Bought a 02 Lexus ES 300. My first car from VOS Auto a little over a year ago, Just wanted to give it some time with the car before I wrote a review. Car still running the only repairs have had to do standard maintenance. When I bought the car the owner was very nice, helpful, flexible and definitely wasnt try to push anything on to me unlike some of the other people in town. Awesome prices got it at a great deal. And when this car is no longer running (hopefully no time soon) I will definitely be considering going back for another one from the dealership.

Am so frustrated and angry! I traded my ford taurus 06 with 130k for acura cl type s 2001. And at first it seemed the car was in good shape, so i test drove it, and came back about 3 days later and traded. It $1500. After i put some gas in. It started making squeaky noise as i turn the steering to the left.so i toke it mechanic and said it was tie rod.
I got it replaced. Spended $533. Then day later another noise. Ended up replacing the ball joint.$320.then i noticed i had filled up my gas and its already half empty. And i only drove it less 2 days for 30 miles. Had it checked for $99 plus fuel injection cleaned for another $74! then view days later seemed fine. 2 weeks later sense i purchased. Car still making dirrent noise. Toke it to honda and they couldn't find the problem. Paid $60.
Then had it transmission flushed for $142 then had my spark plugs replaced for another $150. Yesterday, i turned my car and it turned off. I tried again, its on, but it wont move fast. I press the gas pedal.nothing. Still moving 5mph. 10 minutes later it was fine. Everytime i turned and push the gas its making scarping noises. Doesn't mater if its left or right.
That was the noise honda couldnt figure out. I have spended almost $3k to fix this cari regret buying from them. They told me nothing was wrong with it.i wish they go to hell! For ripping me off. Now am in dept bcz of them.plz dont buy from them

If I could give them less than one star I would. I went there in search of a van. I looked at their website and saw one that I wanted so I drove 67 miles to test drive it. When I got there that van wasn't even there, so I decided to look around the lot and found a few I wanted to check out. When I went inside first I couldn't even find anyone, then when I did I was handed keys to go look at a vehicle on my own without them even checking to see if I had a drivers licence.
The first one I looked at had a flat tire so I moved on. Got the keys to three other vans and none of them even started. Nothing, didn't turn over or anything. Got the keys to another one, got it started, drove it around the lot and decided I liked it. I was about to go in and pay for it when I decided to try to turn it on again and I'm glad I did.
It didn't start, it didn't do anything. At that point I decided it was time to take my business else where. I paid a higher price for the vehicle I bought from another dealership but I'm glad I did. Who knows what kind of issues I would have had come up and all their vehicles have no warranty so anything that would have been wrong I would have had to pay out of pocket. No thank you.

Purchased an 01 audi a6. Few days later went out and started it in the morning and there was no reverse. Called vos and told them what happened they imidiatally became rude and told me it was sold as is then hung up on me. I didnt even get the chance to explain that i was only looking for help in locating a used trans. Also i havent yet received my plates and it has been three weeks since purchase. Now they wont even answer my call
