This place WAS the best! The only place I have even bought a vehicle from! Any time I needed any service done this WAS the first place I would call! However a few weeks ago I had something wrong with my tire. so I called them and asked them to take a look at it and do an oils change. Went in got oil change and was told nothing was wrong with it and everything was fine, besides I would probably need new brakes soon. Knowing that something was wrong I had my husband bring it in, he is told something different! Needed to bring it in and get it fixed!
So it gets dropped of to be fixed! I get a call that it is done and I can stop in and pick it up. Being out of town at the time I had to wait until the next day to pick it up. I show up to get it and was told in his words " I hope you're not upset but I made an executive decision." Needless to say he did more services then we had talked about and now it's going to cost me more! Jim/James is very Sexive and if you are a female DON'T go there for any services!
I am now questioning if they even did half the stuff that I have been told they had to do and that I have ever been charged for! I am saddened to say I will never be going back here! Ever!

So I decided to give this dealership my patronage after reading various reviews giving high praises to the sales people and service technicians. However, upon entering the establishment, I was approached by a gentleman named Doug. He was polite in the beginning, however he began to lose his train of thought once I brought up my preferred vehicle, which happens to be a Ford Mustang.
I was inquiring what the best price for one of the Mustangs would be, including accessories and Doug became erratic and emotional. His face was a bright red, almost like a tomato. I began to fear that he had become ill, but he proceeded to shout at me about the lack of trunk space and costly repairs it would take for me to purchase one. He called me idiotic and began to slam his hands on the desk. I left abruptly and couldn't help but sob in my car. I've never felt so humiliated and harassed. I hope it was just a bad day and not something that others experience.

Love this place. Highly recommend Jordan and Doug these two are amazing and awesome. We have nothing, a great experience with Lundeen Ford. We have purchased 2 vehicles (trucks). They know what we want and look to get us what we want and our needs. They care very much. We are very blessed to have such a wonderful dealership. Also the shop/service is great too. We will definitely keeping coming back to them.

We purchased a good quality used vehicle from Lundeen Ford. Kevin was great to work with. Doug even went next door to get us a Diet Coke while we were there because they ran out of Diet Coke. Signing papers, transferring title, everything was super organized and easy. We would definitely buy here again.

We went to look at a Ford F-150 at Linden Brothers, Inc. We were blown away with the salesman Evan! He made the experience just spectacular! We made the purchase and were on our way in just a couple of hours. It was by far one of the best car buying purchases of our life. Go see them and see what a small town dealership can do for you!
