This review of Ed Bozarth Chevrolet Lone Tree is to truly thank commend them and specifically Ace Smith my service advisor and Cody Smith my vehicle technician for the beyond amazing customer service and technical expertise they granted me. My 2008 Chevrolet C6 Z06 was having some serious shifting issues that I could not figure out. Though very low in mileage it was puzzling what to do.

When I called Ace he patiently walked me by phone through my issues then set an appointment for me to bring it in. After our discussion in service he tasked my Z06 to Cody who diagnosed this tricky issue, resolved it, fixed it and returned the car to me running better than new. Absolutely outstanding experience. For the HIGH quality white glove concierge service, shuttle ride to and from the dealership, professionalism of Ace, magic touch of Cody and friendly personnel I will have to give Ace and Cody a 10 star rating on a 1-5 star scale and a 15 rating on a scale of 1-10 in customer service.

I am a client for life of Ed Bozarth Lone Tree and the Aurora body shop who painted my spoiler for the vehicle where Derek Hoffman there was very excellent as well. Tremendous personnel on staff by Ed Bozarth. Thank you ALL!, Sincerely Phil

I am very skeptical about dealerships but Ashley was the best to work with. Perfect communication, very professional, and passionate about her career. She helped me close on 2 corvettes, and 2 additional ones for my dad and a friend. She really went above and beyond to make sure we all got what we wanted. Ace, the service advisor, was friendly and explained everything to me. Honestly, Bozarth Service Department is top notch. Yes, they may be busy but so is everywhere else. They take time to explain what is going on and put great notes in the system to ensure your next visit has no surprises. The mechanic, Marcellus, did a very thorough inspection of my vehicle and let me know what may need to be worked on next. Keep up the great work, Ace and Marcellus.

I waited almost 2 hours in the lounge, get the page that my vehicle was ready- picking up my keys they tell me the recall was actually not done they had to order the part. I scheduled this recall service online with the GM recall number. Now why would this not be known without me coming in and sitting there wasting my time?

Scheduled lube/oil/filter service and aftermarket brake installation. Service department was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Services were performed quickly and efficiently. However, my vehicle paperwork stated a large oil leak had been found around the oil pan, and one rear shock was leaking. No one called to notify me of the discrepancies, nor was I informed when I picked up my vehicle. At no point did the shop offer to effect repairs, or even ask to schedule an appointment to correct the issues.

Matt was great to deal with. The car I came to look at didn't really work out and Matt helped me find the right vehicle even after test driving 4 cars. Kindness and patience throughout the entire process. I'll definitely be returning to this dealership.

Got an appointment the same day I called. Got in and out with first oil change on my truck in one hour and free of charge under warranty. Also got software upgrade on my radio. Don't know what else I could have expected. Have used them for nearly ten years. They are the best.

This dealership is great! The people are always super friendly and helpful. Purchasing a car for me had been a scary experience in my past, but this dealership was so helpful and patient with me as I asked a million questions. They took the time to really break down each of my options, give me some solid feedback and help me make a decision I felt confident in.

I left the dealership with the car I wanted, without any kind feeling buyers guilt. The team we worked with were awesome; Shout out to Nick Sutter, our sales representative who has the patience of a saint. -thank you!

What I appreciated the most is the honesty and fairness. I had slight pause in taking my vehicle to the Dealership versus the local mechanic we use. But our representative was fair and when he found the root cause to not be a problem with the vehicle (ie, it was due to a plugged in external device), we were not charged a fee since this was operator error versus a problem with the device. They even took my wife's vehicle in for a free tire air filling and hers was not being serviced nor a Chevy vehicle. Overall a GREAT experience.
