dias recurri a este dealer con el plan de comprar una Tundra 2022. No es la primera vez que he tratado de comprar ahi. Esta fue la tercera vez y fue la ultima. Despues de buscar en varios Toyota dealers del Valle, decidi que Avondale Toyota tenia lo que yo buscaba. Llene la aplicacion de credito, mencione que auto seria mi trade. Me llego un e mail, donde me decian que se comunicarian conmigo. NUNCA SE COMUNICARON. Solamente me hicieron perder mi tiempo.

He comprado 5 Toyotas en Toyota Camelback, todo perfecto. Compre 2 Toyota en Right Toyota, todo perfecto. AVONDALE TOYOTA TIENE UN PESIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. I was trying to buy a Tundra 2022. I filled up my credit application over the website. I mentioned what car will be my trade. I received an e mail, telling me, some one from Avondale Toyota will be In contact with me shortly. VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought 5 Toyotas in Camelback Toyota, perfect. I bought 2 Toyotas in Right Toyota, perfect. I was trying to buy from Avondale Toyota, but they have not a good customer service. DISAPPOINTED

I have bought my last 5 cars there. Reason being is the no haggle pricing. There are no additional mark ups, no sales pressure. You can spend all day at other dealerships haggling, talking to managers, up pricing add ons and trying to get the most commission out of you. When all said and done, you end up with the same price you would have bought it at Avondale.

I went in September and due to the specific car I was looking ( Toyota Rav 4 hybrid) I had to wait for my car to arrive in a month. Thomas G. worked with me. He gave me an unbelievable deal for my used Rav 4 and gave me the best deal of my life for the New Rav 4. Love his sale etiquette. He is respectful honest and not pushy. Unfortunately, a drunk driver smashed into my husband's parked Tundra and it was totalled. I was frantic because replacing a Tundra in today's times was not in our plan. We were lucky to connect with Conrad Grashel at the dealership. He's experienced/knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He made purchasing a new Tundra easy. We highly recommend him.

I've purchased 4 cars here and also have friends who've I recommend as well and they've purchased 2 cars as well. Let me tell ya'll, I will NEVER go to any other dealership other than this one. They have THE BEST service, and although they are far from where I live, it's always going to be worth it. Kimie Stewart is my guy!

His service is top notch and will do anything to make sure you have a great experience. What I admire about him the most is his ability to really put the customer first and what will make them happy. Usually sales people are so quick to push the sale on you, but not Kimie! He a real one! If your ever in the market in a new car, head to this place and ask for Kimie Stewart or even Conrad!

I called to get a price estimate for the installation of a catalytic converter shield on my Prius. The maintenance dept quoted a price of $365, saying "it will take two and a half hours to install". I've done my share of research; Every other customer who has had the same shield installed on their cars stated it takes no longer than 30 minutes.

The same amount of time is quoted on the manufacturer's website. (Note: The MillerCat shield is an approved design by Toyota.) I decided to go with Performance Muffler who quoted a price of $40 for installation. (Catalytic converter shield installations have become more common nowadays.) I will not be bringing any business to this Toyota maintenance dept because it's a straight up rip-off.

The fact that they turn a 30-minute job into 2.5 hours says that they are either incompetent, or just plain crooks. The total cost for the stainless steel MillerCat shield, security screws, and expedited shipping: $286. Toyota wants to charge you MORE than what you paid for the parts by adding an additional 2 hours to complete a simple job. No thanks. Take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable businesses that can provide the same level of service or better.

I contacted this dealership through the internet and received a callback from Randy Thornton. Randy was upfront and helpful throughout the process. I provided him with what I wanted and he tried to work with me since they didn't have the Tacoma I wanted at their dealership. Randy's customer service was excellent but the dealership's initial price points were much higher than the other local Toyota dealerships in the area. Randy gave me his best price and I decided to look elsewhere.

I did not have a bad experience with Randy and would recommend him if you are a set on buying from Avondale Toyota. Randy's customer service - 4 Stars Dealership price point - 2 Stars

I took my car in for scheduled maintenance. While I was waiting at the coffee bar some guy who I assume was the manager came up to me and asked "can I help you with something?" I was the only person in the lobby that he asked. I explained to him my car was getting work done, he asked what make and model. I told him 2019 Corolla Hatchback 4L. He disappeared for about 15 minutes and then came back, while on his cell phone and told me they were still working on it.

I already was aware of this. I felt really disrespected and singled out. Also my car has 28,000 miles on it and they said I need a brake fluid flush. I definitely do not need a brake fluid flush at this low of miles. I also had changed my air filters and they still say my engine air filter needs replaced. Not to mention they charge $90 for the Mass Air Flow sensor cleaning. It's a 15 minute job that anyone with a YouTube account can learn how to do.

I would recommend only using the dealer for warranty work. Don't let them scam you. I'm only rating two stars because most of the employees are respectful, I love my vehicle, and the coffee machine is pretty good. Whoever that manager or employee that approached me, you should learn to respect your customers. It's a horrible feeling to be singled out like that.
